Take 1 Gutty packet first thing in the morning on empty stomach for 3 days in a row.
Begin ParaFy Cleanse 4 days after.

Take 1 Cinnabin capsule (unless constipated) first thing in morning or before bed as needed for die off symptoms.

I am going through a heavy detox and I feel pretty bad because I cannot wake the binder and I feel like I've had the flu for about 9 days now. I have to miss work. I think it's working though! I went too long in between cleanses so I'm feeling it he's this time. I will definitely buy the maintenance kit in between cleanses this time to not have such a severe detox! But I do love this product because it works. I particularly love the fulvic soak as I was having a lot of pain in my feet and this takes it away!! I'm love this product!

How often should I cleanse?
We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.
Who should avoid taking the cleanse?
You should avoid the cleanse if you are:

Will I experience any symptoms?
The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.
Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.
Do the products expire?
Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.
This means you have plenty of time to stock up, store it, and cleanse when you’re ready.
