Really the most important thing you have to realize,it's takes a year to cleanse ! This is not a one and done solution. I feel you should have a podcast with a real person and tell the truth about this is a lifelong endeavor. This product is amazing,but it expensive for the normal person and it's at least 6 months of cleansing.

How often should I cleanse?
We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.
Who should avoid taking the cleanse?
You should avoid the cleanse if you are:
- taking blood thinners or chemo medication
- pregnant or breastfeeding
- under the age of 3
Will I experience any symptoms?
The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.
Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.
Do the products expire?
Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.
This means you have plenty of time to stock up, store it, and cleanse when you’re ready.
