Shipping processing time

All orders at RogersHood are meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

As a result, processing orders typically take 2-4 weeks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping to our valued customers around the world.

However at this time we are unable to ship to Mexico.

Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Shipping costs, customs and duty free

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their orders.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

For international orders, please be aware that customs and duty fees may apply.

All customers outside of the United States who order directly from our website are responsible for any VAT/tax/duties/import fees associated with their respective country’s customs office.

RogersHood is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Change and cancellation policies

Return Period: You may request a return of your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: All items must be unopened with the seals intact. We are unable to accept returns of opened/used items.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your final refund.

For US customers, we will provide a return shipping label to you, and that cost will be deducted from your refund.

International customers must return products on their own terms and pay for the cost of shipping.

Return Process: When returning items, please include all original packaging. Make sure to package your items carefully to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. If items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. It may take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to show up in your bank account.

Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe (30 days) to be eligible for a refund.

Please keep all original packaging materials for damaged orders, or take photos of all products and packaging material and send them to team@rogershood.com.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after a return is received.
