Suggested Usage / Cleansing Protocol

If doing prior to the ParaFy Cleanse, please do it 7 days prior to starting the ParaFy Cleanse. If doing it after the ParaFy cleanse, wait 5 days after last dose.
Take 1 Gutty packet first thing in the morning on empty stomach for 3 days in a row.
Mix 1 packet thoroughly with 1 tablespoon lime juice & two cups alkaline water (add a pinch of baking soda to your water to make it alkaline)
Tip: Drink fast, as the chia seeds will start to gel up.

What is the order processing time?

How often should I cleanse?

We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.

You should avoid the cleanse if you are:

pregnant or breastfeeding
under the age of 3

Will I experience any symptoms?

The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.

Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.

Do the products expire?

Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.

This means you have plenty of time to stock up, store it, and cleanse when you’re ready.
