Change and cancellation policies

Return Period: You may request a return of your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: All items must be unopened with the seals intact. We are unable to accept returns of opened/used items.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your final refund.

For US customers, we will provide a return shipping label to you, and that cost will be deducted from your refund.

International customers must return products on their own terms and pay for the cost of shipping.

Return Process: When returning items, please include all original packaging. Make sure to package your items carefully to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. If items are damaged in transit due to improper packaging, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Thank you so much for Immune therapy in a bottle. I truly believe this helped me get through my winter without major illness, it is a great support to me but free system from rogershood

Love this stuff!

This stiff really works! I was the only one in my household not to get sick over the past month while the rest of my home was down for over a week. The only difference is I was faking this and no one else wanted to try it.
