Season Finale And Nevada Setting

Sam 0:00

What’s up, what’s eating you, fam? Welcome back to What’s Eating You, our season two finale episode. This one is so special. We’ve been wanting to do an episode on manifestation, resetting our realities and the tools that we use to do that for a long time. Please remember to like, subscribe, share with your loved ones. We really want this message to get out to as many people as possible because we know it will help whoever hears it. Hi, Kim. Hi, Sam. How are you? Good. How are you? I’m really good. Yeah. It feels really good to be here in Nevada. Yeah. This is our first episode filming here. And as you guys can see behind us, we have these beautiful mountains. What mountains are these? Well, that’s Job’s Peak.

Kim 0:59

The Sierras, Tahoe, like Lake Tahoe. Yeah, we’re in the valley. And we went to Tahoe yesterday. It was so much fun. It’s just such a pretty area. We’ve lived here before, so this is our second time being here in Nevada living. Jeremy’s from here, and my family’s all here. So it’s been really great. And we’ve been here for about four months.

Sam 1:19

You’ve been here a few times in that time frame. And it’s full circle for you to return back here, but to return here at a completely different level of life. Yes. And reality. Totally different reality. Yes. And so we’re going to dive into how you did that and how we both have up-leveled our realities in many different ways and areas. So one thing that we have in common, anytime you and I have ever hit a point in our lives where it was time to uplevel and rise and reset our reality, we were at rock bottom. Yes. So rock bottom is the catalyst for us in our lives whenever we’ve been there. The only direction you can go when you’re at rock bottom is either you decline, you give up and you decline all the way out of life, or you choose to rise. You choose to level up and rise. And that’s the only directions you can go. And we have always chosen to use rock bottom as a catalyst to quantum leap and up level our realities, right?

Kim 2:26

Yes. We definitely have changed our realities, you being a pop star and everything that you’ve been through and where you’re at now. I’m excited for our community to hear your story. Yeah, you can’t. It’s a really amazing story. Thank you. It really is amazing what you’ve done from where you were at and your rock bottom and how it just changed overnight. And I feel like that is what really brought me and you together in this realm that we’re in now, understanding that you can really change your reality in a matter of moments.

Rock Bottom As The Catalyst

Sam 2:58

Absolutely. Instantly. That’s what quantum leaping is.

Kim 3:02

So let’s talk about your reality when you hit rock bottom and what made you literally go to the charts.

Sam 3:12

Well, there’s different categories, right? There’s different categories in life. So we broke it down into five. You guys are gonna see me on my phone because we do this is such an important topic. We do want to make sure we cover everything that we’ve been talking about for a while. So the different areas of our lives that we both have chosen to up level, and we will share with you the tools that we use in each area, but our physical health, money and abundance, financial, success, accomplishments, and purpose, mental and emotional health, and relationships. So those are five of, in my opinion, the most important parts of human, the human experience. So I hit rock bottom about 15 years ago, and I was, I felt completely lost and in the dark. It was the hardest time in my life. I was sick, I was tired. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was making bad decisions, I was eating poorly, I was depressed, I was anxious, I had no direction, but I did have purpose. I did have something inside of me that was pulling me towards something greater and something pushing me forward. And so what felt like fire, you know, it wasn’t sent to burn me up. It was sent to forge me forward. And so you can either let the fire burn you up, or you can choose to use it as fuel on your back to get moving, right? So when I was in rock bottom, I met my partner who became my mentor in life. And he gave me a lot of wisdom and tools, and he taught me different ways that I could use my mind and my power to manifest, to manifest the life that I desired to live because I knew even in the darkness there was a better way. I knew it. I knew when I was there and lost that there was a better way to live. I read a quote during that time that said, Not all who wander are lost. And I really did just feel like I was wandering because I didn’t have direction. So I’m so grateful that life sent me someone to deposit wisdom into me and give me tools. And so some of those that he shared with me that I implemented right away was journaling, writing it down. There’s so much power in that because you take an idea that’s in the invisible and you make it physical into this physical reality by writing it down. And I learned a cheat code for that is writing it in present tense. You don’t write it as like one day I want to or one day I desire to. You write it in present tense. So there’s someone named Bob Proctor. He taught me the abundance affirmation that’s present, it’s worded in present tense. So it goes like this I am so happy and grateful now that blank. And if you do that and you say it and you write it with conviction and power and and belief in self and you trust that it’s already happened, it really, really does work.

Kim 6:26

It does. I am happy, I am healthy, I’m abundant.

Five Areas To Uplevel

Sam 6:29

Nice.

Kim 6:30

And I learned the word abundant, wasn’t I’m healthy, I’m happy, and I’m wealthy because abundance can mean so many different things to the universe when it’s giving you something. And so when you say abundant, it’s such a broad word that it really can be anything abundant because I have family and friends around, abundant because of wealth, you don’t narrow it down into such those words. And I learned that with law of attraction as well.

Journaling And Present-Tense Affirmations

Sam 7:01

Yeah, the law of attraction for sure. That was right around the same time, you know, um my awakening happened in 2012, and that’s when I really did quantum leap. I jumped levels um in a matter of seconds and months. I transformed my whole life. So I used writing as a big tool. And so, not just in a journal, um, I would say it out loud, but I used sticky notes and I plastered my bedroom in hundreds of them. I covered the walls. You couldn’t see wall, you only saw sticky notes. And when I wrote them, I didn’t believe one of them. Yeah. I wrote, I am in the best shape of my life. I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am happy, I am at peace. I wrote all of these things. I am successful. I am a number one billboard songwriter and producer at the time, an artist. And at the time I wasn’t any of the things. When I wrote them, I was not one of them. But what I would do is I wrote them and covered them in my walls, so I would read them all the time. But I would wake up in the morning and I would say them out loud, every single one, with power and conviction and energy. I would be animated about it. And I embodied it, embodied it. It was in my body. So I was being it, even though it wasn’t quite true yet. And everything just started to shift. And I then became all of those things in a matter of like a month. I just up-leveled through saying it out loud, but then getting to work. And so taking the action is a huge piece that a lot of people miss. They just say the quote or they just write it down.

Kim 8:51

Yeah, you have to follow.

Sam 8:52

You have to take action.

Kim 8:54

And sometimes the action is presented to you. Like taking action can mean many different things. There is no way I could physically take action with my manifestation story in order for me to build what I’ve built because I was physically unavailable to do that.

Sam 9:12

It’s not always physical action. She took action in her mind. She used visualization inside of her mind to do it, to get herself out of that state of immobility and stuck in the chair. You were, you used your mind. I also used visualization at the time as well. I would see it, I would, I would feel it. That’s a big important part, the law of attraction. I could feel it.

Kim 9:34

I could feel that I was not going to be in this position for the rest of my life. Yeah. Now, I I think some people are very happy with just having it that way. But I’ve always known that there was something greater for me. I’ve always known that. Even in the midst of what we were going through in the woods, I said out loud, I know this isn’t everything. I know this isn’t it. I know there’s something greater for me. And I know we’re gonna talk more about it in this episode, exactly what that meant for me when I ended up getting those silly ganglia blocks. But that was the biggest part for me was I could feel that there was something greater for me.

Sam 10:18

So now sure. Now that you’ve walked it out for years, take it even a step further. Because at the time it was the same thing for me. I knew there was something greater for me, and it was very me focused. But the beautiful thing is my journey, my story, what I what I was able to do, it’s so much greater than me, and it’s so much greater than you. But we had to do it first, but really it’s about helping others then wake up and do the same. That’s the greater purpose at play here. We do it, we heal ourselves because something’s wrong. We we are financially poor and then we manifest uh financial abundance. We are sick and then we manifest health. We do these things for ourselves, but it really ends up positively affecting other humans’ lives, and that’s the greater greater purpose. So it’s just about us doing it first because once you do do it first, you have something to share. You’re not just empty, you’re not just relaying quotes, you’re actually sharing wisdom because wisdom is the knowledge in action. You now have a track record and history, and you have something tangible to offer people to say this equation works. It worked for me, it can work for you too. It’s not, it’s not just about me. I did it, so you can too.

Kim 11:39

And people have to see belief, they have to see it to believe it. And when your mind doesn’t work that way, I don’t have to see it to believe it.

Sam 11:47

That’s great.

Kim 11:48

Just like when you went through what you’re you went through, and the night before you said it and then it happened, and you’re like, Okay, I didn’t believe it. Now I believe it, it just propels you even more, right? Oh, yeah, yeah. Because you’re now you have that validation, evidence, you have the confidence, you have the evidence, confirmation, and now you want to go, okay, can I do it on another level? Yes. And I know we’re gonna talk more about because I want them, I want everyone to hear exactly how she got to be a pop star and Kanye West and all of the things that you’ve done because it’s really amazing what you’ve done, especially because you really don’t you didn’t come from this world, you brought yourself into the world. I sure did.

Action Plus Visualization Makes It Real

Sam 12:33

I’m so grateful to life because the universe will blow your mind. It will blow your psyche, man. It will do so much more than you can even imagine. But you do have to spark your imagination, you do have to start it. Start it. Start the spark, light the spark, and get going. And whether it’s mentally because you can’t physically do it, or whether it’s physical, take action. And the universe is fair. Every time you take action towards something, it meets you. It it’s not just that’s the destination, you have to get all the way there. It meets you. It’s a fair universe. The laws, as far as my my experience has gone, it’s been more than fair to me. It’s been gracious and generous, and I’m so grateful, you know. I went from being completely broke and poor and depressed, and um, all I had was a dream. It was a dream, you know. I’m a small town girl from a town of 300 people in the mountains. You know, we didn’t I had four kids in my grade, including me, you know, tiny town. And but I always have music inside of myself and performing and storytelling and writing, and I just always had that in me. And I I just I just knew I had something special in me. And as long as I just kept going toward it, um, it would happen. So yeah, I wrote all of these sticky notes and I would read them, you know, every day. And one that I put on my ceiling up above my bed, so it was the first one I would read when I woke up was I am so happy and grateful now for the$10,000 in my bank account. And at the time,$10,000, I mean$10,000 is still still a lot of money. At the time, it was like a million for me. You know, I had nothing. And um, within a matter of a month, I I I signed my first publishing deal um with BMG and I closed a deal and I got over double that deposited into my account and I I did it, I manifested it, you know. I used positive affirmations, but not ones that are just empty and sound good. They have wisdom in them. So I I’ll never forget when I was getting ready to go to the meeting to BMG to meet the president and sit with him in a meeting to decide if he was going to sign me and close a publishing deal. And BMG, you know, is one of the biggest publishers in the world for music. And I um I heard the wisdom in an affirmation that morning when I was getting ready, and it said, I look people directly in the eyes and I speak with confidence and conviction, regardless of social status or their accomplishments or their position in life, knowing that I’m worthy. And I just knew it was true. And so I went into that meeting with that wisdom and I completely carried that out. I embodied it and I closed that deal myself and I and I got signed and I moved to LA. But, you know, life is just it’s beautiful like that. The the the point is if you have it in your mind and in yourself and you write it down or you use visualization, you know, we would cut out magazine pictures of things of places we would want to be. And I really did manifest my very first um musical opportunity really in the music business. And long story short, just demos that I had made from Arizona. You know, I wasn’t in the music business yet, but just some demos that I made made their way to Kanye through the producer that I made the demos with, and he heard them and and he was in London and he said, get that pop girl out here with the dope melodies. And I got a phone call and asked if I had a passport, and I said yes, and they said, because Kanye wants you out here in London, and it just my whole entire world changed in that moment because it was just so unfathomable. I was a white girl from the mountains of a small tiny town. I still to this day haven’t met anyone from a smaller town than me. And um And we look, yeah.

Kim 16:25

Everywhere we go, she’s like, I’m I’ve been in a smaller town, I grew up in a smaller town.

Sam 16:30

And you know, I mean, the power of a dream and belief in self. You know, I was on a plane within 12 hours and I went to London and I wrote music um for Kanye and for the whole good music camp. And my song landed on his album, he chose it, and um that was my first placement as a professional in the music business, and that was my first, you know. So I I manifested that. And then life was like, okay, I your first was the top of the top. Now keep it. Now work to keep it, you know. Yeah. And instead of working for however many years to get to the top, it was like, here’s you can’t go higher than this, and now work to maintain it and keep it. So there’s lessons in that too. But yeah, man, I just from there on, I I moved out to LA and I I was a professional at that point, a professional songwriter and artist, and learned to be a producer and an engineer. I taught myself how to record vocals and mix and master and do all of that. And then I signed a record deal with Atlantic Records within a year of moving to LA. The head of Atlantic heard a demo of mine once again, the top of the top, and um signed me. And then I had to work my butt off to keep it and maintain it. And so my journey is just it’s been like that, but I was not idle. I was I didn’t write these things down and then just sit. Yeah. I wrote these things down, even on the days that I felt like I had no inspiration, no creativity. Some days I was like, do I even know how to write a song? When I signed my publishing deal, I was like, do they even know that I don’t even know how to write a song yet? Like it didn’t matter. I still showed up. I showed up scared. I showed up with the fear, but I would just do it anyway. And I’d figure it out on the go, and it’s always worked for me. And um it’s been a beautiful ride, and there’s, you know, been tons of lessons along the way. But the whole point is we are we are the goal. Yeah, we are the magic, we are the manifestors of our own lives, and no one can do it for you. So it’s so important that you do it yourself, you know. So no matter what that is, and it doesn’t no one’s gonna do it for you. And it doesn’t have to be um, you know, mine just happened to be music, and it happened to be aiming for the top of the top of the billboard charts, which I’ve now ha, you know, I’ve written and produced a song that’s in the top 40 and went platinum for Lil Wayne and I’m famous.

Kim 18:52

I yeah, it’s crazy because I remember listening since me and you became friends. I’ve gone back in my memory bank and I’ve sat there and I’ve thought, I know her, how do I know her? Like that’s not this isn’t what connected us. It was totally beside bonus. It was yeah, and I remember this little red Mazda, like convertible that I drove around Reno and I would blare famous.

Sam 19:22

That’s so wild.

Kim 19:24

And I remember singing, you know, certain parts of it, and I’m like, you know, lights and and it and then I remember when we went into the woods and there were moments that it would pop on in because it’s in my flow of music, you know, just not even knowing that that was and you basically the way I see it now is you were singing to me, thinking, oh my god, what would it like be like if my my lights were in my name were in lights? You know, like and and it was it’s always something that I remember after I found out that was you going, okay, I get it. Like I get that everybody’s intertwined and that everybody can have a manifestation that intertwines with your manifestation.

Sam 20:05

Well, we’re all does that make sense? Yeah, we’re all connected.

From Broke To Music Breakthrough

Kim 20:08

You don’t realize how connected you genuinely are in life until you start to look at that inner intertwining. One of the things that me and you joke about about Jeremy, I looked for a ginger with a J name my whole life, my whole life, right? And so I took that when I needed a best friend who could podcast and do social media with me and travel, and I took that and I tried to do recreate it, and I did.

Sam 20:41

You manifested me.

Kim 20:42

I did. I manifested Sam.

Sam 20:44

And I manifested you. And uh it’s so that’s so wild. That’s so cool you bring that up about you listen to that song because when I wrote that song, I was in such a dark hole of a place. I was just, it was just there was no light and no hope. And I was in a studio in a in the valley in LA somewhere on an old piano, and I barely had anything to give. It was just like I was pulling from nothing. And then I but I just kept trying. I just kept playing notes. I just kept going for it. And finally there was something that hit me in my gut, and I was like, whoa, that’s special. And then this melody came out, and and I and I and I sang it and it came out, and that hook, um, famous. And when I did, when it came through me, it was like I was channeling it. It was like it was coming through me, but it was light, it was light that was coming through because I felt the light, and it was just enough light to keep me going, but I could see the light, I could see the inspiration in it, and I knew whoever would hear it. So that’s why it’s so wild to hear that. If I knew whoever would hear it, yeah, it would also spark a light in them, and I knew that, and I saw it happen, and so it’s Just a beautiful thing. That’s just another example of why it’s bigger than us and why we it’s our duty to show up. It is no matter how we feel, because you never know what life you’re impacting.

Kim 22:10

Yep.

Sam 22:10

Beyond yourself, it’s so much bigger than us, but we’re all connected, of course, because we’re part of the human collective.

Kim 22:16

I think what’s crazy is when you are down deep in, right? So when you were saying that, my mind was going a mile a minute because when you walk into my log home, which again is what got me on the internet, it’s what allowed me to flourish in a sense, right? And I didn’t realize that what I was going through in that time, which was my rock bottom, the worst of the worst happened to me that year. And I learned how to build on CAD in order for me to design my own log home. And I didn’t realize how much until we were just talking just now that changed my whole life. Because if I hadn’t been at the bottom looking up, which is was my second rock bottom, I’m not going for a third. This I’m done.

Sam 23:12

No need.

Kim 23:12

Yeah. Um, my first one was in my teens, very bad, very, very tumultuous. 2016 was our worst year of our life. We lost three grandparents. I started no contact with my family. My mom had the C. Um, there was just a really awful time in my life. And I brought my mind to I want to do something with this little amount of energy positive I have left. And so I learned how to build the log home and I really dove into it. Like everything I got, I’m sick. I found out now I had mole poisoning, parasites, and lime. So, you know, I really energy, I really put all of that energy and focus into one thing that eventually could come beautifully from it all. And it did. But the crazy part about it is that it didn’t just build me a log home. But because I went out to the woods dying, all of this happened, you know. But I really wouldn’t have even been there if I had not said, I just want to do something good with this trauma. I just want to do something good with this part of my life that eventually could blossom into something else at the best. At the worst, I’m at the worst.

Sam 24:30

You’re already at the worst. The only way to go is up or to give up, which we’re that’s not in us.

Kim 24:34

We’re not gonna give up. We’re never gonna give up. Even, you know, the last few months has been somewhat challenging for me. Um, there’s a lot of parts to this that like I didn’t quite realize was expected, or what disappointment could happen, or just a good understanding. Even at the best moments, I’ve been able to celebrate. And like just learning about yourself in the midst of all of this and trying to keep pulling, that’s manifestation. It is, is continuing to stay positive and pulling the things that you need to continue to keep pulling positive, and pushing yourself forward.

Sam 25:15

You were building so much more than the log home when you were building, you were building your whole future.

Kim 25:18

I really was. I just didn’t want to be in that future and sometimes in that in that present. And sometimes I think people can hear that in a negative way. It wasn’t that I wasn’t happy with my present. I just knew that wasn’t gonna be it for me for my future. But everything around me I wanted, I wanted everything around me, and every time I’ve asked the universe to show me, I always say this show me the better way with Jeremy, with the log home, with my family, with what I’m doing. Show me the way. Because if I segregate those out, the universe isn’t gonna know the difference. It’s only going to know that I I want this, but I want this with everyone. That’s my abundance. You know what I’m saying?

SPEAKER_02 26:11

Yes.

Kim 26:12

So I make sure when I’m using these words and I say I a lot, because I’m bringing everyone with me. So I’m, you know, I’m my own in my own right, but I want everyone with me when I’m doing it.

Sam 26:25

It’s a beautiful example of being detailed with what you affirm. And when you’re manifesting that the more detailed you are, the better. Because I for years would say, I am so happy and grateful now to have a number one song on the billboard charts, a number one song on the billboard charts. I would say that for years and I finally got it. But it was on an RB chart and it was like that, which is great. And it was on a dance chart, which is great. Like those are amazing accomplishments. And afterward, though, I re when I got those accomplishments and I had them, I went, oh, I have to be more detailed. Yes. I need to say number one on the top 100 if that’s my goal. It’s listening. Yeah, it’s listening to the city. The universe is listening.

Kim 27:10

It’s listening to the negative and it’s listening to the positive. And I remember I would be so scared because I have some psychic abilities, and I was using it and channeling it to the negative. Like, oh, I saw right before I got in a terrible accident. I saw it. Well, I want to see positive. I want to see the positive side of it. So I’m gonna flip it and do the same thing, only positive.

Sam 27:36

Yeah. Well, one to me is manifesting unconsciously.

Kim 27:39

Yes.

Sam 27:40

Um, because it’s just manifesting out of the subconscious program that’s running, which because of the world we live in and the the state of it is negative a lot of the time by default. So you have to be conscious and use your power to consciously create positively. And then I mean, I’m me and you know, Bishop talk about this all the time, but how many times we’ve manifested something great on accident, then we’re like, oh, let’s do it on purpose. Totally. Now let’s do it on purpose. Totally. Let’s see what we can do on purpose, you know.

Building A Future From Trauma

Kim 28:10

Yeah, because I’ve manifested negative, and then you gotta like, then you gotta double down your manifestation because you just did the negative. Really, it was it. I remember the day and the moment that my brain switched. I remember it because I was sitting underneath my welcome tree, and I’m like, I wanna be the first member of my family to be wealthy. I want to be the first member of my family to be abundant. I want to be the first member of my family to do all these things, but like I don’t want to put the effort in. Okay, well, you have to put the effort in. Like, you have to do that. And like I was just gaining that wisdom. I was gaining the wisdom to reboot my subconscious, which is something I don’t think people really realize is that you operate from that and then it turns into consciousness. You know, that’s how I see it. Like, I believe my subconscious is what’s completely rewired my consciousness, and I’ve used a lot of chemicals to help me with that, but I can see the proof is in the pudding. We can talk about what I had to do the last four months with the Siliconia block in order for me to rewire my subconsciousness, which is where the name of rewire, uh, reset your reality came from. And I realized that I’m so self-aware, but my my mind needs that rewiring. And so, in order to do that, I have to get injections in my neck, and then I do a little bit of K in there in order to get down inside of my subconsciousness because it’s all so embedded in me.

Sam 29:49

This is also very nervous system-based.

Kim 29:51

Yes.

Sam 29:52

And and if you are trapped in fight, flight, freeze, yes, uh, which you can alternate between or fawn. You can be or fawn.

Kim 30:00

Fawn is where you’re people pleasing. Yeah, and I’m a people pleaser, and then I’m a freezer. Yep. I’m not as freeze, honestly. I’ve really evaluated that the last four months that I’ve been in. Oh, I was a hundred percent stuck in fight or flight.

Sam 30:14

So you used SGB, which is a stillate ganglia block. You used that as a tool to reset your nervous system so you could finally be in rest and digest. Yes, which finally would parasitic.

Kim 30:28

Manifestation wants to be. Manifestation should be in rest or digest because when you are in fight or flight, you’re in survival mode. Yes, and it’s a negative issue, right?

Sam 30:40

Not always We’re fighting to survive.

Kim 30:42

Yes. So any type of mindset that you have, your subconscious is actually rewiring it that way. Your neurons are gonna continue to misfire, but your body’s gonna think that’s normal because you basically are telling it internally it’s normal. And sometimes you just have to go in there and pressure wash that shit out. And that’s what to me, the stillate ganglia block does immediately for me. It’s immediate.

SPEAKER_02 31:06

That’s great.

Kim 31:07

When you are stuck in fight or flight, you’ve got words in your mind, and those words are manifestation, those words are gonna come to light to your reality. You are not gonna be able to continue to keep changing your reality until you change your internal words about yourself, which is your subconscious, which is why I listen to frequencies at night with subliminal messages because it’s subliminal where you’re going in and you’re changing your outside reality. One of my favorite subliminal messages is calm, confidence, and joy, speak with clarity, speak with understanding, speak so people understand what you’re saying so that they look at you in that light that they need and show them that light. Show them how to be confident in themselves and help themselves and be healthy internally. I listen to those at night.

Sam 31:57

And the only way you can show anyone else that is if that’s you inside. You were just reflecting what’s your inner world to the outer world. Yes. And that’s beautiful. I, when I was stuck in fight, flight back in my rock bottom. I didn’t know about SGB yet. Maybe it wasn’t even available. I didn’t have money to do that. Or I had nothing. So I used the sticky notes, the affirmations, the words, the power of the words, embodying them. And then I used moving my body. I made myself get up every single morning. And I wouldn’t let myself miss a morning because I knew it was momentum-based. And I got up every single morning before I did anything else. And I put my shoes on and I drove right up the street to the park and I put headphones in and I danced my ass off and I ran suicides on the basketball court and I pushed myself so hard to where I even threw up like mucus and stuff I didn’t even know was in me. But my body was like, you have to move. And so my spirit was like, you have to move. And I don’t know, I didn’t know what I was training for, but I knew I was training for something. And I I knew I was shifting my reality and I knew I was shifting my inner state. I was doing hard things. I was proving to myself I was a badass, unstoppable superhero, even with no money, no resources. It didn’t matter. I didn’t even have a gym membership. I could still just use myself, my own fire to do that. And then sure enough, it just catapulted me. I changed everything. And within a matter of a couple of months, that’s when I signed my publishing deal and I moved to LA. And I’m like, oh, I was training for this. I wouldn’t have been ready. I wouldn’t have been even, I wouldn’t have even had the frequency to attract it, receive it, accept it, and and accomplish it without shifting my entire inner state. Well, moving my body to that drastic of a level every day, you better believe that changed my inner narrative about myself. Are you kidding me? I woke up one morning and before I put my shoes on and go to the park, I read all the things out loud and I went, Oh my God, I’m every single one of these. I’m I’m actually every single one of these now. And it was only in a couple of months. And I was literally everything I wrote. When I wrote them, I was none of them. Like the power, the power of manifestation.

Kim 34:19

You can’t stay stagnant. Everything is evolving at all times. The universe is in a constant state of motion, unfolding. So you have to move. I didn’t go to your extreme, but I didn’t got it that way up out of bed mentally, and I moved to the chair every day. I moved my body as much as humanly possible in those moments.

Sam 34:40

This is an important point because it’s not about to the degree everyone’s different. So this is really important. You did all you could do in with where you are. I did all I could do. Yes. There was a piece of wisdom I read at that time that changed everything for me because I knew it was true and I applied it to my life immediately. And it’s it was the key that really made me really have that self-belief inside that just unwavering confidence, like I know no matter what I can. And it was this do what you can with what you have from where you are, and it will always be enough. But you have to be honest with yourself about do what you can. Yes. You have to be honest, you have to be doing everything you can, and that’s when things change.

Kim 35:33

And that’s what I did.

Sam 35:34

You did everything you could everything I could.

Kim 35:36

I knew Jeremy was gonna be working on the log home. So I’m gonna picture, I’m gonna, I’m gonna talk about exactly what it looked like. I’m in a 33-foot travel trailer underneath a carport. My husband is behind me, literally building a log home. My how, my my um trailer wasn’t even positioned so I could see the log home most of the year that I was that sick. I couldn’t even see it being built unless I went outside.

Sam 36:05

Which was rare.

Nervous System Reset And SGB

Kim 36:06

Yeah. So I didn’t even get to watch him build. I literally stared, like there was a little window. My chair was here. I actually said to Jeremy, You need because he was like, Let’s put the couch over here. And I said, I don’t want to put the couch over here. I want to put it over here because I I’m I don’t have anything to look at except for outside on my my land. And I remember sitting there staring, going, I’m visualizing behind me him building, and I’m going to make myself get up for at least five minutes to go out there and look. Even if that’s all I do, go down the stairs, turn the corner, look at the log home, and then come back in. And you know, he was gone eight, 10 hours a day building behind us. So what am I gonna do? Sit and watch TV and waste my time and waste my mind? Or am I gonna really dig in and sit in the chair but put headphones on and do hypnosis, do law of attraction, listen to frequencies, learn about what’s really going on with me? Because it was a whole year and a half before I even knew what a stalak ganglioblock was. And it was only because of Joe Rogan and Vets shout out to all of this information that was put out there in 2020, 2021 for me to be able to absorb and read and understand and identify with and make me feel valid. Because no matter what I was gonna do, I was stuck in fight or flight. I was stuck in a PTSD moment, unnecessary suffering for years is what happened to me. And like your mind is so powerful. That’s what this is all about, right? It can make you or break you. And I was broken. I was so broken that there wasn’t anything left for me to give, and all I could do was sit in this chair with headphones on, which by the way, I chose to not buy food that week because I needed these specific headphones. Priorities. You know, I needed those priorities, and so I’m sitting there and I’m thinking, how else can I reset my reality here?

Sam 38:13

Good job. Thanks. Even getting up, walking down those stairs. I mean, I know the feeling. I know it was a lot of things.

Kim 38:18

And it was scary too. It was scary because trailers have weird steps. And at the time we had not built better steps for, and I had fallen on those steps. So it was like, oh my God, I’d have to hold on to the bar. I look back and I think, gall dang, man. I sat, I just remember, I just remember sitting in that chair going, if you could just let me see this log home. Like I remember being hypnotized by me walking down my current staircase now. And, you know, when it’s like countdown to 10. Yes, yeah, yeah. And what’s crazy is like it sounds so woohoo, but let’s not literally the stairs that Jeremy built me. He picked out some different uh railings and he had drawn up a different railing, and I said, Absolutely not. That is not what I saw. That is not what I saw. And he was like, Well, I can’t find those, the the actual metal posts that there are, the railings. And I said, I can’t. And I immediately turned and looked, they were right there. I was like, These are it, Jeremy. And he was like, Oh my god. Because I had hypno, I had hypnotized myself so many times going down those stairs.

Sam 39:26

You visualized, yeah.

Kim 39:27

Yeah, and that is what’s really important is visualization is really one of the best things you can do to reset your reality. Yeah. And the way that I started realizing that that’s what I was doing was I would visualize myself getting enough energy to get up and go brush my teeth at five o’clock, right? So I would visualize the number of five in my head, and then I would visualize myself grabbing my toothbrush, putting the toothpaste on the toothbrush, brushing my teeth, washing my face, and then sitting right back down in my chair because that’s all I could give myself in those moments: waking up, washing my face, getting in the chair. I would visualize it. So when it was time to do it, it was robotic. And I didn’t have to give any more energy to physically do it then. So I had already mentally done it, rested. Now I’m physically going to robotically do it.

Sam 40:27

I think that’s also beautiful because it’s like baby steps and visualization. Like if visualization sounds intimidating or like, how do you do that? Like, start with something so small like that. And at the time, that was a lot for you to do. I know the feeling I’ve been there where getting out of bed just to shower was almost impossible. So for you to like visualize you doing something as simple as brushing your teeth at a certain time, and then you got up and did it, that is literal manifestation through visualization. You would get up to do it because you just saw yourself do it in your internal mind and your inner eye. And that’s what visualization is. So starting, I think that’s a cheat code that people could use to start if they’re not used to visualization and using it as a tool to manifest. Then you can even start with something simple like that. Start with something like brushing your teeth and see every detail of it and feel it, go through it in your mind. And then taste it. Then do it. Yeah.

Kim 41:22

Cause it’s really about the mind believing it doesn’t know the difference. It doesn’t know the difference. There’s only two emotions that your body understands love and fear. All the rest of these words are just words. So it really doesn’t understand what the difference is. Both of those. Yeah, it’s just very black and white. Your body is very black and white, it really is very simple. I think we’ve just gotten overly complicated with the way that our body is. But it wasn’t until I went in and, you know, obviously mushies helped me so very much to go in and rewire everything and get that energy that my body needed in order for me to continue to go more than five minute walks and, you know, all of those things played a part. But the first part that started this was a hundred percent me sitting in that chair, listening to law of attraction, listening to frequencies and listening to how to make changes in your life.

Sam 42:21

Beautiful. The visualization uh part, I want to circle back around to that because it absolutely works. So for using the law of attraction and visualization to manifest when you visualize something happening in your future that you desire to happen and you feel the excitement, the joy, the gratitude in it, you’re going within, you’re using your mind and the vision inside of yourself to see something you desire. For me, how I’ve been able to use it and it work is amplifying the gratitude feeling. So when I’m in it, I’m so grateful for what I’m experiencing. And I feel that gratitude in my body. I feel the gratitude is like the cheat code for me in that equation, and it’s worked every time. So I remember, you know, I I moved out to LA, got the publishing deal, and I was writing songs and recording songs in my apartment. And I remember one night just getting on the floor in a child’s pose position and basically in like prayer mode, I was going real deep within, and I just was so grateful and I was just thanking the creator, the source of all life. And I got real deep in and I saw myself walking to my mailbox at that apartment complex, putting the key in, opening it up, pulling out an envelope that was from a record label, opening the envelope inside was a check with my name on it. And I saw the amount and I saw my name and I felt so grateful. I was so grateful for it within a matter of like. Like a couple of months is when I got the phone call from Atlantic Records and then closed that deal and got signed. And it wasn’t until the day that I walked to my mailbox and I opened it up, and there was the check from them in my hand. And I went, whoa, because that’s right when I remembered that I did that. And I went, this magic works. It really works. But that, but the gratitude, the amplification of the gratitude feeling is so key in my personal equation for manifesting because it’s I think it’s um an easy emotion to access for me and a feeling to access for me, is that you’re lucky. Well, it’s like, how could I not be grateful?

Kim 44:45

Yeah, it’s a lot, it’s that’s a lucky frequency for people to have. Not everyone has it. Oh man. We have to find it. I have to find it. Wow. I am so grateful. I have gratitude, I’m happy, but it I have to work at it. It doesn’t just come naturally to everybody to have that feeling. Well, I think mine is more sometimes based out of the fear, and that comes from the fight or flight.

Move Your Body To Shift Identity

Sam 45:13

Sure, yeah. Yeah, I mean, gratitude to me is a form of love. You’re loving life, you’re loving whatever it is that’s providing you with whatever it is. You’re just it’s it’s it is a it’s a version of love, it’s a shade of it. And so yeah, you’re either tapping a fear or love. But oh, I’m so glad you brought that up. At the time, I also read a book that my mentor put me on to called The Science of Getting Rich. And it wasn’t just about money, it was about manifesting abundance, and it was written like by Wallace D. Waddles, probably in like the late 1800s or early 1900s. But wisdom doesn’t age, it doesn’t matter how long a book is around, if it’s real truth and wisdom of universal law in it, it doesn’t age. So it it’s it’s applicable and it’s valid. Um no matter when you hear it or read it, it’s still true because it’s just the laws of this realm and universe and the way it’s set up. And I remember reading and and hearing it, it hit me so hard. It was like there’s two paths to success. You can choose one or the other. One is creative and one is competitive. And the creative one is there’s enough for all of us, there’s enough to go around, there’s enough here for me too. It’s it’s about collaboration, community, relationships, and people are everything. Everything. I wouldn’t have been able to do anything that I’ve accomplished in my life without other human beings.

Kim 46:46

I feel like a lot of times for me, that it was a very isolating thing in order for me to branch out and and celebrate and do those things in most of my aspects of life, including manifesting you. Because I feel like in order for me to be able to get my mind straight, to not have it be a negative, to continue to have it be positive, but it’s usually I’m ready to manifest something because something negative is happening to me in that moment. And then I have to work through like what that looks like when the positive manifestation comes forward, how you can dig yourself out of the weeds from actually manifesting it from the trauma. Does that make sense? So, like, I love my log home, it’s beautiful, but I do walk into it often and go, man, I really did something with my trauma here. You know what I’m saying? So it’s like rewiring my brain in order for me to accept the fact that like everything I’ve done is very positive, but it came from the depths of despair, of shame, regret.

Sam 47:51

Girl, what do you think some of the best songs I ever wrote will came out of? Famous. Yeah, I mean, but but I’ve also written and created a lot of songs out of love and joy and happiness. So I think we create from all of the above, and the what you just described is alchemy at its finest. You literally alchemized, you transformed something negative and you turned it into something positive. It’s one of the most powerful superpowers or magic that you can use as a human, I think, because you transmute something and you transform it into love, light, into something positive, into something helpful, into something successful, into something beautiful, like taking something ugly.

Kim 48:38

Yeah.

Sam 48:39

One of my favorite lines I’ve ever, ever written, one of my favorite lyrics I’ve ever written is take your disaster and suffering and turmoil and pain and bury it under the soil and pray for rain. I hope it grows into a rose your eyes have never seen. And darling, know that beautiful comes out of the ugliest thing. It is alchemy at its finest, most masterful form. You take the bullshit. Thank you. You take the bullshit, but use it as motherfucking fertilizer, bitch.

Kim 49:18

Totally, totally.

Sam 49:19

Don’t roll around in it.

Kim 49:20

Don’t stay in it, don’t smell in it, don’t roll around in it.

Sam 49:25

Good lord.

Kim 49:25

Because you’re just gonna sit and you’re just gonna be.

Sam 49:27

It’s gonna be a stinky mess.

Kim 49:29

That’s right, and you’re gonna stay there. Yeah, you’re gonna be, you’re gonna be static. You’re gonna just really stay stagnant, and stagnant is what causes disease.

Sam 49:39

Disease can’t hit a moving target, right? Neither can depression, neither can anxiety, neither can despair. A moving target, keep it moving, keep it moving no matter what. And it’s literally no matter what you can do, it’s it’s as much as you can do, but only you know what that is. Only you know truly what that is.

Baby-Step Visualization For Daily Life

Kim 49:58

But back to us manifesting each other, each other, your beautiful words. I want to use my words to say how much I’m grateful for manifesting my colorful friend with the same letters as me, Sam. And I saw you way back, way back, way back even in my childhood, but I also saw you while I was in the woods going through what I was going through. And then when we moved to Seattle, I was really lost because there’s this part of my life that I don’t get to share with a lot of people because we did go so viral. We did have to start a business so fast, we did make money in the process of that. I was living in squalor while all of this was happening still, because we were living in our log home with nope, no heat and no shower in it. We were still showering in our trailer for almost over a year while building Rogers Hood. It was very confusing to me because I’m like, how am I making this money and doing all these things and I’m being celebrated yet? I’m living like this, and I don’t really have a lot of people around me that is-sharing it with. Yes, and and so, and you have to be really careful at times who you do share it with because of intention and and bad behavior. And so there was moments where I would say out loud, I want a friend who I can podcast with, who I can create with, who I can do social media with, who can travel with me and can just celebrate everything that I’m doing here because what I’ve done is wild and it’s it’s amazing. And I just wanted someone that had the right intentions with me. Not that I hadn’t had that, but like I was yearning, I was yearning for a friend. I was reaching out to anybody that wanted to be my friend, and not everyone that was wanting to be my friend was there for the right intentions. And I remember we moved into this beautiful apartment downtown Seattle, which was always a dream of mine, and um, it was just a gorgeous right on the water, I mean, right down at Pike, like you couldn’t have gotten any cooler in in Seattle than where we had rented this apartment, and it might not be that same to someone thinking, oh, it’s an apartment, but it was just about the state of my being at that time. I had gotten myself out of the moldy woods for sure. We financially were comfortable after being poverty stricken, literally bankrupt. And here I’m living in this beautiful apartment downtown Seattle, and it was just amazing. My niece helped me find it, she was there, and I just wanted someone to share that with that wouldn’t want to be around me for bad intentions. And I remember meeting Sam and I remember we met in November, and I said out loud in February, I want to say it was February 23rd. I mean, that’s how much I really genuinely remember me standing in my master bath saying, I want a friend who’s fun, can podcast, can do social media with me, can be my partner in crime, who can we can have fun. And it could be male or female, and I had a friend at that time that I thought, oh, this is it. And then like that afternoon, me and you started to decide we were gonna meet up on your birthday.

Sam 53:30

You showed up in my life exactly when I needed you. How could I not be grateful? You know, how could you not be grateful? Like life is it’s beyond what we really even know. It’s so much bigger than us. But for so long before you came into my life, I was totally yearning and craving feminine energy, more feminine energy in my life. I needed more of it, but I still had a wound. I still had, you know, like a sister, mother, just woman wound. I still was operating out of not really trusting women at the time. And um, my best friend Mel, shout out to Mel. Shout out to Mel. We love you, Mel. Um, she invited me to go to her uh womanhood wellness weekend retreat. It’s a woman’s retreat. And I finally said yes. She told me to come like every year, and and I was like, nah, nah, nah. And then finally I went. And I went, and it totally surprised me because it really did help me heal a female wound I had where I was just was closed off to females. It was like, oh, I can’t trust you because you’ll hurt me somehow. And I went in October, and when I left, I noticed and realized a shift had taken place inside of me, and I didn’t even note it. But from spending this weekend with these women in this how this home and going through really vulnerable and beautiful things together, I totally and completely let my guard down and was like, oh, I can connect with women. Um, I already had Mel, like she was on lock, but she was like my one, like that. I was just like, you know, I trust her for sure. But I I was more open after I left the retreat. And literally, like a week later, my childhood friend Chelsea. Shout out to Chelsea because I would have never met you through unless she called me about all the worms that came out of her and told me, you gotta find this woman and her parasite cleanse and let’s do it together. So then I found you because of her, and I started, you know, you know how I get. So I like we’ve told this story before, but I just started like going through all your videos and posts and like liking everything and diving deep down the wormhole because I’m like, what am I getting myself into? And then that’s when you noticed me because I was like blowing your shit up.

Kim 55:48

And so then you came over and DM’d me and well, I DM’d you because you have a CMOS business, Sammy CMOS. And I had never done CMOS, and CMOS is great, but I I was waiting to do CMOS. I didn’t want to just I didn’t want to try something that I had heard didn’t taste very good and then have it ruined because of that. Like mentally, I just didn’t know if I could go through it, and I was very much into CMOS that particular time frame. It was crazy. Yeah, so that I I saw you liking everything, and I went. You went into my profile. Yeah, I went in your profile. I’m like, oh, that’s cool. Like she wrote for Kanye, and she’s little Wayne. Oh, this is all really great. Oh, she has a CMOS business. Like immediately went over to the CMOS business.

Sam 56:31

But that’s inside of it that’s crazy because it’s like, yeah, like music, you know, like music for a whole decade of my life at that point was my profession. Yeah. But what people didn’t know publicly was at the same time, simultaneous simultaneously, for the same amount of time in the background in my personal life, I was just as passionate and lit up and dedicated and committed to health and wellness and holistic living and herbs and food as medicine and all the nuggets.

Kim 56:58

You would drop those nuggets, Sam, in your interviews. Cause I went, you guys, I went really far back and I watched so many interviews of Sam and what she had done and who she was and what she represented because I’m real careful now about who’s in my circle. Yeah. And so I went so far back and I’m like, oh, this she’s been talking about this for so long. Like she’s you said in one of your interviews, people just don’t know, but like I eat organic and I’m holistic and like everything but my hair has always been the thing, you know, and I wear some makeup like this, but like, you know, I do it because of this balance, and it just made me feel like okay.

Sam 57:42

Oh, we can connect about this thing we have in common.

Kim 57:44

She is she’s the real deal. Yeah, it’s not just numbers or you know, it’s she’s the real deal.

Sam 57:50

I lived it for I lived it for just as long, and it just wasn’t public, yeah, like as public, you know, and and and and so yeah, I did started the CMOS business during during 2020 to keep all of our family and friends healthy and our immune system strong, and then like word of mouth spread, so the business spread and it became a business. And and then yeah, when we met, I was open because I just left this woman’s retreat. So I was like, oh, this woman came in and we started talking and I was cleansing then, and we were talking about the cleansing and walking through it and stuff, but we just like connected. But the only reason at that time I even was open to connecting with you without being like, what you know, what’s the angle or what it wasn’t closed off is because of that. So it’s even beautiful, just how life like it’s like boom, boom, boom. And it’s so-cause you might have just been like, oh, okay, this girl, like but no, I was open and I was ready to receive you at the time, and obviously we were meant to be friends.

Kim 58:48

I mean, even to where we’re at now, where like you and Jeremy are so similar, and me and Bishop are so similar, like those similarities, it’s wild, you guys. It’s wild when you start to find your tribe.

Sam 58:58

Yes. But I I’m telling you at that time, like you were just a the perfect fit for what I didn’t even know I needed, or what I didn’t even know I’d been looking for for a long time. And it just like clicked and aligned. But if I wouldn’t have been in a trusting energy, I would have missed you. I wouldn’t have even seen you. Trust is huge, and it was a huge theme for me in 2025 and this year. Trust myself, trust others, trust my team, trust life, trust that everything is conspiring for good.

Gratitude And The Abundance Mindset

Kim 59:38

It’s a hard, it’s a hard to switch, it’s hard to switch that. It really is to trust that everything is happening for you, not against you. When you’ve been in that against it’s muscle memory. Yeah. Whether it’s a positive or a negative, you have to actively change your mindset. Yeah. And I remember the moment I changed it for me and you, in order for us to go forward. It really was when I sent a picture of this beautiful apartment that I couldn’t share with anybody. Because the times I have shared things online, I’ve been ridiculed and know your audience, and like the comments are, you know, I don’t, I don’t absorb them, but I do look at them and I do adjust what I post so that people aren’t feeling like I’m shoving something down their throat or I didn’t read the room. Here, I’m doing all these amazing things, but I’m not getting it to share with people around me. Yeah. You know, and I hadn’t been connected with my parents yet and my sister, so I really was in a very isolated, yeah, that’s so wild, hermited, beautiful house apartment.

Sam 1:00:49

Some people I’ve heard someone call that kind of feeling or space golden handcuffs before. Totally. Because you’re like, oh my god, I have like everything, but like I’m lonely. Yeah, like I have no one to share. I don’t get to share this. I don’t get it with, yeah.

Kim 1:01:03

I want to share this beautiful view. And so I remember the moment I decided to share it with Sam, I put her music on and I did a video.

Sam 1:01:11

She sent me a video of it. And the first thing I noticed was the numbers of her apartment in the beginning of the video. And I said, Girl, if you are gonna post this on social media, cut out that beginning part because it shows your address. Because I was I was looking out for you from the beginning.

Kim 1:01:27

From the beginning, and I was like, Oh, this is so great. Like, no judgment, not you know, just support. Yeah, and this isn’t a woe is me. This is really about how I was one way, and then my life totally did a 180 into another way, and all of these things came at me so fast, and I handled them very well as they were coming at me, but there was this part that I needed, yeah. There was a part that I needed to to reach out and go through that fear because I never really had a lot of friends growing up.

Sam 1:02:03

You never had a close girlfriend like me before me.

Kim 1:02:06

No, yeah, no, which is honored honored.

Sam 1:02:09

No. I for a long time with my partner were we had talked for years. Shout out to Bishop. Shout out to Bishop. We love Bishop, he’s the best. We talked for years about starting a podcast. And then you came and we, you know, I started cleansing and we started bonding outside of the cleanse, but definitely the worms also bonded us. We also like connected through the worms because if you don’t know now, you know, I passed probably a thousand at this point. I don’t even know how many, but hundreds and hundreds of worms out of my little body. Very weird, out of my nose, too. Yeah. So um the worms bonded us for sure. The cleansing process bonded us, but then just all things health and wellness and hitting it off like that, me sending you my sea moss, you loving it, um, us just always talking about that, talking about business, talking about life, and just connecting.

Kim 1:03:00

Not having any intentions either. I mean, that’s a big one because like I remember Bishop saying, Well, what does Kim want?

Sam 1:03:07

Yeah, well, it’s because it’s because like all of a sudden, out of nowhere, here comes this woman into my life, and every day, all day, I’m coming into the room going, Kim said, Oh, Kim just Kim, Kim, Kim. And he’s like, Okay, hold on. Who is this? And what does she want? And I’m like, to be my friend. I’m like, she’s just awesome. Like, she’s great energy, and trust me, I’m a feeler man. I’m gonna feel your energy out. And my spirit sussed you out, checked you out. I knew it was just all pure. It was just meant to be, it’s one of those soul connections. We just knew right away because we just it’s it’s always been so easy, yeah, so comfortable.

Kim 1:03:43

Even in the even in the hardest parts of my life the last few years, we get we’ve been there supporting and understanding, and just, you know, it’s a lot of moving parts. It’s something that wasn’t I wasn’t prepared for, I wasn’t expected, and and I’m so grateful for it. I really not that I don’t feel gratitude, but like I think some people just need to know that not that’s not always how you should run your mind, but you should get to that point, if that makes sense.

Manifesting Friendship And Learning Trust

Sam 1:04:15

Well, just literally start small, focus on something so tiny. I am so grateful for the air in my lungs. Wow, I’m alive because of that. Start there easy cheat code. So listen, you came into my life with so many things that I needed, and I came into your life with so many things you needed, and that’s what makes it a beautiful, symbiotic, synergy, cyclical, reciprocated relationship. Yeah, and that’s a beautiful thing, and I’m really, really grateful for you, and I’m so glad we manifested each other. Oh, yeah, and I’m glad we manifested this podcast. What’s eating you? Season two has come to a wrap, and it is because we are preparing season three, and we have so much in store for you. So we do got to take a little break to get that content done for you guys and go and show you new things, modalities, talk about things, bring people on. We have so much in store for season three. We’re bringing in more music and pop culture and art, and we are just bringing in a lot of life into season three for you. We can’t wait. It’s gonna be so awesome. We are building a holistic, healthy home. We’re gonna show you the entire process of that. Kim is doing that with her husband Jeremy on their land, and we’re literally bringing you along for the journey. We’re gonna teach you and show you exactly how to do that. Season three is going to be epic. Season two has been wonderful.

Kim 1:05:51

So good. I and when we look back at it all, it’s just wild. It’s wild how much things have changed in the just this one season. What we’ve done. We’ve moved. We’ve moved states.

Sam 1:06:04

Yeah. Um, lots of life changes in our health, both of our personal health. I mean, I mean, literally, when season two started, I went through the craziest skin breakout of my life. And right now my skin is thriving, and I’m so grateful. It looks so good. Thank you. And so much of that is due to you and your wisdom and your skin, your skin wisdom. And um, you helping me through that, and just all the things that we do on the street.

Kim 1:06:33

Helping me through my mental health things because it really is a journey and it’s an invisible one. So people don’t always understand that and aren’t supportive and they’re not gonna stick around.

Sam 1:06:46

Yeah, you know, yeah.

Kim 1:06:48

So you guys really like waded through it with me. And if you have if you have PTSD, please look into the SGB. The Solake Ganglia block really is something that changed me immediately. Immediately now it’s not the cure, all right, but like it will help you get back on track. PTSD keeps you in a loop, you stay in that loop, and no matter how hard you try, sometimes you can’t get out and you just need a little assistance. It’s a physical issue, so they have to inject you in your neck, and it’s a physical issue, it’s a physical overactive nerve. My nerve is overactive, and when I get upset, it starts to get inflamed, which then breaks the brain gut connection basically and keeps me in fight or flight. It’s what is contributing to you staying in fight or flight is the stylate ganglia and it holds trauma and memories like a code. And in order for you to go in and reset that code, you go in and you have to inject some latocaine steroid into your neck, and that I get that done by a specialist, and we’re gonna talk more about it in season three because I want to bring one of the specialists on who actually does exactly what got me out of fight or flight and allowed me to manifest the positive side of what we’re all going through right now and all of the good things because when you stuck when you’re stuck in it, you’re just negative, you’re just you’re gonna manifest the negative. And so if you can get yourself out. Um, Joe Rogan talks, like I said earlier. Joe Rogan talks a lot about it. That’s where I got a lot of my information that I went and dug.

Season Three Plans And Closing

Sam 1:08:30

So it’s really difficult to manifest from the sympathetic nervous system, from being in fight, flight, freeze, fun. But if you can shift your nervous system into rest and digest, into parasympathetic, that is an ideal position to manifest from and visualize and use all of these tools we shared with you. Our whole entire desire for this episode is to share the tools with you that have worked in our lives in hopes that not even in hopes that they work. So I don’t even have to hope. Trusting that whoever’s on the other end of this, listening, watching, something sparked you, something inspired you, something clicked and helped you and can help you in your life manifest your desired reality, your desired life, the people who, your tribe who will help you, you know, that’s so important. It’s so important.

Kim 1:09:25

It’s every so important. We talk about how whenever we’re apart, and I’m going through it, we’re like, soul family.

Sam 1:09:32

Oh man, when we’re together, it’s literally soul medicine. We look at our aura ring charts and we’re in like we’re literally like chill when we’re with each other. It’s good, we’re good for each other’s nervous systems. We are. So thank you for joining us for the season finale of season two. I want to just read this one sentence because I typed it out when we were talking about this entire episode, and I want to get it right. I basically just said, look for the signs and messages that resonate deeply with your soul and spirit. Listen and apply. Apply immediately. Take action and know that it is leading you to your desired life and reality. Thank you for joining us. We will see y’all in season three.
