As always, none of what we say or show on this podcast is medical advice, but we are simply sharing our own personal journeys and opinions with you!
Kim: 0:10
We decided to do a live today because we want to make sure you guys are going over to our podcast and subscribing on YouTube and all the other channels that were on the podcast platforms. And also that, you know, we’ve wrapped up our recordings and we’ve got some fun things that we’ve done, and we’re excited for you guys to watch it, but also to share a little bit about what we’ve done and the adventures we’ve been on.
Sam: 0:36
So yes, exactly. Thank you everyone for joining us today. Listen, season two is off to an incredible start. We already have a few episodes out, so you can check them out on YouTube and all the other streaming podcast platforms. So definitely dive in because we’ve already given you a lot of good stuff. We had Dr. Juliana Giles on. That’s Kim’s personal doctor and her whole family’s doctor. That’s the one who helped Kim come back from her deathbed and not only survive but now thrive and help millions of people cleanse their bodies and heal through parasite cleansing. We have an awesome water episode that’s out now. That just dropped five days ago. Kim spills the tea on the real quality of water in Seattle and America in this episode. You don’t want to miss it. We dive into water filters, we dive into what to do while traveling, we dive into why you should not drink, bathe, wash your face, or brush your teeth with tap water, or rinse your produce off with tap water. Check out our water episode. It is so juicy and it is full of all the tea. We spill it all, we tell the truth in this one, and we come with solutions. So definitely tap your show. I brought show and tell. Who has props?
Kim: 1:54
I have brought props. Literally that day when um we decided we were gonna start filming the water. Jay brought Dr. Giles brought this pamphlet from Seattle that they had in the mail because we we filmed that one in this in Seattle, and it was just crazy the propaganda about the water. It was like it’s trustworthy. I mean, the words were wild to me. So you have to go watch it so that you can see one, the props I brought to show you the filter that we’ve made. We don’t sell it, you can get it on Amazon. And also the stupid pamphlet that they shipped in our mailboxes. I never saw that pamphlet. She had to give it to me because I would have it was wild.
Sam: 2:38
The level of propaganda is insane when it comes to the water in America, and it’s like this pseudo like false sense of like, you know, supremacy here. Like, oh, America’s so great with its food and so great with its water. And it’s like the truth is it’s actually the opposite. And you do not have to be in a third world country to come into contact with contaminated water. Someone said they’re afraid they’re gonna be super grossed out. Well, whether you’re talking about like parasite cleansing or the water or whatever, it’s always better to know. Like it really is. You need to know, and it’s it’s like more comfortable to be ignorant. They say ignorance is bliss, but like when ignorance can be harming you because of what’s there is like harmful. Like these are an environmental toxin. So whether it’s in your body or in your water, you need to know so that you can free yourself of the ignorance and be informed, which is empowered, and then can choose better and can then take care better care of yourself and your loved ones. So it’s better to know we’re all about knowing here at what’s eating you. We are all about uncovering the truth, exposing the truth, sharing the solutions. We are solution-based people. We never come with just the problems.
Kim: 3:52
Yeah, we like to talk about the problems and then we like to talk about how you can fix the problem because it is all fixable. It’s really just about knowing how to do it and who to talk with, and um, you know, even even what we did last week at Lumati. Lumati. I was gonna say spaghetti.
Sam: 4:15
Well, just say it, say it to say it. Yeah, Lumati. We went to a wellness center. We recorded and filmed the whole thing. Kim spoke at it. She did such an incredible job, so inspiring up there. Um, we went to this healing center, this wellness center, and we got to do some modalities there. A lot that had to do with water. We got to soak in hydrogen baths. That was pretty wild. We soaked in those. We did these cool um like red light vibrate uh machine, but it also had this like stimulator. Um, I wore these like headphones and it had a stimulator that went right here to stimulate my vagus nerve, which is so cool because it tapped into my nervous system and put me into um rest and digest. So that was really cool. We did body scans. Mine freaked me out a little bit. I was like, oh no, man, this is pretty crazy. So let’s talk about like let’s talk about well, yeah, but let’s also talk about testing and stuff, Kim, because you gave me some really great wisdom that night and like advice that night about no matter what test results come back ever, in any way, shape, or form, whether it’s modalities or blood tests or gut test, to never like let that be the end all be all and don’t let it completely freak you out or put you into like discouragement or anything like that. Cause a lot of things, it’s just like what do you call it? A marker, what do you call it?
Kim: 5:45
Yeah, I mean it’s just a gauge. Yeah, right? Like nothing is an end-all. And the thing about the different gauges of testing, right? You’ve got like imaging and blood work, and we did frequency scan to tell us what frequencies are in our body, it could also be a muscle memory frequency, and you just don’t know. So you have to use them as a gauge. The other part about that is when you correct something in your body, everything will autocorrect with it. So just because one lab is off and maybe 10 other labs, when you correct one of those labs, they can all auto-correct. So that’s kind of why in my life I focus on one thing and I take supplements for that one thing, and then I go back in and I re-evaluate should I be focusing on something else? And if I am, what are the symptoms and what does the blood work look like? And then I bring those tests in. A lot of people, including myself, when I start getting into this world, you actually can be overwhelmed. And when I started college, I tested for everything. And I thought I had everything, and I thought that this was what was wrong with me, right? And so it can happen when you start coming into your own right of understanding your body. So you gotta like take a step back and utilize it as a gauge. Do I want to work on parasites? Do I want to clean them out and see where my numbers are? If a parasite is in somewhere like your pancreas or in your bowels, there’s an issue. And so going with one step, cleaning out one step, and then removing things can then address the sugar issue or address constipation. So it really is going through and saying, I want to target this. This could be my root cause of this problem at this time.
Sam: 7:44
Right. Yeah, it is, it is a gauge. It’s a road, it’s like a marker on your roadmap. And healing is a journey. And that’s the other thing is like, you know, it’s easy to get into a space and be like, okay, this is it now. And it’s like it’s we’re constantly unfolding. Like we’re we are constantly unfolding as humans, like as time goes on and actions and day in and day out. So it’s good to be fluid. It’s good to be to be open-minded and pay attention to the feedback and the test results and pay attention, but don’t put all your eggs in one basket and don’t put all of your like hope or or discouragement like into one place. It’s like, no, the body is such a whole and complete system. And then beyond the body, beyond the physical, we have an emotional system, we have a mental, uh, energetic. It’s like all of these things, even spiritual. So you have to really take care of yourself as a whole and then keep working on it. And like she said, it’s like it’s a it’s a marker, it’s a gauge. So you can use it and be like, oh, this one area does need my attention. Let me give it my attention, but then do the work and then keep moving and keep moving on, you know. It’s not like it’s not a death sentence, like it’s just it’s good info. It’s good info.
Kim: 9:00
And I do say a lot when people are parasite cleansing that they should, if they have diabetic issues or if they are having um thyroid issues, you should do a cleanse. And then while you’re on that cleanse, test your sugars. Because as you’re cleansing things out of these organs that are struggling, they are gonna start improving. And so you don’t want to overburden them with the struggles of the medication. So you want to continually check your labs, like it is really important. I know for me personally, I was able to step down from a very large dose for my thyroid to half the dose because I’ve gone in and cleaned out my system so much.
Sam: 9:42
That’s awesome.
Kim: 9:43
But the scan that I got done was a validating scan for me, specifically because I’m having pain in a specific area. So I use the tests as validation for me to go, okay, well, that makes sense why I’m having pain in my butt because I have some nerves that have been damaged on one side, on my left side. And so I got the scan and it came back that veins of rectum were an issue for me. And they looked at me and they said, Do you have a hemorrhoid? And I’m like, No, I don’t, but I do have a pain right next to it. And she was like, Well, that’s why it showed up. And I’m like, of all the things to show up, I looked at her, I go, you know, I’m gonna have to talk about veins of rectum. I’ve in all of my years that I’ve been in medical, I’ve never heard the phrase veins of rectum in the last week.
Sam: 10:40
It was definitely entertainment for all of us all week long after she got that as a result. Because Kim’s Kim’s came back like all green, like every area in her whole body it came back green, and she only had one yellow, and then like the scale is like green, yellow, red. Like this girl didn’t have any red, and she had one yellow, and the one yellow was veins of rectum. Guys, we died. We could not believe it. It was the funniest thing ever. I use that as validation too. Even though like all this stuff popped up in mind, I was like, I don’t know about all that. Like, I don’t know. I was like, I was luteal, I was PMSing, I was stressed, I was sleep deprived. I’m like, honestly, my nervous system is probably just in fight or flight and pretty like out of whack right now. And so a lot of things could be showing up. Who knows? But um, mine was validating too because a couple of the test results I’ve gotten back in my blood work, like it did show up on this. And it so I was like, oh, like pancreas. And I have shared recently, like I’ve had insulin um issues, so my insulin came back deficient. I like barely have any at all. So I don’t have enough insulin to process sugar and carbs and stuff. So I, you know, when my pancreas popped up, which is the organ that that produces insulin, on the body scan, I was like, well, that’s validating because I’m like, yeah, I’m already aware of that and working on that. And so it could possibly be that I possibly may have a parasite or worm in my pancreas, which is crazy because I’ve shared with you guys recently I got a hair analysis test done. Both Kim and I got it done at Detox Depot. Shout out, Dawn. That episode’s coming very soon. We’re really stoked to share that with you because we want to show you guys us getting our hair tested and going over results. And that was really wild. And I did validate that test with blood tests and gut tests, so I know it was accurate, but it came back parasite-free, and then I got a gut test done directly from my gut, and that came back parasite-free. And I was like, woo, I’m parasite free. Well, I am in a lot of areas of my body, I’m parasite-free. This body scan, it scanned us with frequencies. So, like Kim said, it was a frequency scanner and it went in and it basically like tested the frequency of each area of our body and each organ. And it came back with basically like if the frequency of that organ or area is out of um its ideal frequency, which is the the frequency it should be vibrating at when it’s fully operational and operating at its optimal level. Well, um, mine, the pancreas came back, and then I was like, can you click on that to see what it says? Like, why? And when she did, it was like, you possibly have a worm in there. I was like, oh man. I was like, oh man, it burst my bubble because I was like, ooh, but I do know my gut is parasite and um candida-free, and uh my hair scan was, but could potentially have a parasite in the pancreas. So I’m gonna be pancreas cleansing. Keep you guys posted on that.
Kim: 13:44
I’m the opposite. I was the opposite, and I think we should look for a pancreas cleanse for you just to see because I think it’ll help adjust your sugars. I mean, it made sense to us when that frequency popped up on that day on that day because of the fact that your sugar is off. And so it does really make sense if you use the ideals of how the anemia and the iron and a hookworm or whipworm, right? So when there is a worm inside one of your organs or on your vein, you’re going to be short because they’re absorbing that. So people that have anemia and are low in iron, before they go and get iron infusions, you 100% should do a ParaFy kit because you’re trying to knock them loose in order for you to absorb. They’re absorbing, you’re not absorbing. And so that’s really where when it popped up for you, it was, you know, it was fun because you’ve been running around saying I’m parasite-free, where I have actually tested positive with my hair analysis and will show you. And it’s because I just got off of a parasite cleanse. And so it shows one, how long the frequency of a parasite cleanse lasts inside of your body, because it was five days past me doing a parasite cleanse. And so I tested positive for heavy metals. It was my number one heavy metals and parasites, 75% of my body. And Dawn was like, Oh my god, I’m nervous about this for you. And I’m like, Well, I’m not, because I literally just got off of a parasite cleanse on Sunday, and I think it was Tuesday, so I don’t even know if it was a full five days. And then when I got this scan, everything was negative except for veins of rectum.
Sam: 15:38
Oh man. So funny, man. Like, oh I just cannot with that. That is just classic, classic.
Kim: 15:49
Open the door, and I’m screaming veins of rectum. I’m sure. I know we walk in.
Sam: 15:56
I walk in, she’s like, guess what? Only one yellow, and it was veins of rectum. I’m like, oh my god. I knew she was gonna share it with you guys. It’s so funny. But okay, that’s one thing that we did this past week. It was pretty wild. Um, we also, like I said, we soaked in a hydrogen bath. But speaking of soaking in water, yeah, we got to go to Aphora headquarters in California, in Santa Barbara, and we got to soak in Afora’s water after speaking with the head of Aphora. Shout out, Aphora, shout out Tammy. Thank you, everyone, for all of your we’re working, we’re gonna do some collabs with them.
Kim: 16:40
We just love what they stand for and who they are and their water and just understanding how important water is as a base of your health. Like it’s a fundamental need for your health to have good showering water, good brushing your teeth, good drinking water. Like, and the way that they process their water is amazing. And we didn’t show everyone because we did a field trip at a fora and it was amazing. And then they invited us to be a part of this grand opening last week that was in San Diego because a fora and RogersHood just go together like peanut butter and jelly. It’s just important. We we bounced off of each other.
Sam: 17:21
Yeah, no, really. Um, we really dived into the importance of only drinking the highest quality water. And a fora is that for us. So wherever we travel, every time we are anywhere, no matter where we are in the country, we have a flora water ship to where we are so that we can be hydrating ourselves and ourselves with the best quality water possible. It is oxygenated, it is amazing. This water is a game changer. I use it for uh, I use it for my navage when I need to put it up my nose. I use it for enemas. Like that’s another level, you guys. Like a fora enema water, which Kim, this means eventually once you have the whole Aphora system at your place, I can literally just like out of your faucet.
Kim: 18:12
Well, we’re gonna do a machine that stands first. So you’ll have you’ll be able to use the their standing. So we you don’t have to have a whole house filtration system. They have a standing option, but they can just use that. Yeah.
Sam: 18:26
Yeah, nice, amazing. Everyone’s asking about like where to get these tests, like where you can get parasite tested, or where you can get any of these tests. Kim’s Link Tree is so full of all of the resources you need. She has a whole section on it called practitioners that you can look at, practitioners that can help you get tested. You can reach out to any of them. We love everyone listed there. Um, I went through a naturopath for the Genova test. That’s the gut test that I did. And um also urine, blood, and um and saliva. Um, and then the hair analysis test, that is um, we went to Detox Depot at two different locations, Ventura and Santa Barbara. But you can literally just Google hair analysis test and find somewhere near you that has it if you don’t live in California. If you do, we highly, highly recommend Detox Depot. Dawn is amazing and she’ll take care of you. But if you don’t live in Cali, then just Google it and find somewhere near you. But that hair test is legit. It is so legit, Kim, because after I actually after I actually like verified the results with blood and gut tests, I was like, wow, this is real. This is so real. I was like, I thought it was fascinating. In a matter of minutes, the amount of info you get back about what’s going on inside your body is incredible, mind-blowing, just from a few hairs. So that’s pretty, pretty insane. Um, go to Sammy CMOS on Instagram and DM me. I’m actually about to take a whole new batch of orders and make a fresh batch and ship those out. So just DM me over there, and that’s how you can get my CMOS. Um Kim, can you repeat the name of the water system we’re talking about? They may be talking about a fora.
Kim: 20:08
Yeah. One second. One second. I gotta go tell Jeremy something.
Sam: 20:13
Do your thing. Okay. Also, check out our latest water video that our water episode, what’s eating you episode, that just dropped on Wednesday because Kim also breaks down the filters that her and Jeremy use in in their house. And guys, we were staying at a really nice Airbnb in Seattle, and Kim and Jeremy would drive home every day for Kim to wash her face in her water and to shower and wash her hair in her water at home. And that shows you the commitment and seriousness this woman has about filtered water. She she really does practice what she preaches. I’m telling you, anytime we ever travel and we go anywhere, we have gallons of water waiting for us. Everyone gets one for their room to brush our teeth with. Like she is serious. She does not wash her face or brush her teeth with tap water if it’s not filtered.
Kim: 21:05
Mm-mm. No, no, we bring our filters everywhere we go. And funny enough, I’ve always been this way. Like I look back and I think, okay, I used to carry the Sam’s Club water everywhere I went because it was like the cheapest bottled water, but I always had a filter. I’ve always been this way because I was allergic to chlorine, but really I probably was allergic to everything that’s in the water pharmaceuticals, chlorine, worms, metals, like the nematodes. Nematodes. Yep. Seattle’s water has nematodes. I’ve tested it, it tested positive. It was the same nematodes that were in Hoodsport that made us really ill. So it’s really just about foundational education and understanding that if your bucket of toxin is overflowing in your body and you continue to add more and more on it, it’s going to continue to burst out and you’re going to end up with chronic illness. And that means that if I do this a lot, right, I shower correctly, I drink my water good, and my bucket isn’t as overflowing. And then I expose myself to it just here and there, I’m going to be fine.
Sam: 22:22
Yeah.
Kim: 22:23
But when your bucket is overflowing and you’re exposed to these things, that’s when there’s the problem starts to arise. And that’s what happened to me. My bucket was busted in 2019 and in 2020. My bucket was broken. There was no bucket. It was just full of toxins. And so just the amount that I had exposure to, which I wasn’t drinking the worm water in Hoodsport. I was brushing my teeth in it, though. I was washing my produce. I was showering in it. So just that little amount just sent me over the edge.
Sam: 22:59
Oh, totally. Well, when your body has like no defenses, so overburdened and overloaded. I mean, that’s where I was before I started ParaFy cleansing. I was getting sinus infections all the time. My bucket was so overflow. Like, even being an active person and eating clean, it didn’t matter. My lymphatic system was like overburdened. My sinuses, my everything, my hormones were out of whack. Like, so much was off my digestive system, my gut. I didn’t even know all these things was going on. I just didn’t feel good all the time. I would always wake up tired. I would always get sinus infections. When I would get sick, it would last forever. Like we just were running hard. Well, honestly, this entire past month, like, really, let’s be real. It’s been like a whole month of this. Running hard, working constantly, traveling. Like, it’s a lot on the system and the body to do that. And I’m telling you guys, like after even a super long week this past week, full of stress, full of work, full of travel, full of sleep deprivation. Um, we got back and just the other day, and I was like, man, Kim, I feel a little run down. I hit her yesterday, like, I feel a little run down, man. Like, like I don’t feel very well. Like, I was expecting to wake up this morning full blown sick, but I’m not. I’m not because my body really is so resilient and I’m so grateful. And it comes from the consistent work, the consistent effort, the consistent herbs, always, always utilizing RogersHood tinctures. Like I overloaded on immune and recover last night. Then I put ParaFy and Sustain drops because it started to feel a little like scratching in my throat, scratching in my throat, and a little bit like in here, a little, and then a little in my ears. And I’m like, oh, let me clean out my my nasal pathways. And I did. I used ParaFy drops, sustain drops, and saline in my Nivage, and I used distilled water. Um, never use tap water in that. Um never. Never use tap water.
Kim: 24:52
If you guys didn’t watch our episode yet, literally, people have gotten on alive by using tap water in their Nivage or their Netipot. It’s an Aeba that goes in there, it starts to eat your brain. It’s a brain-eating one, and it’s legit. Like this is a thing. It’s not just something that we fear monger, it’s really a thing. So someone asked, could these cities and countries provide a filter system for their citizens? Unfortunately, I think that we’re in a position now where they’re just in denial. They don’t believe that this is really a thing. And they are supposed to be providing it. At one point, the WHO had a law that all humans should have access to clean and filtered water. Wow. And they changed it two years ago. I remember seeing it because I did a video four years ago that said, uh, even our human right is to have clean water. And unfortunately, they have since changed that the last two years, saying that um it’s specific, and then they went in and they have a fine print. So it’s up to you as a human. That it’s really you relying on other people to make sure that your body is at the optimal level that it should be at, is now your responsibility as a human. It’s your responsibility to advocate. And one of the things we talked about in the podcast is that when I worked in the emergency room, they people would come in at 10 days of having an upset stomach and having issues with their gut. And the first thing we would ask is, Do you have a well? Well, now it’s like, do you drink any tap water, whether it’s a well or city water, right? Because we’re finding that there is no filter system on any of the water that we drink. And so it’s really about getting good quality water in your body and just understanding that that is your way of life right now. So to answer that question, it isn’t viable. It isn’t up to our government or our cities or our counties, and even them knowing, which they know about the issues that we have in Hoodsport. Hoodsport knows about it, and they just the state of Washington just brought out a zoologist that said, Oh, this particular sample of water doesn’t have anything in it. Well, my samples, my multiple samples that I’ve sent around the state had, and it’s like, so I’m not gonna trust them. I trust myself. Yeah, and so um, what is the water filtration system called? Well, I like a water filter called Blue Onyx. It’s a whole house filter system. It’s three filters and a UV light. That’s a whole house system. And then I like water drop. Water drop is a three-filter system that you can plug and play basically underneath the sink in your apartment or your rental. And then I have two filters that I use on my shower head. And when you go to look for filters, you want to look for five micron or smaller filters. And it’s because nematodes and other toxins that are in our water actually are 40 micron and smaller. So you want to make sure you’re filtering out everything. And then I recommend doing what we call add back filter, and that adds back minerals that your really strong micron filter will remove so that you don’t ruin your hair and your skin doesn’t get all dry and nasty. So that’s really of importance as well, or you’re gonna end up with, you know, X amount. You’ll be like, Am I, is it a worm or is it bad water? So it’s really just about the knowledge and it’s about you understanding that this is your body and like no one else is gonna care for it like you do.
Sam: 28:34
No, literally, you can’t put the power of your health into other people’s hands, even when you trust them. Like I’m finding like there’s not one professional who has all the answers about your body. It’s about you on your journey, and you have like helpers and assistants along the way as you’re moving on your path and experts, even it’s so important to seek counsel and seek wisdom and seek help. And like Kim says all the time, it takes a village. And so having all the different types of doctors, naturopaths, like these health and wellness centers with biohacking and all the modalities, like use all of these things as tools to gather info, to gather information that helps you along your path. But ultimately, you’re the one holding the map, and you are the one that has to put one foot in front of the other and keep walking forward on your healing journey. And it is not a one and done. Nothing is, not even a parasite cleanse. You have to keep maintaining and keep waking up every day and choosing your health. That’s the only way you it’s about the journey. Like if I I’m 36 and I just realized this this year, like healing isn’t a destination. It’s you don’t just finally arrive and all of a sudden you’re even if you get everything into balance, like good job, good on you, but then you have to maintain it, and it does take. Work and it does take effort, and it’s a daily choice. Daily choice to just do better, know better, do better, and keep moving forward.
Kim: 30:09
It really is a choice, and it really is something that for what’s eating you, we’re trying to show you guys how easy those choices can be and how where you can go and what to look for. Because, like when I first started this journey, I didn’t know what to look for because I come from Western medicine, I have indoctrination, and I didn’t understand a lot of what I was doing. And so I feel like if I’m this medical professional who was valedictorian over all of her degrees, had no idea. How does someone who’s never involved in this fully understand? All the way down to getting IVs and having them come to you and what that looks like, right? Because it’s a new concept. It made me think because Maud Well is here and I I oh I’m I’m we’re good. She’s setting up. I can hear her setting up. So oh no, no, no.
Sam: 31:02
No, I’m saying right when we’re done with this, I’m literally walking across the street to get an IV. Like using it as a tool is such a cheat code and such a game changer, you guys. Like I told you, I sorry to feel run down after going, running, running, running for a month and after this past week of travel. And I’m literally gonna go and get an IV right now, right when we’re done with this. And Kim’s about to get one too. Yeah. But it’s literally because it helps so much. What are you getting in yours today?
Kim: 31:28
Uh, I’m doing Revive Plus with no TOR at all because I’m on an anti-inflammatory uh kick right now. So I’m doing that. And then NAD. I have 250 milligrams of NAD that I do. I do that twice a month. And then I do injections of supplements so that I can continue to keep boosting my immune system, giving ATP to my cells, just continuing to keep pushing my body to feel better when I feel run down. These are my go-tos. Hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy is going to be my thing tonight after NAD because I have I feel like I’ve got some headaches coming on. I’ve had a few episodes. So I’m recognizing these things that I know would have been debilitating and I would have sat in it and been like, what’s wrong with me? Like, why am I feeling this way? Well, now I can take it into my own hands and I can say that, yeah.
Sam: 32:25
And you can say what?
Kim: 32:26
I can say that you don’t you don’t have control me. I control me. Yeah.
Sam: 32:32
Yeah. Yeah. It’s literally the difference of wallowing and sitting in the problem and ruminating and staying solution-based. And so it’s all about that. And that’s what’s so important too, guys, about having tribe. Like, if you don’t in your real life have any, like you are part of ours here, and we are here for you. And we’re on your team, we’re on your health and wellness team, and we are here to support you because literally that day we got those body scans, I also was super hormonal. Like, okay, and so I was, but like we came back to the house and I was feeling so defeated. I’m like, Kim, I’ve been wearing this awesome badge of honor for weeks now because all the tests have said parasite free. And this body scan that scanned me for frequency said I could have a worm or uh uh strongloids in my pancreas. And I’m like, come on, man. I was so defeated. And it took my tribe, it took my best friend and my partner to be like, Sam, it’s not, is that’s not what it is. Let’s say solution base. How about let’s find you a pancreas cleanse and keep doing Perify and let’s cleanse you out and see if that also improves your insulin issue and your sugar issue. And I’m like, oh, okay. You know, it took someone to be like, hey, don’t be discouraged and don’t wallow in it. Like, use it as a marker, use it as a gauge. Let’s gather the info and then let’s stay solution-based and literally get to work. And I’m like, okay, let’s go. So it’s so important, you guys. So we’re here to remind you of the same thing and reflect all of that wisdom and and and insight back to you and encouragement back to you because you’re not alone. We’re here for you. We’re literally on our own individual healing journeys as well. We’re constantly working on our health day in and day out. So you’re not alone. Um, but man, ParaFy cleanse, you guys.
Kim: 34:25
You have to literally if in I talked to a hunter today. So we’re gonna be we’re gonna be collabing with um the guy that I did the podcast with, Sam McKay, and he has um Outsider, and that’s his podcast. And I didn’t even realize in my mind that, like, you know, it how everyone is exposed. Everyone is exposed and needs to do parasite cleansing. Like everyone.
Sam: 34:53
Everyone.
Kim: 34:54
Everyone. And and just hearing his testimony and hearing his story, and like he was a vet, and um, he was a seal, and he swam in sewage and he ate street meat. And I mean, it was just yeah, like he came home and he doesn’t feel well. Well, why don’t he feel well? And I always joke with him. I’m like, why aren’t you feeling well? Was it the street meat? You know, and so it’s like they people just don’t think about it. We have to be cleansing, we have to ParaFy parasite cleanse. You really need to start with the LymF Kit two weeks prior. Take the LymF Kit while on the ParaFy Kit so that it just makes it a much better cleanse.
Sam: 35:33
I’m telling you guys, literally, in one day of me using Lymf, so I’ll use all of the Rogershood tinctures yesterday. Like, I took all of them except for ParaFy. But literally, I can’t even tell you in one day from all of the way that this felt yesterday to today is night and day. And the Lymf tincture, the Lymf tincture, I’m telling you guys, literally flushed my lymph. I woke up today, I was like, I was surprised to not feel it have gotten worse. It got better. I was like, whoa, Lymf really works. It’s so supportive, it promotes drainage. Literally, it helps your body to drain drainage pathways to open up, lymphatic system to move and flush out. It’s so supportive. So it’s a really great kit, like Kim was saying, to take two weeks prior to starting your ParaFy cleanse because it will help your body get into a state of prep for a cleanse. It’s opening the drainage pathways, it’s flushing the lymph, it’s supporting your body, your body, your brain, and your gut and your lymphatic system. Then you start the ParaFy cleanse and continue taking the Lymf Kit at the same time because then it’s going to help ease die-off symptoms, any Herzheimer’s reactions, it’s going to make the cleanse a lot more of a gentle experience. It’s already gentle on its own, the ParaFy cleanses, but the Lymf really does support your body in continuing to drain and flush out while you’re cleansing. So if you need a code, if you want some percentage off, you can use the code WhatsEatingU. We spell it what’s eating in the letter U, and you can get 10% off everything at Rogershood.com. So you can get 10% off the ParaFy kit, the Lymf Kit. You can get all of these products, get the Fulvic soak, get the Gutty to gut to prep your gut before ParaFy cleansing, and you can get 10% off. I’ll go ahead and drop the code here, and you guys can use this at Rogershood.com.
Kim: 37:29
And if you need any free resources, you can download all of our free guides and our cookbook. And we’re working on a new book. And so if you have any good recipes that are meat protein recipes, please email them to us, team at Rogershood.com. We’ll be able to get them into our cookbook that we are working on right now. We also have the fast track guide that you can download for free as well to kind of help you understand and get yourself ready. In addition to that, we have a drainage guide that will help you understand how to get your drainage pathways open. We say the three Ps, peeing, pooping, and perspiring. You want to make sure you’re doing that prior to doing the ParaFy cleanse, and that’s why we created the LymF kit to help you in that journey of getting your three Ps going. And it also has Lion’s Mane. I say that every time, but Lion’s mane is the best, man. It’s the best. It helps with your brain. Your brain fog goes away, and you start to just overall feel better. I heard today, and then I’m gonna have to go. I heard today from Sam, Sam McKay, the other Sam. I talked to so many Sams today, um, that he feels like he has more brain capacity. And uh he goes, Is that possible? And I’m like, um, yes, that’s the goal.
Sam: 38:48
That’s the go it’s improving your cognitive function. Lion’s mean increases focus, it supports cognitive function, so it supports your brain in so many ways. You do experience it in mental energy or mental focus, mental sharpness. It a hundred percent like lion’s mean has been one of my favorite functional mushrooms for years. Lion’s Mane is a mushroom. I’m allergic. Interesting, allergic to all mushrooms.
Kim: 39:12
Yeah, then you don’t want to take it. Don’t take Red Artist, it’s mushrooms, Recover’s mushrooms. Um, mushrooms are in the LymF kit, so I wouldn’t recommend any of the things. If you’re allergic, you’re allergic. But the ParaFy Kit does not have mushrooms in it, so you’d be good to take that. MolDeze has mushrooms in it, but so the only one is that one.
Sam: 39:33
So definitely just check if you’re allergic to mushrooms, check all all RogersHood uh tangster ingredients first because RogersHood is are definitely mushroom people.
Kim: 39:42
Yeah, mushroom people.
Sam: 39:44
Mushroom people.
