Welcome everyone. Hi everyone, Thank you for joining our live. Today we’re diving into a handful of things. We’re going to talk about some healing modalities. We just recently released an episode, a field trip what’s eating you episode at a salt cave. So we want to talk a little bit about halo therapy and talk about what it does and how it even helps with mold. I also want to touch on some healing modalities Kim and I have been using in our lives in real time, because we both have been experiencing some struggles in our own way and what we’ve done to keep ourselves balanced and healing and in a good place recently. I would also love to dive into Kim’s trip a little bit. She just got back from Austin, Texas, and went to Dave Asprey’s biohacking conference and then, like always whenever we’re live, anybody has any questions that you want to ask us about health and wellness, about anything parasite, cleansing the worms, whatever you want to talk about. We’re here to answer those questions and have a conversation with you guys, because that’s what this is all about.
Sam: 1:13
Let’s start off on our field trip real quick and just to kind of recap it. If anyone has not seen this episode yet, it’s the last one that we released. Six days ago, we went to an active alive salt cave, which means the salt is constantly being added to the room, the cave and building on top of itself, and it’s like eight tons of Himalayan pink salt that we submerged ourselves in and experienced a really healing, relaxing nervous system supportive sound bath inside of it. So if you haven’t checked that out, you actually get to experience a mini three minute sound bath yourself when you watch the episode. Headphones are highly recommended. But yeah, salt, let’s dive into halo therapy a little bit. For anyone who doesn’t know.
Kim: 1:55
Well, it was my first sound bath. I’ve never had a sound bath before, so that was really cool because it was my first time and my first time in an actual alive salt cave. I’ve done halo therapy for a while because I had mold poisoning, but I never had been in like a real salt cave where I could, like, dig my feet in like sand Right.
Sam: 2:17
So how were you doing halo therapy prior to finding a salt cave? How were you implementing and, by the way, everyone? Halo therapy is just another word for salt therapy.
Kim: 2:27
So basically, anytime you go into a spa and there’s the Himalayan salt on the wall and it’s all the lights going through it, that’s halo therapy. And then when I was in like cruises, because Jeremy and I did a lot of cruises instead of us going to a facility to help with our mold, we would go into the salt room or the salt sauna and pushing the salt out. Sometimes there would be puffs of salt that were in the saunas, but anytime you heat up the salt and it starts to kind of create its own environment is considered halotherapy. What it does is it goes in and it breaks mucus down in your lungs and in your body and it absorbs through your skin.
Kim: 3:13
If you guys haven’t heard us say this before, everything you do absorbs through your skin. That’s water, salt, lotions, any makeup, all of your hair products, like all of it absorbs to your skin. And so when you use this as your mode of transportation, your skin is your mode of transportation. You actually don’t have as many conflicts like having it processed, and so halo therapy is one of those things where you get the salt on your skin, it absorbs to your skin, it pushes deeper into your body and then it helps break up toxins, specifically mold clusters and mucus.
Sam: 3:52
That’s pretty cool because I was doing halotherapy and I didn’t know it that that’s what it was called, because I love hitting certain spas in LA. There’s one that has a Himalayan salt room that the walls are made of brick Himalayan brick and the floor is covered in. It wasn’t fine, like the cave we went to. It’s like gravel, like rocks, and then they have big boulders that you put your feet in or lean up against and they’re so hot. The room is super hot and I didn’t know, I didn’t even realize I was doing salt therapy. Yeah, because I didn’t have the word for it back then and Kim actually taught me that word and we got to go and experience it for ourselves together and it was a really cool experience. So definitely dive into our field trip at Valley Salt Cave in Woodland Hills, california. Yeah, we also got to implement healing frequencies as well. So we combined the power of salt and sound all together in one and it was quite an experience.
Kim: 4:53
It was really cool. I think it’s cool because we definitely do a lot of biohack stacking. Both of us are so busy that we can’t just sit and be like let’s just sit and do halo therapy. We’re like no, just sit and do halo therapy. We’re like no, we have to do halo therapy. Can you drag? In an IV and massage us while doing sound at the same time and and play live, live healing instruments for us at the same time. Okay, yeah no one has time for just one thing exactly no it’s so true.
Sam: 5:22
How funny is that, even when we go to like next health, you and I are sitting in the massage chair while we’re getting an iv and it’s, like you know, moving our lymph and like you’re so right. I mean, you know, actually dr j she was the one who taught me while you’re on the red light or, I’m sorry, while you’re on the vibrate plate, hold your red light around your face or like you do.
Kim: 5:41
No, you have the whole panel right yeah, we sit in front, we’re standing her thing her thing is specifically for skin.
Sam: 5:47
So it’s like five inches away from your like do your skin care, get on the vibrate and then hold your loom box five inches away from your skin and it like pushes all your skin caring. So again, no, you’re. You. Take it like I’ll do like castor oil with the loom box.
Kim: 6:01
But all red light is for your face yeah, so even if you’re just doing your room, box here, the only, and even like the lima laser, the one that I use it’s a cold laser. You actually use it for your body as well. But see, they can’t always say those things because then it goes outside of their box, right that they have to stay in in order for them to be able to sell it as anti-aging. Of course, but it’s. It’s really for people that have mold, and lime specifically man mold, and red light has been a game changer when me and jeremy first found out we needed to do something different with our modalities, and red light really changed the game for us when we had mold.
Sam: 6:46
Honestly, I remember you saying that that that was like the first thing.
Sam: 6:49
Um so, speaking of mold, I just love this, that we’re getting to dive in deeper. Finally, you guys, in a couple of weeks we are dropping a very special episode where Kim and I sit down in Seattle, in downtown Seattle. You’re going to see the beautiful skyline all around us, all the buildings all around us, and we dive deep into mold. Her own personal story, her well like. She, is a well of knowledge and wisdom when it comes to mold. You guys, it is so beautiful.
Sam: 7:19
I can’t wait for you all to hear this conversation. So that’s why we wanted to drop this Salt Cave episode and start to talk about the things that help detox you of mold and get mold out of your system. It was amazing. The owner of the Valley Salt Cave told us in the interview at the end of the episode that they’ve had countless people with mold medically documented come in, use the halo therapy and, over time, get retestedested and it dropped or completely eliminated the mold in their body just using salt, an element from the earth. It’s so beautiful, but I do remember you mentioning the red light being a huge first modality of yours, right?
Kim: 7:57
yeah, frequency and red light were the two things. Before I even knew what biohacking was or what a modality was or how great red light was, I, intuitively, was just drawn to it and I had bought just some random mask off of Amazon and I put it on my face and then I instinctually put it on my arm, my wrist, because I have carpal tunnel, and I was like, oh, that’s really great, because you, you spend 100 bucks on a mask. I want to use it for other places. And then I started researching more and realized how important this was to boost my mitochondria, and mitochondria is the ATP, which is what gives you the energy, and so that’s cellular health yeah, it’s cellular health, and it mimics the sun. And so even if you get out in the sun, red light still does something a little bit differently, in my opinion, than just chilling out in the sun. So it’s just really important that, if you can’t get out there, that you at least have some sort of red light that you can sit in front of every day to just help it.
Sam: 9:01
I agree and I bet you the difference that you’re experiencing because you are actually like the red light queen. It’s crazy you have, like you guys, she has so many different red lights in her house. It’s insane. But, um, I think probably the difference you’re experiencing when you say it does something different for you, because the sun does something different for me, as you can see, I’ve been out in it and it does something different for me that that I don’t get from red light. But I do also get something from red light that I don’t. And the difference is the nir, the near infrared, because it’s pushing what up to seven layers deeper. Is that right or how?
Kim: 9:39
how many times deeper?
Sam: 9:40
yeah every day.
Kim: 9:42
emily use the red light every day If you wake up and you do a vibration plate, stand there and biohack, stack with it. If you are sitting here, I’ll literally be on calls. I’m on the plane and I’m grabbing my red light because I don’t have a minute to spare without doing my modalities, because my health is way more important than anything I do on a daily basis, and so I’ll sit with my red light, I’ll rub my cold laser red light on my face, and it’s because I’m just trying to keep myself healthy while my body is going through something maybe taxing.
Sam: 10:19
Yeah, you’re not trying, you’re doing.
Kim: 10:21
Yeah, yeah, every day, every day.
Sam: 10:23
Every day. I’m actually sitting on my bio mat right now, which I always am every time we’re live, and it has near infrared in it as well.
Sam: 10:29
So just ways to support yourself through life. I was texting Kim the other night cause she and she’ll get into it herself, but she experienced some health struggles this past week and I was just telling her man, listen, life happens really fast, you know it does, and we’re doing the best we can every day with the information that we have and what we have access to, the tools, the modalities, the food that we have access to. We’re doing the best we can as life is happening really fast and so, yeah, it does, it’s happening. So, whatever we can be doing to support ourselves while it’s happening and to keep ourselves as healthy and balanced as possible while we’re going through it, that’s the point.
Sam: 11:09
You know, a couple of weeks ago I woke up with a flare in my neck and shoulders and back, and so years ago I found out I had like six herniated discs and it was from really poor posture and not using um, what’s it called, kim? Like the chairs, the ergonomic, ergonomic support, right, and, and I’m I’m also a musician, I’m a producer, an engineer, songwriter, singer, so I I spent a decade staying up all night, hunched over, editing vocals and headphones, with no support, because I just was so young and I’m like, I’m so strong and I just never thought about supporting my back, you know, and I woke up a couple years ago with it, really bad, with herniated discs, and it’s gone away since. But I got the flare a couple weeks ago and I’ve been healing it ever since and I’ve been implementing modalities like cryotherapy to knock it out. And I’m telling you, every time I go and I freeze for three minutes in a cryo chamber it knocks out the pain and inflammation significantly. So if anyone is ever dealing with any kind of muscle or joint or spine or any kind of back, neck, shoulder, any type of injury on your body knees, anything like that that you can kind of feel like heat in it and like fire or pain which is like nerve, you know it’s like it’s affecting everything. Cryo has worked wonders for me.
Sam: 12:36
So I did just want to say that and get that out there in case anyone else ever goes through anything like that. It tremendously reduces pain and inflammation until it’s gone. So just wanted to say that what have you been implementing, kim, and what did you go through when you were traveling last week? It’s because cold is always the best Well in Kim’s world. She’s obsessed with cold, obsessed Cold is the best.
Kim: 13:00
I’m the cold queen. I love it, I love it. I literally could just.
Sam: 13:04
I’m the cold brain. I love it, I love it, I literally could just say hi, hi, maggie.
Kim: 13:08
Oh one week. One week, we’re excited. Vegas, yeah, we are very so. What did you?
Sam: 13:14
go through, and what did you?
Kim: 13:15
do so well. Last week I was at the biohacking conference Dave Asprey’s biohacking conference in Austin, dave Asprey’s biohacking conference in Austin. And so about 10 days ago I was in South Dakota on vacation with my family and I got salmonella poisoning on Saturday night. So we flew home and I was so sick on the flight home that as soon as I got home I did my hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy. I then got on my PMF mat that I have from Thurasage. I basically just lived in front of a red light and I put it in my abdomen area because I knew that there was something going on with me. I’ve done IV therapy, I’ve gone in and I’ve done cold therapy but my cold therapy because I live here in Seattle and there isn’t a lot of great places for cold therapy. It’s just a very cold shower to get my lymphatic system moving. I’ve done gua sha on my abdomen to make sure that I can keep the lymphatic system going. And what else did I do when I was in Austin?
Sam: 14:21
I laid on my feet, I did an IV, I did NAD and then I also did well, aphora.
Kim: 14:29
Aphora is a biohack that not a lot of people realize, that the water that you drink helps detox your cells and helps keep yourself healthy. When you drink, you know, 8.0 in a live water, hydrogen water, like all of these things, actually will just help boost your immune system. I did some Parify cleansing for a week and then I flipped over to the lymphatic, and that’s where I’m at now is my lymph kit, because I’m trying to keep my pathway open. It kind of stopped. I’m also doing quite a bit of repair for the gut lining, because when you do get sick like this, you’re also damaging your gut and so you want to make sure you keep that lining good.
Sam: 15:15
So I guess are you using marshmallow? Yes, any excuse, organ marshmallows, I’m so for it. I love that hack man. It’s so cool.
Kim: 15:32
It’s such a good hack and they’re so good. They’ve got like clove in them, so they help with inflammation. They’re so good, so that’s that’s what I’ve been doing. And then there was a couple of days that I was like, oh my gosh, I hope I can, like make it through, because I’m flying and then I’m in front of people and you would have never known that I was not feeling well.
Sam: 15:55
From every photo and video I saw of you at the conference. I would have never known If I wasn’t your bestie. You texting me updates every day and night.
Sam: 16:03
I wouldn’t have known what’s up. Mel. Hey girl, hey Mel. So, yeah, man, I’m proud of you. You really honestly did so good that it shows it’s a direct reflection, like you said in your video you posted yesterday, of just like how well you really are doing in life and with your health, because something like this a couple years ago could have like taken you out for like months and just mess you up. You know, so I’m proud of you because you really did do really well and, again, because we know the tools to use.
Sam: 16:32
We talk about healing modalities all the time, you guys, and that’s why we’re getting you used to like whether you’re deep in this with us and you use them as well, or if you’re new and you’re like, what even are those? We’re just constantly shining light on tools that you, that you are more accessible than ever, that you can have at home or you can go somewhere close by and use these tools to help yourself, to help yourself heal from something you’re experiencing, to help yourself stay healthy and balanced so that you can handle what what life is throwing at you. You know, so we are modality girlies till the end. Thank you, mel. We’re in our neon coral era. Thank you so much for noticing um, but yeah, that’s really, that’s really the point, and so I’m proud of you, kim, and honestly, to be honest with you, life is so funny because what better place could you’ve possibly been at to have salmonella poisoning and like, because you like, it was basically like Disney World, but for healing?
Kim: 17:28
yeah, yeah, it was so busy. I can’t even believe how many, how many different hacks there are. Like, yeah, I mean I understand why people go back for years because I maybe only hit 10. I mean it was crazy how many things I’d never really even seen. I did a pulse the company’s called Pulse P-E-M-F, and it was really cool. It was like an entire bed that just you could feel. It was like a full body TENS unit. It was so awesome.
Sam: 18:04
What exactly did it do? What was it? What did it do?
Kim: 18:07
It pulsated. You could feel it through your entire body, from your head to your feet. It felt like my entire body was wrapped in a TENS unit and you could turn it up, and so you’d be sitting there and she would turn it up. You unit, and you could turn it up, and so you’d be sitting there and she would turn it up. You’d be like and then, and you’re like okay, frequency or vibration, that was whoa. It was pulsating with frequency, vibration, where you would be like you talk. And then she turned up. You’re like okay, and then your cells, that’s how, yes, it would move, it would keep your lymphatic system moving.
Kim: 18:41
And she said that she doesn’t have any brain fog anymore. She gets up in the morning and does it, and then she does it at night. Yeah, and I I thought, okay, well, that makes sense, like you’re waking up and you’re getting yourselves awakened with you, and she goes I don’t even need to take coffee anymore. I literally just lay down on my pulse pmf bed and it’s. It’s like, and I’m like all right, turn it up. So she turns it up, I’m all.
Kim: 19:06
Oh my God, turn it down turn it down Because you’re just like, you feel like you’re going to, you’re seizing, yeah.
Sam: 19:11
Wow, that’s not. That’s not the chair bed that you got Right. Okay, so thank you for sharing a modality you tried that you loved there. Let’s get into what did kim rogers end up going home with? Because you loved it so much.
Kim: 19:28
It was called. It’s called amorphous bed and they’re here on instagram. It’s m-o-r-p-h-u-s dot a or I or ia. I think. Um, oh, my god, it’s so. First off, it’s just beautiful. Like the chair itself is gorgeous.
Sam: 19:49
Um, jeremy that I was like that’s gonna go so nice in her home, like it’s so your aesthetic so pretty, it’s so pretty well.
Kim: 19:57
We originally looked at the opus bed and it’s flat and you lay down and it’s like this far up off the ground, and Jeremy said I’ll never lay on that, kim, I’ll never get down that far on the ground to lay on this thing. And I said, well then that’s kind of useless, totally. It’s kind of a useless modality for me to buy when we move if if you’re not even going to ever use it. And so I researched and I found this chair. So I’m gonna settle in, I’m gonna, I’m gonna have a story here for a second, okay.
Kim: 20:33
So I realized how much I really want something that’s light, frequency, vibration, um, it’s pretty and it has all of the things you can put on, so it has sound. You can do like noise canceling headphones, and then you put on this mask that does light, so it’s like a. It’s like helps with emdr type of thing. It resets your nervous system and then it vibrates with a frequency that you’re listening to. So it’s multiple different things going on. And then just the chair itself is soft, so you have touch as well, right, so it has all these things. And so I found it and I and this is before I even went to the conference and I was like this is really pretty. And then I found out they were going to be at the conference and I thought, oh well, that’s great, then Jeremy can sit on it and Jeremy can see if he would like it, because that’s really important for me to get modalities that Jeremy’s going to use.
Kim: 21:31
And so, side note, I decided I went to go to Dr Chris Motley’s lecture that he was having on Wednesday and so I signed up. I saw his name, I just clicked, signed up. I knew it was an 11 am on Wednesday, that’s all I needed to know. I moved on. So I wake up Wednesday, I head into his lecture hall and I look up and guess where he was lecturing, who he was lecturing with With them. Yes, I was so excited because I got to sit for an hour and actually listen about this chair and this is one of his favorite chairs. He has one at his house, he has one at his office. He like they give like the studies of how much it’s helped people and their nervous system and just help them keep their lymphatic system moving and so it was just a lot.
Sam: 22:24
It does a lot and it’s pretty. I can’t wait, I can’t wait to lay on yours. We’re filming it. Yes, yeah, let’s see you guys can see us use it, yeah it’s beautiful.
Kim: 22:34
So it’s not just the chair, but it’s the actual footrest too. So I saw him.
Sam: 22:39
I saw the whole shebang.
Kim: 22:41
It’s beautiful isn’t it pretty? It’s beautiful yeah, I can’t wait to try.
Sam: 22:44
It sounds like it does so much. We have to pause and shed some light and shine some light on this beautiful comment from mary971 and kim. I had a lot of mold in my body. I’ve done three Parify cleanses and two Moldy’s cleanses. The mold is gone. I do have some candida, girl, we all do. That is okay, and we’ll start the lymph cleanse next week. Thank you, that’s right, that’s amazing. And the lymph kit it’s not a cleanse but it’s a very supportive kit that has maybe some mild detoxing of candida, by the way. So really great choice, mary, but it’ll be very supportive for you after all of those parified moldy at moldy’s cleanses. But congratulations on no mold in your body out of after having a lot, because that is definitely an accomplishment to celebrate, so great, yeah, we are so happy to hear that. And then there was a couple other questions I wanted to get to. Someone actually asked why should they do multiple parasite or parasite cleanses before doing a moldy cleanse? Why?
Kim: 23:58
Well, parasites hold spores, so it’s counterproductive if you go in and you actually remove the spores and then try and remove parasites after, because all you’re doing is then just dropping more spores. So we recommend two to three Parafy kits to really get in there, dig deep, try and get rid of as many parasites as possible. They’ll dump those spores. We actually use some herbs inside the Parify kit that will help suppress them from continuing to grow, which is what Wormwood does, and so it’ll suppress the mold spores. And then you could come in with moldies, which we use, fennel, to actually target mold spores and sweep them away. And so the whole point of all of the herbs that we use and the way that we have you take the tinctures is because you don’t want them to continue to grow. You want to suppress them and then sweep them out.
Sam: 24:54
Yeah. So basically, parasites hold on to heavy metals, mold, bad bacteria, they hold on to viruses, they hold on to all this stuff. They have a biofilm around them, so they’re holding on to stuff. So just because you’re doing a mold cleanse doesn’t mean that it’s going to kill the parasites and move the parasites out that have all this mold in their little biofilm home with them. So it’s like target the parasites first, their biofilm, their nests, their homes, wherever they’re living, get as many of those out as possible and then move on to cleansing the mold out, and that’s like the correct order in which to do things. So that’s that in a nutshell.
Kim: 25:34
And you’re exposing the mold because you’re breaking, because all environmental toxins live in a biofilm, which is like, if you think about it as an egg, the inside of an egg is all the toxins and the outside is the shell of the egg, and so you’ve got to crack that in order for you to get into the egg. And so what we’re doing is we’re cracking that biofilm shell of environmental toxins, like spores. Spores also go through biofilms, so you’re actually exposing them and you’re able to get more when you do Parify. Parasite cleansing first. Two to three times is what we recommend.
Sam: 26:12
Yeah, nice, I still haven’t done the moldies. It’s on the list for me to do in 2025 for sure. I did just do one week Parify. I did the full blown cleanse for one week. Saw worms Not not like, not like in the toilet like I used to. So that, at least, is telling me like. Okay, I think I got. I think I got the majority of the of those out, but definitely a couple came out of my nose once again. I think I even peed one out, I think so I’m like 95.
Sam: 26:47
Sure you know, because it’s kind of hard to tell sometimes. But when you do, your gut kind of tells you, your instinct kind of tells you, because when you pee and then there’s something like there that’s kind of worm shaped and a little white in the lot, it’s like what? Else is what else could that be Right?
Kim: 27:05
So and we’re asked a lot why you have to do so many? And it’s because they can multiply so fast, they reproduce so fast. Just a tapeworm can deposit a million eggs a day because it has 46 uteruses in one segment. So as soon as it starts to feel afraid, it starts dumping its eggs because it wants to continue its. You know its family lineage. Yeah, they’re intelligent organisms. I tell people that all the time.
Sam: 27:33
They’re really smart. They’ve created an ecosystem in your body. You are the host. It’s like like what the earth is to us as humans that’s what our bodies are to parasites. So it’s a good point, kim. The reason you need to be parified parasite cleansing three to four times a year is because the ones already in you do reproduce at a very fast pace, but also every single day of our lives. We’re constantly coming into contact with them through every source imaginable you know, we just we just.
Sam: 28:03
You know you posted a alex clark a culture apothecary clip from that podcast yesterday that basically was saying like do you realize how many ways we can get these things from pets, from grass, from water, from food, from other people? There’s so many ways to get these and if you’re a human living on planet earth, you’re coming into contact with them all the time. So that’s why it’s not ever a one and done thing. We got to keep cleansing going.
Sam: 28:29
Yeah, it’s not even to be fearful of, of like, oh my God, no like, just cleanse, that’s it Well.
Kim: 28:36
I went against my own rule and, as you know, I don’t ever eat raw produce out in the world, and I did, and that’s why I got sick is I actually ate lettuce, and I know for a fact. As soon as I was eating it, and then I took a bite of the chicken, I was like, well, I’m just going to cleanse, I’m just going to keep cleansing.
Sam: 28:59
Oh see, what’s funny about you Whenever you get food poisoning, there’s some part of you that actually knows. Either right before or during that it’s like happening. So it’s for you to definitely listen to that voice like loudly. Like you got to listen to that man. Um, someone said are you guys going to have a detox retreat? Listen, it’s on the bucket list. It’s on the bucket list. It’s on the bucket list to have some sort of wellness retreat, like we can throw a party like why?
Sam: 29:28
we can go party it just makes sense for us to do that, so thank you actually marcia um, because you’re just helping us manifest that and I when I was in austin, I did have quite a few people.
Kim: 29:41
One gal’s name is desiree shout out to desiree and she has a hotel in tulum, mexico is that how you say it? Tulum?
Sam: 29:50
yeah, tulum yeah.
Kim: 29:51
So she’s like we need to have a retreat, that you come and you teach there’s also that beautiful one.
Sam: 29:57
You sent me that pamphlet on one of like each bungalow, treehouse. I was like oh my God. We’re going to figure it out, no matter what it’s happening at some point. Bucket list.
Kim: 30:07
Next year. Yeah, yeah, we’re putting it out there. I am like I got all the things for Rogers Hood this year going at the beginning of this year and now I get to like start doing processing for the end of the year projects it’s playtime right now this is always how it is.
Sam: 30:23
Someone said, since starting the moldies kit, I’ve been experiencing increased bloating what can I? Do to help with uh, with this detox to reduce the bloating?
Kim: 30:33
coffee enemas? Definitely because there’s something that’s trapped up inside of there. I recommend drinking higher grade water. Like a fora Icelandic taking supplements like magnesium and I really like the Baja gold. They got like an electrolyte. It’s because your body is trying to pull all of the like almost think about the liquid right, it’s trying to do that and so it doesn’t know any other way to alert you that something is going on. Stop taking any sort of binders, because that’s going to constipate you, and just do your best to do like castor oil and red light on your abdomen. Those type of things are just going to help push any sort of fluids out. That’s why you’re feeling bloated.
Sam: 31:23
Yeah, totally. A lot of people are saying where should they start? What should they order? To start, I highly recommend start at the Parify client and Sam will give you the code that you can use to get 10% off.
Kim: 31:51
But start with those and do your lymph kit, because what’s going to happen is the lymphatic kit called the lymph kit actually is going to show you how to do three tinctures and the binder, so you’ll get in the habit of what that looks like and you can continue to take that kit.
Kim: 32:05
With the Parify kit we give you like 45 days of that lymphatic kit so you can continue to take it when you’re on the Parify kit. The lymph kit helps keep your lymphatic open as well as protect your brain. So that’s really important to make sure you’re protecting your brain, because anything really at this point can cross your blood-brain barrier. So you want to make sure that you’re going in and I put in lion’s mane to help protect your brain as well as help heal your brain. I put cat’s claw in so that you can have some DNA repair, so that you’re going into a cleanse with the most optimal health that you possibly can with this chronic healing that we’re all in. So really going in and starting with that, it’s going to help you understand your body a little bit more, make you feel better while you’re cleansing as well.
Sam: 32:55
So that’s what I recommend. Great, and actually thank you for pointing that out because I actually totally agree. The lymphatic kit also helps drain, it’s drainage. So talk about the perfect prep to pair, to pairify cleanse is the lymphatic, the lymph kit and your lymphatic system and getting everything moving and draining, supporting your brain, supporting your gut. It’s a light candida detox, so there’s a lot of things to it that really are helping prepare and then will help you, help support you during the cleanse.
Sam: 33:26
Someone said they heard like a day before the full moon is a good thing. Someone else said they’re going to start on the full moon. Kim, you can speak to this. I like to start like three days before the full moon because I like to get the herbs in there. I like to get everything in there and going and working before they come out of hiding.
Sam: 33:44
And they come out of hiding on the full moon during the full moon because they feed off of serotonin and that’s when our serotonin rises and our melatonin lowers. It’s why you feel wired. During the full moon you don’t have as much melatonin production. So I like to start all of my parified cleanses three days before the full moon to get the herbs in there and get them like really building up and ready, ready and like on alert and on attack on the front lines so that right when these things come out of of hiding, it just gets as many of them as possible well, they start to dislodge themselves three days prior to the full moon and then they’re in full force on the full moon.
Kim: 34:20
So that’s actually a french folklore, and they’re pretty smart when it comes to parasite cleansing because they eat snails and so because snails hold schistomycin, which is a parasite that coats your bladder and your kidneys, and also reproductive.
Kim: 34:35
I highly recommend that if you have any reproductive issues, there’s a couple of studies that you can read if you type in schistomycin, that people have hysterectomies that are unneeded, and so it really is something that’s been researched, because they coat the reproductive system of females in the uterus, anyway. So the French start three days prior to the full moon because they start to dislodge themselves and then they hitch a ride on the serotonin river and they start to create new communities in the body. So the the whole reason why you do it over the full moon is because that’s when they’re the most active, they’re the most vulnerable, they’re the most out, and so you’re trying to get the most of them. But honestly, I just take it and I say that I just get it in, I just get the herbs if you, if you do right If you do have the like if you’re going to do a time and planning and strategy and stuff, and like you want to do that, then absolutely.
Sam: 35:35
It’s a great idea to do it that way. But if you like oh, I wouldn’t be able to do it this upcoming full moon because I’ll be doing this so, really, then just do it Just like do it whenever, because it’s never a bad time to start.
Sam: 35:47
I love black seed oil. I take it I know it’s antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and I also put it on my face. If I’m having breakouts or something, I’ll slather my face in black seed oil, and it always helps clear things up and heal things up. I don’t know if it’s anti-parasitic, though.
Kim: 36:04
It is, it can be Okay. Yeah, and I was actually talking to someone today about this just because something’s anti-parasitic doesn’t make it a main cleanse, so keep that in mind, it’s a support. It’s a support.
Sam: 36:19
Yeah, yeah, to go along with the Parify Cleanse. To be honest, you guys, there is not another. Listen. Kim’s confident, but she’s also humble. Humble so I’m gonna go ahead and say it for her.
Sam: 36:29
There is not another parasite cleanse on the market like it. It is a full body, very complete, it covers it all. It’s effective, yet gentle. I mean, what else is there out there like that? Nothing. It comes with a binder. It also cleanses you of worms, of candida, of heavy metals, of bad bacteria, of mucus, of viruses. What else out there is attacking all of these things at one time, like no one, nothing.
Sam: 36:56
So parifies the way, parifies the way, but again, all these other things it’s great to use as support along with. So, like we say, up your pumpkin seed intake, eat pineapple, take black seed oil. Like all your pumpkin seed intake, eat pineapple, take black seed oil. Like all the other things you can be doing simultaneously to support it. Of course, that’s a great idea, but those aren’t the main. Cleanse is what she’s saying. You need a complete, very well thought out and and crafted with brilliance and thoroughness cleanse like parify um, I’m not even just, I’m not hyping her up or the cleanse of it, my mother on it? My best friend mel, who’s on this? She’s the only reason this girl even know. Please, I put everyone I know on this thing.
Kim: 37:39
Okay, my partner, everyone I know and it has changed all our whole family, like my whole family, my mom, um, she started cleansing and not that this is normal, but she had a lot of blood issues and a lot of oxygen issues and so she actually has been able to get off of her very minute amount of blood thinner. And she was being monitored while she was doing the purify kit, because we always say no blood thinners, but she was being monitored by dr giles and so it wasn’t like we just, you know, went rogue and then she’s also off oxygen and it’s because her body was riddled huge, huge. My mom is in such better shape than she was a year ago.
Sam: 38:21
I didn’t know she was off of oxygen. That’s huge yeah okay.
Kim: 38:27
It’s okay if pineapple makes you terribly bloated and gets yeah that’s why you know why pineapple makes you terribly bloated, because it’s an anti-parasitic yeah, it does really actually kill them, we, we, kim posted a video it went viral because it shows pineapple juice with human parasites.
Sam: 38:43
When they come into contact, it starts demolishing them, they start breaking apart, they start getting paralyzed but then, as they’re dying, they’re releasing all of the stuff they’re holding onto, including their offspring. It’s so disgusting, but that’s probably what’s happening. So do the purify, do the purify cleanse, do that, um okay. So a couple of people asked what’s black seed oil? I’ve taken a few different brands. I don’t stick to just one. Just make sure it comes in a dark glass bottle and that it’s organic and like well-tested and stuff. But really just find, just do a little bit of research and find there’s a lot of good ones out there. A lot of good ones for sure. Um steps for opening detox pathways. So getting your drainage pathways open.
Sam: 39:22
If you go to rogershoodcom, they have free resources, free digital eBooks. Hoodcom, they have free resources, free digital eBooks you can download straight to your phone. One is a drainage guide. It will help walk you through how to open up all of your drainage pathways and get your body ready to cleanse, and then how to keep them open during cleansing. They also have like a pretty golden rule it’s a Rogers hood golden rule the three P’s. So you want to always be pooping, peeing and perspiring, aka sweating, every single day. So those are like the three foundational ones, but then on top of that there’s other modalities or tools you can implement to help other things like your lymphatic system and stuff like that. So just dive into those guides, though at Rogershoodcom, because they walk you through everything. They really give you all info you possibly would need to know before, during and after cleansing. You’re welcome. So many answers to questions you had. We’re so grateful. That’s the whole point of this. This is what we love doing.
Sam: 40:14
Rebounding is awesome for opening detox pathways. Yeah, it’s great for lymphatic system. I also noticed that after I rebound, like right before I go to bed at night, I do just like stand in my bathroom and like kind of balance myself up with my countertop and I just like bounce slightly. I let my whole body like bounce. There’s something also deeply relaxing about it to the nervous system. My gut and intuition is probably saying because it’s kind of mimicking when we were babies and someone held us and did this and I sleep better after I rebound at night too. So that’s something to keep in mind. Also, when I’m doing water enemas, my spirit intuitively told me one day don’t just fill up with the water and go straight to the toilet, fill up with the water, hold it, retain it and jump bounce.
Kim: 40:59
Girl, you’re crazy that you can hold it and I know how long you can hold it, like I know I know you can hold it for like an extended period of time. You can probably go to the movies. You definitely could do like a workout, like walk to a lift and then head over to a bar class. Like I’ve never known anybody like you, ever, ever. You are the enema queen.
Sam: 41:28
You got to do what you got to do. You know so. But yeah, no, I mean no, it’s good, because I think what actually taught me to be able to retain anything is is coffee enemas, Cause you are supposed to hit 12 to 15 minutes and it’s also a stimulant up in there, so it is causing like waves to happen. But I noticed early on, if you focus and breathe through it, it’ll pass. So it’ll always pass.
Kim: 41:52
So you know yeah but like 12 to 15 seconds and I’m like, okay, that’s it.
Sam: 41:57
No, no, no you gotta see, you gotta work past it, you gotta do a little bit more next time, a little bit more next time, and then you’ll get there. And you just gotta always know that feeling always does pass. It really always does. So you just have to breathe through it. Have frequencies on I don’t know if you set your bathroom up like a sanctuary when you do it can, but it helps a lot I don’t, so it’s like you need to you need to.
Sam: 42:20
So it’s like real comfortable on the ground, him lane something, frequencies playing like you gotta. It’s a. To be honest, we should be doing it that way. It is not a trendy instagram viral thing where you just like hurry up and do it and film yourself doing it and then post it. That’s not what it’s about. It actually is a sacred healing ritual and it’s been happening since ancient Egypt. So I wish people would put more respect on it. So that’s my advice Respect the enemas. Oh my God, the best coffee for coffee enemas is coffee enema coffee Organic, mold free.
Sam: 43:04
You can find it through Happy Bum. I have a link in my bio. Kim does in our link trees. You can find the Happy B bum. I have a link in my bio. Kim does in our link trees. You can find the happy bum link and get some money off as well. But yeah, really high quality coffee and I’m a coffee, not regular coffee. Even if it’s organic, it does not matter. I know people who be going to sprouts and buying organic coffee and putting up their button. I said, no, who taught you? Someone taught you wrong. Happy bum user user.
Sam: 43:28
Nice, sarah, glad to hear it. They’re great, we love them yeah, we love them.
Kim: 43:31
They’re great. I think we’re gonna be doing like a giveaway with them at some point, I think yeah, we are a collab yeah, I did. I set it up because of the enema queen down there you know what?
Sam: 43:44
I’m not claiming that title. I decided, I decided I’m the queen of health and all of the things it entails.
Kim: 43:52
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I’m like no, I don’t want to be that. Okay, we’ll think of another one.
Sam: 43:59
I’m the wellness queen for sure. If it’s wellness, I’m all about it. Would you say rebound for a week before the kit? I would say start rebounding a week before the kit and then rebound every day for the rest of your life.
Kim: 44:11
Yeah, yeah, it’s not just like a one and done.
Sam: 44:14
Nope, okay, is there anything we can do while still breastfeeding?
Kim: 44:20
Just doing anti-parasitic foods, like pumpkin seeds and pineapple clove, like anything that you can eat. Just be really conscientious, though, because breast milk is an exit point, so that’s why we say you can’t do the purify cake, because it’s an exit point and you could, you know, give it to your baby, but all of us share the same microbiome in our family, so yeah, oh, I’ve.
Sam: 44:47
I’ve seen multiple people in here say how pretty you look and how beautiful you are oh, thanks, I appreciate it, you guys isn’t she looking so good and healthy? You guys, I’m so proud of her thanks yeah, so awesome. Um, okay, desperately need a cleanse after pregnancy and nursing. I have low um, ferritin and brain fog, et cetera. So, yeah, she’s excited to try it after getting done breastfeeding. Nice, nice, good. Yeah, go ahead and order, get it on deck so that right when you’re ready you can go for it.
Sam: 45:21
Yeah, rogers Hood does ship internationally for sure. Yeah Well, thank you, coach Mo Gosh. You all want to hang out with us every day and just hype us up.
Sam: 45:32

That’s a really good one to help prep you for a cleanse and then also just support you through one and to support you after. And the parify cleanse start there. Start there. You can use this code. All together you’ll get 10 off all products at rogershoodcom Kits, cleanses, binders, tinctures, everything, every single thing.
Kim: 46:13
Everything you get 10% off all of it, which helps with the shipping, because we don’t pay the shipping, you pay the shipping. So we try and help you with that shipping cost.
Sam: 46:24
Yeah, exactly.
Kim: 46:27
Well, what else do we have today? Because it’s 158 okay.
Sam: 46:31

So yeah, it’s honestly, such an honor, you guys, such an honor.
Kim: 47:19
I do want to say this I don’t know if you guys know this, but Sam produces what’s Eating you and she also runs our accounts and she has done an amazing job and her partner, bishop the two of them put their heart and their soul into this project that we have and I’m just really thankful. I couldn’t have asked for a better co-host, a better producer and just a better best friend than I have with you. So I just want you guys to know what a great job they’re doing to make this podcast really look and sound amazing, because this is what they do they make things sound great, and I’m just really grateful that we get to go into a second season and that we get to do all those things we do to help our community. So thank you so much, sam, for everything that you’ve done to really help me personally and also help our podcast, what’s Eating you.
Sam: 48:20
Oh, thank you, Kim. I need to like make that a soundbite and just like listen to it in the morning. Thank you, it’s my honor and pleasure. Oh, my god, couldn’t have a better partner, best friend, sidekick, co-host, fucking, you know uh to enjoy life with, to heal together, to support each other, to build something so great and impactful that is truly touching the world, like what’s eating. You is currently organically charting on apple podcasts in the top 10 in apple podcasts in the usa for alternative health, and in eight other countries we’re in the top 100, and we couldn’t do that with all of you, without all of you guys and your support, you tuning in, you listening. Thank you, teresa. Oh my god, you guys are so sweet.
Kim: 49:08
That’s my mother-in-law. I know oh, I don’t know. I know I can’t wait for you to meet her.
Sam: 49:14
I can’t wait for her to get her sea moss oh, I know, I thought I said her sea moss.
Kim: 49:19
I don’t know, I get so busy. I’m so glad that she contacted you. Yeah, me too.
Sam: 49:25
So excited, so excited. Um, thank you guys. Thank you everyone for all the love in the comments so much. And then, okay, last thing, and let’s touch on this real quick, and then we’ll wrap it up. But why are doctors against parasite cleansing and can anything go wrong?
Kim: 49:39
should be something to be afraid of don’t be afraid, there’s nothing to be afraid of. Now someone had asked about the iver in here, and I would be more afraid of doing synthetics, because they’re not actually assisting with you when you’re releasing heavy metals, where with the Parify kit you’re actually going in and you’re assisting with the release of the heavy metals, candida, bad bacteria, and so that’s what makes the Parify kit so much different than just doing a parasite cleanse, and so they just don’t know Parify kit so much different than just doing a parasite cleanse, and so they just don’t know. Doctors just don’t know.
Kim: 50:12
I don’t think that all doctors are these villains that we’ve painted. I just think that Western medicine just doesn’t have an idea and people that don’t know they’re afraid and they don’t want to talk about it. And so that’s where we’re really at right now and I feel like, with all of the missions that me personally, rogers Hood and what’s Eating you has, I feel like we’re really moving that needle to get them more education, and that’s my goal, and I’ve gotten the attention of the Maha movement and actually people in DC, so I just feel like it’s just kind of the next thing coming up is that to get them that education so that they have an understanding so that they can teach you. But until then, it is your responsibility to continue to have sovereignty over your body and educate yourself on what you need to do to make yourself feel better.
Sam: 51:02
Well said, well said, friend. Yes, and this is just the beginning, guys. We are literally just warming up. We are like just starting. So stay tuned, stay tapped in.
Sam: 51:14
Stay buckled up. We are taking you along for the ride. You are part of this movement with us. That’s the whole point. We’re all in this together.
Sam: 51:21
