Cheers to What’s eating U?! season two! We’re back. We’re back. So back. What’s eating you? Season two is back. We are here. We have arrived. And we are coming in hot. Season two, episode one of What’s Eating You is out now. It’s such a special episode, you guys. If you haven’t seen it, please head over to YouTube or any podcast streaming platform and listen to it or watch it. We have none other than Dr. Juliana Giles, which is Kim’s personal doctor and really Kim’s entire family’s doctor at this point. And it is such a potent, powerful, inspiring, special episode because we really dive into the story of how they met and how they teamed up to save Kim’s life, essentially. And it’s a really beautiful, really inspiring Dr. J. I mean, God, what can we say about this woman?

Kim: 1:07

She’s so great. She’s so great. And I really wanted everyone to see how you really can find someone and help you navigate this chronic illness that you may have and that believes what we’re saying and will help you understand your body. I mean, I lucked out because I have a lot of education behind what I’m saying, but we just don’t have that luxury with most people. And so to be able to bring her on and show how it can help you understand.

Sam: 1:38

Dr. J is a really root-caused doctor. So and she and I love how she broke down in the episode that it’s not just about like one part of the human, it’s the human as a whole, like holistic wellness spelled with a W. And that’s the name of our podcast, um, episode one is Worms Wisdom and Holistic Wellness with Dr. Juliana Giles, because she explains it how we are a whole being, and then we’re also part of a whole ecosystem. So she doesn’t just look at it as one point, like if you’re having skin issues, she’s just gonna look at your like liver and gut. She’s like, Okay, let’s look at you as a whole. So physical, emotional, mental, the mind-body connection, and then your home, your environment, because you’re part of a whole ecosystem. So is there mold in your home? Is there like parasites in your water? Like she looks at your home, your environment, and then your family lineage, and then your community and your lifestyle. And I think that’s such a beautiful approach to health and healing, is like it’s so much more.

Kim: 2:40

It’s not just one thing. Yeah, it never has been. You’re doing the kit, but the kid is like the ParaFy kit is opening your eyes to how you should feel and then get you the energy to be able to change some things like your home.

Sam: 2:55

Yeah, the first Parapy cleanse I ever did within a week, it woke me up out of a slumber that I didn’t even know I was in because I already was like, I’ve been living a holistic lifestyle for a decade. Like, I’m good. And after a week into Parapy, my first cleanse, it’s like it’s like I woke up and it’s like something shifted for me emotionally, energetically, and spiritually too. Listen, guys, the RogersHood Parapy Parasite Cleanse is so much more than just a parasite cleanse. It really does cleanse your body of heavy metals and bad bacteria and candida and viruses and just so many things that when you do lighten your load and get them out of your vessel, you’re able to rise and elevate and grow and get healthy. Yeah. Because you’re finally breaking free of all these things that are holding you down and weighing you down. And I experienced it firsthand. Once I rose above, I was like, I remember hitting Kim and being like, I can’t believe the baseline I was just tolerating in life until you get above it and feel what it feels like to be free of all of these environmental toxins and then have the extra energy and mental capacity to be able to now be like, whoa, like this is what I’m supposed to feel like. It’s a game changer. So if you haven’t purified cleansed yet, or if you have but you want to get another one, now is the perfect time. So you can use code What’s EatingU. I’m gonna go ahead and type it down here how we spell it. What’s eating in the letter U.

Kim: 4:28

So while she’s typing that, someone just said, What’s the expiration date? Our stuff expires three years, um, unopened, and we’re working on getting that stamped on our bottoms here soon. We just got a lot of new labeling machines, so we’re working on that. So you should see that on there soon. And then someone said something about skin. Unfortunately, if your pathways aren’t open, your toxins are gonna come out of your skin. But I really do recommend doing things like red light therapy with castor oil on your lymphatic, which you know, do it on your throat, and then do some red light, and that will help open up this area to drain better. Do some gua sh. I do a lot of red light here. This seems to be where I have a lot more congestion than normal. But I also use like a nurse jamie roller, and that’s just such a simple thing, but that’s gonna help your skin, it’s gonna help drain that lymphatic system, and that’s really what’s causing the breakouts on your body is that your lymph needs to be drained. So making sure you’re doing the three Ps, peeing pooping and perspiring, going in a sauna, going in steam. I like the cold, so the I should figure out another P so that I can go four P’s with being cold. Because I think that that is just as important as going hot.

Sam: 5:49

Right. So someone just dropped a comment. Yeah, we have livers and kidneys, but they’re not gonna detox we also live in a world where we are coming into contact with environmental toxins 24-7. Your liver and kidney, if it’s bogged down, if they’re full, if they’re sluggish, if they’re backed up, if they can’t function at their highest capacity, then they can’t detox your body on their own. That’s what the herbs are here for. The kit is full of herbs. It’s not synthetics, it’s not pharmaceuticals, it’s it’s natural herbal tinctures and a binder made of cinnamon and charcoal. All Kim did was create a cleanse to assist our bodies in this modern day life. Yeah. Sure, maybe our ancestors way back when, when they didn’t live in this type of society, like with this poisonous water and the chemicals and everything in the air, everything we’re coming into contact all the time. We live in a different time than our ancestors, so we need assistance.

Kim: 6:51

Last night I I’m in a little bit of pain, and so um I went and saw Dr. Cohn. Shout out to Dr. Cohn really late last night. He saw me and he did some muscle testing on me, and he came back and he goes, Kim, you have BPA. You have some plastics that are stuck in your body, and your body is telling you. And I’m like, Oh my gosh, I never really even thought of how plastics could be stuck in my joints, stuck in stuck in my muscles, and how I need to get them pushed out, and but that could be causing me some pain. And I’m kind of like shook by it because I do, you know, I’m drinking out of plastic. Like, I do my best to not have plastics around me. But like you guys, our bodies need some assistance now. Yeah, and if you’re doing synthetics, it’s a lot harder because they’re full of heavy metals and chemicals, chemicals. But if you’re doing herbs, like we try and consistently do herbs when we’re cleansing, it just makes such a different change in your body. They I can process it better, it understands, it gets better direction. And you know, that’s really a big thing as we’re seeing a lot of different synthetics like um ivor and albendazole and menbenazole on the market, like they’re great when you’re in a pinch, but herbs are really the way that we should be pushing some of this stuff, and you can consistently keep using those herbs, right?

Sam: 8:15

And cleansing, period. Like people think, oh, just because you have these organs like that are supposed to detox and do their thing in your body, like that’s enough. But I was living a life a very healthy lifestyle for over a decade, and I was supporting my liver, I was like doing everything that I could do. I did her ParaFy cleanse, and I still passed hundreds of worms. I saw hundreds of physical worms leave my body, including well over a hundred that came out of my nose. I blew them out of my nose because my lymphatic system was using my nose as an exit point. So it’s like, even if you live a healthy life, like you need to cleanse.

Kim: 8:55

Well, you need to take an antiparasitic. So two things one, some someone asking you while you’re pregnant. Unfortunately, wormwood and organ grape root are the two uh herbs that it’s a no. So we go with what the herbs tell us. So you cannot do it while you’re pregnant, breastfeeding under the age of three. That’s again the herbs. You can research it if you would like to do under the age of three on chemo meds or on blood thinners. But it’s like trying to take an antibiotic for strep throat, that’s for acne issues. If you’re not taking an antiparasitic, you’re not removing these things out of your body, you’re not killing them off. You’re not targeting them. Yeah, you’re not targeting them. That frequency is not going in and targeting the issue at hand. So you can’t just be like, oh, well, I did this, and my body should be flush-free because we do live a holistic lifestyle. But if you’re not going in and taking their frequency and removing them from that frequency, they’re not going anywhere. In fact, you’re probably just upsetting them and then they’re gonna continue to multiply, multiply. So that really is kind of an issue that people don’t realize that why, oh, well, you can eat everything you want that’s you know clean, but if you’re not going in and doing an antiparasitic, it’s just kind of not really working.

Sam: 10:11

It’s very real, it’s very real, you guys. So cleansing is an absolute must. And then using the other kids that we have. Like RogersHood has a LymF kit, it’s so supportive of brain health, of gut, even, and of the lymphatic system. And when I take it, it’s just overall support for my body. So it it’s really good to take along with a cleanse, with the ParaFy cleanse, because it helped it can help ease die-off symptoms and just support your body in continuing to drain and like flush while you’re doing the cleanse. It supports your lymphatic movement and drainage. Um, but it’s also great to take on its own.

Kim: 10:46

Yeah, the LymF can be taken um when you like two weeks prior to the ParaFy kit to get everything moving. You just do it in the mornings and at night if you want. It’s really a flexible thing, it’s more of a wellness thing, and then you can actually take it while you’re on the ParaFy kit. And what’s really great about it, I’ve heard from a lot of people that have ex-planted that it just got them moving. And after all of the things that they’ve been through in their body, they’ve really felt a lot better after they’ve done the lip kit. Someone said in here, if you can’t take pills, what you should do with the cinnamon capsule, you can open it up, it has cinnamon and charcoal, and you can put it in applesauce. So that’ll help. Any kids, if you can’t swallow pills, that’s really the best way to do that. Um and then the other question was can I start the starter kit for parasite cleansing and use the binder because I can’t do anything strong? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, and you’re good. The thing is, is that any of our products, we package them so that it’s an actual kit cleanse, but you can take the sustain and the metal flush without the parapy. The herbs that are in there are just to help boost your body. Yeah. So it’s just um, we’ve all loved to hear the word parasites and ParaFy because it’s a whole thing. But I take sustain every day. I have chronic lime, it helps keep my lime at bay because of the oosnia. When I’m out traveling, I’ll do some metal flush because I am exposed to more heavy metals. People that do recover because it has shiitake that are exposed to radiation. The immune tincture when we’re traveling.

Sam: 12:20

Let’s not sleep on the support and the immune, like, oh my god, the recover and immune, like incredible. So there’s so many different reasons to take so many of the tinctures. And I just love how you packed so many herbs in such a small bottle, and it’s not too strong. Nothing you take, like nothing I’ve ever taken from Roger’s hood, none of the kits, none of the tinctures have ever been too strong. We love it because it’s effective, but it’s very gentle. So all of the cleanses in the kits are gentle on your body. That’s what the herb, like the herbs, the way Kim formulated it, the way she created it, invented it. It’s it’s gentle on your body. So it’s not too strong.

Kim: 13:00

And someone just said they’re getting a sore throat. These are die-offs. If you think about when you’re killing something off in your body, so you’re killing things like viruses and bacteria, parasites and mold spores, your body ramps up your immune system so it’s not giving as much energy to other parts of your body because it’s trying to target what it’s trying to unalive. And so you’re really doing what you’re supposed to be doing when you don’t feel well. That is a die-off. Um, it could be a die-off of a lot of things, not just parasites. It’s a die-off of mold, but your immune system is doing its job. And so we want you to maybe feel a little yucky in order for you to be able to navigate and see, okay, my immune system is really working.

Sam: 13:45

Yeah. And in episode one of season two, if you haven’t checked it out yet, please go check it out. We have Dr. Giles on it. She’s our very first guest of what’s eating you ever. So it’s such a special episode. We actually filmed it on her birthday, so the energy is high and we’re having so much fun. But tap in because the comment someone just said about like waking up with a sore throat and these type of symptoms, and they’re wondering if that’s the kit working. Dr. J actually breaks down the Hertzheimer’s reaction, which is die-off symptoms and it’s histamines being released in your body from the cleanse working. Yes, from the herbs actually doing their job. So if you want to learn more about why your body can go through those die-off symptoms and what’s happening, dive into our season two, episode one with Dr. Giles. It’s on YouTube, it’s on all of the podcast streaming platforms. Go check it out now because we do dive into die-off symptoms and the Hertzheimer’s reaction and what it is and what’s happening in the body if you want to learn more.

Kim: 14:43

It’s so normal. It’s normal. And just because you don’t have them doesn’t mean it’s not working. And just because you’re not seeing anything, right? I I mean, honestly, after seeing all the videos that I I’ve made and green screened, I’m actually shocked that we do see anything because it goes in and it just obliterates them. Like it makes them break up into thousands of pieces. Sure. So I think that when you start to put something in your body that a toxin is like, oh my gosh, it wants to escape. And that’s when we see something. But unless you’re one of the diggers, if that’s your cleansing style, two.

Sam: 15:21

I think I I think it also depends on like everyone’s different. So each individual, like, how overloaded are you with the physical ones, with the nematodes? How over how overloaded are you? But I have some great news, you guys, and we are featuring this in season two, so stay tuned because we’re gonna show you. But I have proof that the Parapy Cleanse works because your girl, who all through season one, just kept telling you guys about all the worms I was still seeing, and then I kept passing worms and parasites and all these flukes and all this stuff. I have now gotten a hair sample test done with Kim on camera. We’re gonna share it with you guys. It’s an what’s eating you field trip episode coming up in season two. That came back showing I have zero parasites. Zero parasites, zero mold. I said, hold, hold, hold, hold up. Can you back up? Can you reread that again? And she reread it, and I was like, ooh. Well, then I went and got a gut test done, and I am getting all of my levels and everything tested to balance everything out in my body, got a blood test and a gut test done, and they came back. I am parasite three. Now, when I met Kim Rogers two years ago and did the ParaFy cleanse for the first time. Oh, yeah, girl. Oh, my gut test came back positive for parasites, positive for mold and fungus, positive for Candida, all this stuff. I’ve done like, I don’t know, I would probably say three or four full ParaFy cleanses and then a bunch of minis. Like I’ll do like mini five days to seven days over full moons when I feel like I need it. I’m officially parasite free. Your girl is parasite free. So the ParaFy cleanse works. It works, it works. I have proof. I have blood work and labs and proof to prove it. I am so excited. It was the best news ever.

Kim: 17:19

You won’t see live worms. It’s really rare. Really, the only times that I’ve seen any videos or pictures of live worms coming out is escoritis and it’s in the pea, and it’s been very few and far between. I’ve been doing this for years, and I’ve only had a few sent over to me. So usually they’re paralyzed and they come out or they’re dead when they come out. But I’m so excited for she’s been running around. So we’re in OC right now, and she’s been like, I’m parasited.

Sam: 17:47

I’m parasiped.

Kim: 17:48

Yeah. I have proof. I did it. It’s all there.

Sam: 17:51

It’s exciting because it’s crazy. Like at some point, you do see you have them. Like you see it on a test, you have them, and then you see hundreds over the span of a year and a half, like all the time on the toilet and in Kleenexes, and then all of a sudden, one day you get tests, multiple tests to proof. So, see, I got them from different places and different ways, and all of them came back saying, You don’t have flukes, you don’t have parasites and stuff. Yeah. We’re celebrating that for sure. Definitely.

Kim: 18:17

You can eat food on the the cleanse that, you know, I have that cookbook that says no meat, no eggs. But listen, the best thing to do is don’t stress about it, to eat as clean as possible. And I say this all the time: eat as clean as possible, eat as organic as possible, grass fed, grass finished as possible. Do the best you can because when you start to stress on something, your body is not going into the rest and digest that it needs to in order to kick things out. So do not stress about the food. Just use that um guide. It’s just a cookbook guide. Use it with a grain of salt and do your best, especially your first few cleanses. You’ve got a lot on your mind while you’re cleansing, and so you really just want to do your best.

Sam: 19:05

Stress won’t help anything, it’s the worst thing you can do. Lakey shrooms. So I would only suggest, and Kim can totally speak on this, but do get a few full 30-day cleanses under your belt first. Then once you’re at a point where you’re like, I’m a pro cleanser at this point, I’ve been doing this. Then you can get a few decks on on or a few kits on deck and then do minis over the full moon as you feel like you need them for maintenance. But I I still do the full ones. So I still do 30 days. So the mini isn’t a replacement for the full, it’s like maintenance in between, if that makes sense. You know, we travel a lot, we you know, we go to different cities and stuff, and we’re eating and you know, drinking water. We got our ice, yeah, ice in our matches.

Kim: 19:52

You know, yeah, we really do our best to mitigate it, but like we’re human and you’re human and you’re gonna be exposed to things. Yeah. So the best thing to do is just okay, well, I’m gonna go home this week and I’m gonna just do like a mini so that my body continues to stay inhospitable. Yeah. I also did a cleanse, which when she got her hair sample done in one of the field trips that we did, I did mine, but I was actually on a cleanse when I did it, and it my hair test came back positive for heavy metals and for parasites, and it just shows that the frequency is what we’re all always talking about. That when you have a frequency of a parasite and you have a frequency of an herb, how they match each other. And so it was just really enlightening to see okay, everything we’re talking about is so on point with the way that our bodies really work.

Sam: 20:49

And it’s also like just great to know it’s not a one and done. Like, yeah, just because right now my tests say I’m parasite-free, that’s amazing. And it’s for me to maintain that, but I’m gonna keep living my life. I’m gonna keep eating food, I’m gonna keep drinking ice and my matches because I like my matches ice. I’m gonna keep traveling, I’m gonna keep coming into contact with animals and grass and sand and all this stuff. And it’s like, so I still need to cleanse because I will continue to come into contact with parasites as long as I’m a human alive on this earth. Someone said stress has nothing to do with parasites. Totally untrue.

Kim: 21:24

They completely can stress you out. They’re a low frequency, they’re a low vibe. They take you down, they eat your serotonin. It’s been proven, it’s been shown that they go in there and they will make you feel depressed. Yeah. They’re in our guts. Our gut is our brain connection. It’s actually our first brain. We’ve all been told that this is our brain, but really, this is our brain and it dictates this is where your serotonin is made. I had small intestinal parasites and I had anxiety, PTSD. I was very depressed, I was very ill. And it a hundred percent is a huge connection with stress. They hijack our nervous systems, they hijack our lymphatic system. They can go in and they can hijack our fascia. Our fascia is the way that our bodies respond to other people and also protect us. And when they’re in there, creating havoc. What do you think your body’s doing? It doesn’t know what to do, it no longer has the ability to regulate itself anymore. So it’s doing its best. It’s pulling all the energy it can to regulate this over here, which is your emotions, and then it has to let other things go. So a hundred percent they can cause depression, they can cause anxiety, they hold on to trauma, they hold memories, they hold on. All of a sudden you’re doing a parasite, ParaFy cleanse, and you’re like, I don’t know why I’m being forced to deal with this right now. Like you’ll go through some emotional releases, and it’s because they’re releasing everything. They’ve been in our bodies for decades, years, you know, they really do wreak havoc on our systems, and it’s proven this isn’t just some crazy thing that all of a sudden I figured out we have parasites. This really is something that has been around a long time, it’s just not something that Western medicine countries have had to work on or deal with. We’ve been somewhat indoctrinated to think that there’s no way we could have these. But believe 100% were traveling around with our podcast, and I haven’t met anyone, not one person that hasn’t had a parasite. It’s crazy to think that when you come in contact with so many people on a daily basis like we’ve been doing, it’s like they come back and they’re like, I had a parasite. Every person, even our waiters that figure out who we are, our waiters will be like, I had a parasite. Oh my god, you guys, I was on a cruise last week and I got called up to the stage. Um, we were in the prices right, and I got called up to the stage, and the the game show host said, So uh, what do you do? And I was like, I mean, I have an apothecary and I make parasite cleanses. And he goes, I have a parasite in front of everyone. And I’m like, Oh, he goes, We need to talk after the show. That’s awesome. So it’s like every person I’ve ever come in contact with has had some form of a parasitic issue. We’re human. We’re humans living on the earth.

Sam: 24:14

Also, like, why do you think that like animals can get them, but we can’t like it? We’re an animal. Yeah, we’re gonna be.

Kim: 24:21

I mean, even down to like we were talking about toxoplasmosis gondi, which is the cat parasite.

Sam: 24:26

And so, by the way, my blood test came back that I’ve never had it and I’ve never come in contact with it. And for a second, I was like, I had cats back then when I was like a wild young girl. I was like, I had cats. I’m like, hmm, did I have it? No, I didn’t.

Kim: 24:39

So that’s good. But go ahead. Oh, I mean, I was reading that any warm animal can have toxo. It’s not just cats. We’ve just, you know, we get fixated on one thought process. And if you molds and anything can have parasites, anything can have parasites. And other countries know this. Other countries know that parasites are a legit thing. And mold, I mean, they all kind of live together in this environmental toxin issue that we all have. And it’s like kind of crazy to think that we don’t know our bodies.

Sam: 25:12

Yeah, exactly. Three questions I gotta get to you. Yeah, okay. One, someone said, What a touching video with you and your doctor. Thank you. The whole point of this live is to celebrate the launch of our season two. We are back. We had a little hiatus that we spent filming a lot of new episodes for you with so much new information. And you guys, so much has gone down since season one in my personal life, in Cam’s personal life, in both of our health. Like, we like so much has happened and changed, and we can’t wait to share with you all of the new insights, all of the new wisdom, all the new protocols, all of the new things that we’re doing that we’ve discovered and that we can’t wait to share to help you out. So someone asked, Well, what testing do you recommend to see if you do have them or not? So you can go to Kim’s link tree and go to the section that says doctors or practitioners.

Kim: 26:04

Yeah, there’s a section that says preferred practitioners and they’ll they believe everything we’re saying. They’ll help you and navigate you. I like parasites.org. Vibrant’s good, GI maps go. Also, I just hair test with detail. We did the hair test. Someone asked a little bit ago what we did, and we did a hair test analysis that she, you know, they take some of your hair and then they put it on, and then it does the frequencies of what’s going on in your body, and that’s all this all is this frequencies. You can do live blood analysis.

Sam: 26:34

I just did Genova, which is a really great in-depth gut test, and that I had to do with a naturopathic doctor. So if you do need a practitioner to help you test and find out what you have or what’s up, go to Kim’s LinkTree to find one. But um, I did Genova and I love them because they are very detailed, but you will need a doctor to read through the results because they’re confusing to someone who doesn’t know.

Kim: 26:58

Yeah, sure. And you and then when you have this, you send it and they send it off, they can tell you exactly where to start. And just because you have something going on doesn’t mean that it’s detrimental. It just means that you have validation and that you’re able to guide. And also, I do want to go off of the fact that it might not say that you have parasites, and in those moments that you got those tests, they could have not shown themselves. So that’s why we always continue to say you should just keep cleansing. Just because it comes back negative doesn’t mean that you don’t have something going on. We want to stay proactive, we want to make sure that we’re doing what we need to do to support our bodies, and you want to stay in a proactive supporting phase, not just a killing phase. Preventative. Yeah, we want to be preventative. That’s what we’re trying to teach everyone here. Oh, I want to go into the season two real quick. Sure. So one thing that when Sam and I decided to do a season two is um we kind of ended up doing this female biohacking. We we show so many amazing women that are doing what we’re doing in a real life setting in clinics that you would never even know that these facilities exist. Yeah. And it kind of smells like that. Until we found them, yeah, filmed them, filmed them, they’re gonna share them with that. That’s right. We’re so excited about that. It kind of we didn’t really have a whole plan of what we were gonna do, and it’s just kind of navigated this way.

Sam: 28:26

It’s been we’re letting life unfold naturally, and and even through our own personal journeys and struggles and things, which we will share deeper with you guys. Like through all of everything that’s happening with our own help, we are discovering places, modalities, tests, solutions, supplements, regimens, answers. We’re discovering so much through our own personal lives and journeys that we’re gonna get to share with you what works, what works, what doesn’t, like instant proof. Yeah, maybe.

Kim: 28:56

Like it’s super it was super cool to see the the hair test. It was really cool to just kind of get an idea of where we could navigate. And just like I said, I was on a I was actually on a cleanse when they did my hair. So it was just for me personally, when I saw the the words talk, you know, metals and parasites, I was like, well, yeah, that makes total sense because the frequency of the herbs that I’m taking right now are the frequency of what’s in my hair. And so it just validates exactly what we’re all saying that we’re just frequency, we’re electrical, we’re we’re just these beings that are full of light. And so it just to me, because I come from Western medicine, Western medicine is science, black and white. There’s no frequency, there’s no light, like there’s no electrical. It’s like this is what your body does, this is how it operates. And so to be able to have science meet this world and to be able to show that to everybody. I love that. I mean, it was really a pretty for me, it was a light bulb. Moment, and I feel like I’ve taken it in a different direction from my own health and journey’s health in order for us to have just a longer life. I mean, that’s really where biohacking is going is longevity.

Sam: 30:13

Yeah.

Kim: 30:13

And we’re getting to join a lot of these um companies that are longevity companies that are showing things. And I mean, it’s just this has just been a really cool journey.

Sam: 30:22

Oh, season two, like buckle up, y’all. Like, we are literally season two is coming in so hot. We have upped everything we’re doing, all of the modalities, all the places we go to, everything we’re gonna show you is literally the newest, top of the line, frontline, like first responder. Like this stuff is like the best. We did stem cells. We did stem cells this week. We’re gonna share that.

Kim: 30:47

We’ve done some modalities I’ve never done before to prep for stem cells. We’re gonna show you guys how to do them at a an inexpensive. Yeah. Do it yourself. And then what else do we do? We’ve done, oh, we’re next month we’re going to San Diego. Yeah.

Sam: 31:04

We’ve been to so many modality places, Upgrade Labs in W, which is Dave Asprey’s spot in Washington. We went there and did a bunch of modalities. Detox Depot in Ventura and in Santa Barbara with Don. Shout out, Don. We love you.

Kim: 31:20

We love you. Oh, we went to a fora in Santa Barbara to sit for you guys all know how much we love a fora. It’s like obsessive.

Sam: 31:28

Yeah, we’ve done the whole stem cell procedure this week. Yeah. This has been a wild ride. But then also, just like I said, like so much is going on with both of us and our health. Like we’re doing, like we’ve done so much testing, we’ve done so many things, and like I’m currently healing and balancing my whole system and finding out so much about mind-body connection and about gut health and about fascia and about skin health and just all of this stuff in my own personal journey that I can’t wait to share with you guys that literally has happened since season one, and we’re going through it all right now.

Kim: 31:59

So so much to come. You can find this all on Rogershood.com. That’s my website that we sell the ParaFy kit. And I do recommend getting the LymF kit that’s L Y M F when you actually grab the ParaFy Kit. I recommend the LymF kit. It just helps open up your detox pathways, it helps protect your brain. I added lion’s mane in there and turkey tail. Those were two huge herbs and mushrooms that high tearings that allowed me to put my endometriosis in remission. It boosted my immune system. It helped me get off of my colanopin because lion’s mane is for the brain and helps protect your brain. Um, I use sarsparilla in there. Like the herbs that I use, I use cat’s claw, which helps repair your DNA that we’ve had so damaged because of all these environmental toxins. So, really, it’s kind of just a powerful wellness kit that I should talk more about.

Sam: 32:55

Because it’s so great. I know that you’re crowned the worm queen, but you’re the herb queen, too. She’s so many, she’s so many different queens. The red light queen.

Kim: 33:06

Yeah, love queen. Oh, loombox is the best. Yeah. Um, one thing that we can share with you guys is if you ever do stem cells, you want to use red light, and this is thanks to Dr. Giles and her research, is it helps direct the stem cells that you’re getting to that problem area. And so we were all lit up. I mean, it was so much fun when we were receiving stem cells. We were all wrapped up in it.

Sam: 33:29

Basically, yeah, basically, like when you do receive the stem cells, and we received how many? Uh, like over a billion. Over a billion stem cells. So we’re receiving them through an IV, and we all had red lights all over our body in the area that we wanted the stem cells to gravitate and go toward and like yeah, find a new home. So we were all just like covered in red light everywhere. And we had a guest that we didn’t really.

Kim: 33:52

It’s a surprise, guys. Yeah, we had a guest. I have to. She’s so great. She has so much fun. So Taylor Armstrong from The Real Housewives, she popped in. We had dinner the night before, and she just popped in and did some stem songs with us, and she’s just such a lovely lady. Oh, it was so lovely. Such a lovely lady.

Sam: 34:10

Yeah, we can’t wait to share that episode.

Kim: 34:11

It’s gonna be so good. It’s gonna be such a good episode. We went to quick drip here in the OC area. They just opened up, so it was just a really great experience for all of us to kind of female bond, you know. Our husbands were there, yeah, but they were they were getting in the other room and we were just chilling, gabbing. The girls really take it. It was so much fun. Yeah, we do. We have the best husbands.

Sam: 34:33

They call it the the guys call it the queen, the queendom.

unknown: 34:36

Yeah.

Sam: 34:37

And they’re the supporters of the queendom, they’re the protectors of the supporters. Yeah. Thank you, everyone. I mean, I’m like so blown away and just like grateful for all of the love and support in these comments. Like, thank you, thank you, thank you for hearing us, feeling us, and getting our message. Like you understand that we’re on here helping. That’s what we’re doing, is we’re sharing these messages to help you guys. Like, we’re doing it and filming it just to show you. Yeah, that’s the whole point. Is we want you to know what’s available, we want you to know what’s out there, we want you to know protocols and what to do to help heal yourself and to help feel better and and raise your quality of life. That’s the whole point. How do you do the stem cell? Well, we’re gonna show you.

Kim: 35:18

We’re gonna show you. We did IV. There’s a couple of different ways that you can do stem cells. I did stem cells a couple of months ago that were my own, and then I did a lot more research to see what would be best because I have chronic Lyme. And so I was doing it for chronic pain and my chronic Lyme. And um, you know, there’s a couple ways. I did an adipose stem cell, which was my own, they cut you, and it was really an uncomfortable thing for me. And so when I realized there was another way with umbilical cords, I started researching that and decided to to utilize that. And I was a little nervous at the beginning to do umbilical cords.

Sam: 35:53

I never once really no, never. Oh I was I I just I just felt grateful from the beginning. Like it’s like, you know, I had the nurse hand me my vial and I talked to them and I thanked them. I thanked them. I thanked whoever the little baby was that the umbilical cord and the mother was that the umbilical cord of these stem cells came from. And I blessed them and I affirmed them of what they were gonna go and do in my body, and I declared that my body receives them well, and I just I just approached it with such gratitude. Yeah, you know, I’m grateful, like what a wild thing like science has gone to this point where we can utilize this and help restore and heal our bodies. Like it’s just like amazing to me. I’ve just been I’ve just been grateful about it the whole time, you know. We’ve had such a week. I mean, this week has been so eventful. Every single day we’ve been doing this entire protocol that Kim spent weeks, months really putting together what to do before getting stem cells, what to do during, and what to do after to help them be the absolute most effective that they can possibly be for your body to truly receive them well, for them to get in there and do their job and do what they’re supposed to do. So we’ve filmed the entire theme for you. So we’re gonna be putting together the episode and dropping it in season two for you to see firsthand so you can do it yourself, a DIY.

Kim: 37:18

And some of you guys that maybe haven’t followed my journey this whole time, I come from Western Medicine. I’ve written um multiple different academia and books, and I ran 25 medical colleges. So this isn’t something new to me. It’s new though, being able to share it in a more holistic way and being able to utilize my classical training that we can then use for all of us, and then we can share it. It’s almost like we’re creating a medical system here or something.

Sam: 37:48

It really is. And I love the science side of Western medicine. Yeah, and I love like right now, currently, even in this season I’m in, and I’m gonna keep sharing more and more with you guys as we go and we film more episodes for season two. But I’m currently utilizing both, and I’m loving it because labs are like a godsend. I’m just so grateful for labs and then cross-referencing the labs because, like, we told you, we did a field trip where we filmed us getting hair sample tests done, and we get all these results, and we filmed that, and then weeks later, I get a gut test from a totally different company and send that in. And when the results all come back cohesive and like supporting each other and confirming that it’s real and true, I’m like, whoa, this is so cool! Because it takes the guess workout. That’s what I love about testing and labs is you don’t have to guess anymore. You can just see what’s going on on the inside of your body, work with my favorite as a naturopath, work with a natural doctor who can help you navigate the test for you and just let you know what to do to balance things out. Like, what a blessing, you know. It validates.

Kim: 38:56

I remember the first time my test came back positive for parasites and mold. It was like just life-changing for me and Jeremy. I knew something was wrong, and we talk about this on the first episode uh with Dr. Giles. I knew something was wrong. I genuinely knew something was wrong with me that was being missed. And when I was just gaslit so bad, I started to just internalize everything, and I started blaming myself, and then I started becoming somewhat nonverbal, and that’s why me and her said, Well, I knew you were in there. Well, yeah, because I come from this world, and then I got knocked down and I had to really fin for myself during that time frame, not just because of my health, but I lived in Washington and I wasn’t following the 2020, right? And so I really was kind of in a weird space at that time. But to be able to find someone who could give me a test and come back and say, I mean, yeah, Kim, the reason why you’re feeling this way is you have Cryptosperdium parvium, which is literally shutting down some of your organs, Kim. You’re living in mold. Oh, and for 30 years, we missed that you have lime. So all of these things, it was like the moment that I figured it all out and all these tests and labs came back. This, this, and this, I was able to go, okay, so I need to do this, I need to continue to do this, I need to get on some NAD, I need to do HBOC, all of these things have navigated me to where I’m at now in four years. I mean, it’s only been four years.

Sam: 40:31

And look at where we are.

Kim: 40:32

It’s only been four years.

Sam: 40:33

Oh my gosh. And that’s the beautiful thing is it’s like you said, validating, but it’s also like it’s so motivating because it’s when you have answers and you’re not guessing, you can put together a plan and get to work. And then it really works. The work works, but only if you work it.

Kim: 40:51

Yeah.

Sam: 40:51

So the whole point is like know what’s going on, work with someone. And if you do need someone, if you need a suggestion, you don’t have a doctor, you don’t have a practitioner right now. Kim’s Ling Tree is full of resources.

Kim: 41:03

Well, we love Giles, we love Cone, Motley, Dr. Chris Motley.

Sam: 41:08

We are so excited we’re gonna get to see him next month.

Kim: 41:11

Featuring him in season two as well. You all know how much fun Motley is. And you know, there’s just people out there that are gonna give you some guidance, and they all have something special. So just you if don’t get trapped into one scenario either. I see so many people, and when I was talking with um Cone last night, he saw me after hours, and again, I just so appreciate him. He said it takes a village, it really does take a village, it really does take people around you to like hone in and give their knowledge, and you’re giving your knowledge, and it really is this energetic exchange, and there were things that he said that like I just never had ever thought that could be contributing to some of the pain that I’m in right now, and so to be able to stop and go, again, I didn’t do this to myself, like I it I just started to make more sense, and that’s what life is about is being able to stack biostack, biohack, like whatever you want to think about it, but it’s all just to have a better quality of life while we’re here.

Sam: 42:18

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear, and if you really are listening, life will give you the answers through several different sources. It’ll come in ways you may not even expect, it’ll come through different human beings, it’ll come through Instagram, it’ll come through a podcast, it’ll come to you in different ways. But yeah, I mean, when you really are set on healing and becoming whole and not living your life fractured and fearful and ill and just accepting it, you know. I’ve been there before with my skin where I’ve just been at a hopeless place of so defeated because it’s like you think you know and you’re guessing and you’re trying to make it happen, but it’s still out of control, and you feel like you can’t get a handle on it, and you finally just like I guess I’m just gonna have to live with this, like a face full of acne, f it, you know, and and it’s such a defeated place to be. But if you don’t stay there, like feel that if you need to feel that, but decide inside, like decide you’re gonna take power and ownership and sovereignty over your own health, your own body, your own life, your own well-being, because we don’t know how long we’re here. Right. We don’t. So ownership, man, responsibility, and just decide internally. Solution, solution-based thinking. You can wallow in the solution. Yeah, man. That’s what I’m trying to do. Solution. You don’t try, we really do it. We do it now. Yeah, we really do. It’s okay to acknowledge the issue, acknowledge the problem, acknowledge the dis-ease, acknowledge the illness, but then get solution-based and get to work and stay open and receptive to life, and the answers will come when that’s the vibe, the the vibration and the frequency that you’re operating on. You’re gonna attract the answers and the people and the doctors and the village. I attracted this woman. I attracted her when I was in the midst of chronic sinus infections all the time and didn’t know what was wrong with me, tired all the time, skin stuff. And I attracted this woman that did her cleanse and it changed my whole life and health. And it’s like that was just the beginning of our relationship. And and it’s just it’s a beautiful thing. So we’re just here to encourage you to please stay solution-based, become your own patient advocate. Don’t let anyone else put your destiny in a box and tell you what you’re destined to be or how you’re gonna have to just deal with it and live with it and feel like it’s not. We don’t have to deal with it.

Kim: 44:50

We don’t have to be in pain. That’s right. We’re our bodies are meant to heal. I think we hear that a lot. Our bodies are in a state of exhaustion and overload because of all the environmental toxins, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Like you literally can do small cleanses like with ParaFy and the LymF Kit and the Moldies kit. Yes. All of these things are solutions to get you to the greater, better life that you can have. I mean, really, herbs were meant for us to take them. It’s not something that is taboo. We’ve just been indoctrinated to think that they’re supposed to be that way. But it’s really a simple thought process when you’re ready to switch it on. Yeah. And it was hard. I mean, again, I come from the black and white synthetics. I mean, I was insurance specialists, like everything was insurance driven. Everything was um, what medications are the symptoms, right? And that and that that’s a thought process that a lot of people don’t realize is that we learn the medications and then we learn the disease and the symptoms from that medication. And then we have to, you know, stack meds on top of each other. And we just don’t want to do that anymore. We’re just learning so many things, so many things are coming to light that we just don’t want to have to deal with that anymore. So thank you, Erica.

Sam: 46:11

Thank you, T. By the way, Terrence. Terrence, Terrence made both of these. He does our merch.

Kim: 46:17

She does all of our four years. He designs them, they’re custom. You can find them on our website. They’re so amazing. He’s the best. He will whip them out so fast for us. We’ll send him a message and be like, oh my god, we’re going so we need like a hundred shirts for merch. And he’ll just, no problem. Got all of our stickers. We just got some really cool new what’s eating you stickers. And we’re really just on a mission, you guys, we are to just announce that we’re we’re wanting everyone to be able to do that. We’re here.

Sam: 46:49

And we have solutions to heal. And we are sharing them freely, and we are not gatekeeping or holding back. And I’m going to definitely continue to share a lot about my skin journey with you guys this season because it’s a real major big thing happening in my life right now. But I just want to share, even just in 30 days, one month. I don’t have a filter on right now. I love it. This is filter free. 30 days ago, my face was covered in acne. I was so stressed out about it. I was so depressed about it. I was so, oh, just internally just felt so defeated because I didn’t know what was wrong or what was happening. I turned to my village. My I love my people because they’re honest with me and they’re real with me, and they’re like, hey, there’s an issue here, let’s face it. And I was like, I don’t want to face it. It’s so frustrating and exhausting, and I don’t know what it is. And they’re like, no, let’s figure this out. And I leaned on my people and I I decided internally, I shifted from focusing on the issue to focusing on the solution. And I decided, okay, from here on out, I’m healing. That’s it. And I got to work immediately. And then all of the pieces started to show up in life and just align perfectly. And here’s Kim with like, I know the exact skincare you need to use. You’ve been using the wrong skincare this whole time. Here you go. This is what it is. And then going and getting the hair tests and that showing like all these things, and then the blood test, the gut tests, and all of these things that I’m doing. And I’m leaning into my people and into my village and the information and the the all of the tools and everything. And this is after only 30 days, and I have no filter on. And I am like beyond grateful. And I can’t wait to share with you all what I’ve been doing because I have some answers now that work, that really do work, and I can’t wait to share it. And that’s the whole point of what we’re doing. We just want to share with you guys what works, what can help you, anything that resonates with you that you can take and apply in your own life, that is the entire purpose of our podcast and why we do what we do. It’s just here to help share and spread the news and spread the word to help you heal.

Kim: 48:55

We just want you guys to be healthy.

Sam: 48:57

Yeah.

Kim: 48:57

Like that’s where we’re at in life, you know? We could we could all stay stuck, but there’s no reason when there really are a lot of people out there, which is what we’re finding. We’re literally just in this little pocket in California and a couple places in Seattle that we’ve visited. And if you Google some of the words that we’re saying, you’ll find these pockets in your own neighborhood. Yeah. And IVs, we do a lot of IVs, we’ve done a lot of modalities, and it’s really helped your skin. I noticed last month we were together and we were in Malibu, and she was going through it, and I was like, well, first off, let’s look at your skincare routine. And I’ve cut out all the heavy metals out of my skincare.

Sam: 49:41

She’s also the skin, the skin queen. She’s the skin queen too.

Kim: 49:45

I just really like it. And so I really realized like these bumps on my face, or if I don’t eat right, I get bumps, right? And so it makes me go, oh yeah, well, that’s because I ate some sugar. So it just shows you the correlation, right? Of gut to your skin connection. There’s so much help, flight, fight, flight, poisoned by contrast, diagonal, wrecked nervous system. Julie, if you want to hop on our website, Rogershood.com, I recommend going and getting immune and recover. Actually, get moldies kit, and you can use what’s eating you with the letter U as your discount code. We are pretty much a grab and go. We don’t have a wait time, um, just enough to get it into the mail to you. And I recommend grabbing the Moldies kit and doing Immune and Recover. Recover has shiitake mushrooms in it, and shiitake mushrooms can help pull some of that out of your system. So I also recommend grabbing yourself some red artist. So maybe get the super molde’s kit. You can take the moldies tincture, it’s just gonna help boost your mitochondria. When you’re able to get your mitochondria boosted, it’s gonna push that stuff out of your cells, which is gonna help your nervous system. So I do really recommend going in and grabbing one of those kits. I mean, even get the lip kit. Like the limp kit, you can take with everything. You it’s just a daily kit that I recommend taking while you’re doing the ParaFy kit, taking it while you’re doing the mole’s kit, just taking it, period. I I take it every morning and it just helps boost my mind. The way that we changed the dynamic of just taking pills of lion’s mane versus taking it into teacher form, it’s double extracted. So you’re getting multiple different uh benefits from water and from alcohol when you’re using the mushroom. So that’s what I recommend. Thanks, Eric. Thanks. So good.

Sam: 51:44

And no, I don’t have PCOS. Nope. Actually, it’s wild. I’m getting so many answers. Um, and no, like like I don’t have that. So it’s actually more gut and cortisol, and um, I actually can’t digest uh or process sugar. I don’t metabolize sugar at all. I actually have the opposite of insulin resistance, it’s called insulin deficiency, which means I have barely any insulin in my body at all, which means the slightest bit of sugar, no matter what form. It could be the sweet uh the cleanest form. I can’t process it. My body doesn’t have the raw materials it needs to process it. So that was a big problem and issue happening too. So yeah, like I’m I’m I can’t wait to share everything with you guys because I do have a lot of um answers that I just yeah, I’m excited to share. Yeah, it’s a really cool time we’re in right now. Like there’s so much happening in real time, and we’re coming to you live and direct from the front lines with all of the info and all of the insight. We’re just freely giving it to you guys to help contribute to your medical awakening. Um, and it’s an exciting time.

Kim: 52:50

It is so fun. We’re having such a good time. We’re excited to celebrate all of the people that are gonna be on season two. Um, y’all know who you are, but we’ve really um I’ve really dove into some special people and what they’re doing, and they get to share their stories. They’re also sharing their knowledge, so we’re giving knowledge to you guys while showing you what the modalities are. So it really is such a different season two for us than just us sitting down talking about the journey. Oh, yeah. Now we’re getting to share other people’s journeys, which is really an amazing thing that I haven’t really seen a lot of podcasts do this. So I’m really grateful. I’m also really grateful and I want to shout Erica out. She’s the other half of RogersHood. We love you, Erica. We love you, Erica. We’re so appreciative of how hard you work for RogersHood and what you’ve done for us, and the fact that RogersHood is the only one that is sponsoring What’s Eating Use podcast. We just really want to stay as much in control of what this narrative is and how much information and not being censored and just really giving it to you guys as raw and real as possible. And so we just really appreciate you, RogersHood, and that that’s you, Erica.

Sam: 54:03

Thank you, RogersHood. Thank you. Yeah, thank you all for all of your support. Thank you for tuning in. Thank you for receiving our message, for getting it out there, for sharing this. Someone on here is like, I shared you on our on my story. Yes. Thank you. Yes, share, share our videos, share our podcast episodes, share our links, share our profile. Like, definitely help get the word out there. You just never know who needs to hear it. It could be one thing we say, one thing we share, can spark a light bulb and someone can spark their ember and fan their ember and their flame inside to heal, and it could just click and switch something on and give them an answer. So please get the word out. Get this message out. Thank you for all your support. Oh, Erica’s so sweet. If you haven’t seen it yet, season two, episode one is out now with Dr. Giles. It’s on YouTube. You can watch the video on YouTube. It’s such a beautiful one. It’s such a beautiful episode. Or you can listen on any podcast streaming platform. There is, it’s out everywhere. Season two is here and it is rolling and it is rolling hot. We have so much coming for you that we can’t wait to share. We love you. We appreciate you. Thank you for tuning in. Thank you for the support. We will see you soon. See you soon.

Kim: 55:15

We’ll save this. Okay. Bye.
