Dr. Motley: 0:11
Wait, wait.
Kim: 0:12
Unreal. Look at Oh, fire. That’s so great.
Dr. Motley: 0:18
Well, let me lay on your back first, though.
Kim: 0:20
Here, big deal, Molly. Oh yeah. Yeah, I think.
Dr. Motley: 0:23
Big deal. Left hip though, right? Left hip and left sciatic. Alright. Well, first things we’re going to do with left hip pain is we’re gonna make sure I know they do a straight muscle test, left sciatic pain, and what we usually do is I’ll use the resonator. Resonator look like works equivalent to a muscle test. When you have chi or energy running through the meridians in your body, any area that has a block from the fascia or from a muscle being basically inactive, that blockage will cause a buildup of electricity in that area. And when I touch it, you transfer the qi or the energy to me.
Kim: 1:03
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 1:03
So when that happens, it transfers to my hand, and my hand picks up on it through the resonator. So basically it’s a monitor device. So on the left tip, this is what we’ll start. No, no, just relax. You just relax. We’ll take the left hip and we can get a signal here on the left side, and we’re gonna go down the left leg and right here on this area. You have tenderness here on that left leg, and you also have tenderness on the left ankle here. Yep. So we have three spots. We have the hip, we also have ribs and the shoulder. One of the biggest things we’re gonna find out for your sciatica is which muscle is the one that’s inactive. So we use hand moding, and so hand moding actually acts like antennas. Your hands can actually act like antennas, and you can basically find the frequencies that are imbalanced in the body. So we’re gonna find out which muscle. But one of the biggest areas for your sciatica is going to be your upper glute and your quad muscle. It’ll start to evolve, but I’ll show you, okay? Bend the knee up here. So basically, for your hip, the first thing we’re gonna do is find out if this muscle fires, but hold tight as I pull, ready? Hold tight, tight, tight, tight. Okay, so that one’s not gonna hold. Hold this one. Hold that will hold pretty well, right? The cool thing is when you find a muscle that’s inactive for your satica, even though it’s on the back side, you can find out what’s making the muscle go off. So you can actually check and see how many layers of energy are below the problem. And you say there’s three, and your third one is emotions that’s causing this. So you could speak it out and try to find it. Or we can take a trusty little flower essence kit and see what’s turning off your hip for right now.
Kim: 2:50
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 2:50
Is that okay?
Kim: 2:51
Yeah. What’s a flower essence kit?
Dr. Motley: 2:54
It’s basically a kit that has flower essences, the frequencies of them trapped in these small vials. And which flower essence gives me the indicator of which emotion is causing some of your issues? Being ignored, not being heard, irritation, and inefficient. So, right off the bat, your body’s like, I want people to hear what I have to say, and if they don’t, I’ll get irritated, and you have to make the best of your time. So you have a job to do. So that’s all combined right now in your body. So I’m not usually a person that says it’s all emotions. I mean, it has a big play in it, but I will say this your emotions show right off the bat. I didn’t expect that on you. So, with this though, we’re gonna check a couple things. I want you to do me a quick favor. I want you to lay on your right side towards me, okay? Okay, so what we’re gonna do for your sciatica is gonna be tender right here, right? On this area here. So, what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna go down. It’s very tender right here.
Kim: 4:00
Yeah, you can actually feel how.
Dr. Motley: 4:01
Oh, yeah.
Kim: 4:02
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 4:02
Because it transfers to me. So what will happen is you have no blocked current of electricity here. None. If I do this, you feel that, right? Because right when I squeeze, it doesn’t do anything, but right when I squeeze, my finger up here becomes a negative pole and the thumb becomes a positive, like a battery. So I’m transferring current right through my hand. So if I do this, you feel that tenderness, right? Yeah, so you can squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. All from stress and emotion, right? Now the biggest way you can fix it is without my dad always said talk is cheap, fix it. So the first thing we’re gonna do, and I’m gonna go in and we’re gonna clean this muscle up first, okay? Right through there. I want you to raise your leg up like Dr. Howard would do it. Hold it right there, extend it, and hold tight as I push down. Hold tight, tight, tight, tight. Okay, that won’t hold, right? So we’re gonna take this muscle here and we’re gonna find out what to do. It says go to the knee. So I don’t have to hit the hip.
Kim: 5:03
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 5:04
You’re like, you’re telling me. I’m not doing it, you’re the one telling me. It’s your bio system. Every point’s communication, and you give me uh information through each point. So we go to the knee, guys, and we check here, here, and here. And on this area right up here is a gallbladder point, gallbladder 33. It’s very tender right through there. And you don’t have to go really adjust the hip too heavily, and she’ll feel that. So you can do a couple things. You hear it whenever I press, like, because you’re transferring energy to me every time I press. But the problem is when you transfer it to me, I hold it.
Kim: 5:38
Thanks, Motley.
Dr. Motley: 5:40
So we watch, we check this out here. Open that up, and the next thing it’s like patterns upper, low extremity, back to the knee again. So your system says, do not leave my knee. Don’t leave my knee. So did you ever injure this knee? Mm-hmm. How?
Kim: 5:57
Um, I got pushed through, I went through a windshield of my golf cart.
Dr. Motley: 6:01
Yeah.
Kim: 6:01
And my knee hit, stopped me. It jolted this all the way up. Yeah. And I went through the windshield with my legs behind. You definitely did.
Dr. Motley: 6:10
So your IT band got pretty jacked because your fibular head right there, you feel that on this area got basically. So you can hit the hip as much as you can, but if you don’t fix your knee or the muscles around it, it won’t stay in place.
Kim: 6:26
Yeah, we just kind of started to figure out it was my knee over the last couple of months.
Dr. Motley: 6:31
Oh, yeah.
Kim: 6:31
It was during 21, and we lived in Seattle, so we couldn’t go to the hospital.
Dr. Motley: 6:38
Well, we’re gonna fix it today. Okay. We come from the knee, it takes me right to the ankle. So you go lower extremity, hip, knee, ankle. So it’ll go right to the ankle. And in this area right here, you feel that right there?
Kim: 6:51
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 6:52
Now it’s this bone right here that’s out, and it’s right by a gallbladder 40, and that’s the fourth metatarsal bone. Now I can dig, which I will, or I can take my little clicker and I’ll I’ll probably pop it into place. Okay.
Kim: 7:04
Would that affect my big toe?
Dr. Motley: 7:06
It could. It definitely could because once you pull, they’ll pop, and it feels good. It really does feel good, right? It did feel good. But the fourth toe right here, up near the ankle’s jammed. So every time you take a step, it’s turning your sacrum off. That makes sense. Yeah. You wouldn’t think that a bone shift that small down in the foot would cause a problem, but this guy follows the gallbladder point. And when we talk about emotions, gallbladder has to do with frustrations, anger, resentment, things of that sort. One of the biggest things though that it represents is if somebody ever tried to take your territory away, if anybody tried to impose their will on you, that’s the gallbladder. I’m not done. You’re like, no, you’re not done, dude.
Kim: 7:50
It’s wild though. I sat down with pain and I would like I could feel it, and now it’s it’s not as bad. I feel like a a rest. You know what I’m saying? Like a light, like a load has been like it’s being lifted a bit.
Dr. Motley: 8:04
Yeah. I want to show you something cool. Let me grab this. It’s like a gua shaw device, and you just go over here and you feel that you feel that fiber right there. Yep. And you just get real specific right there, and you feel it right there. Yep. Open up the fascia and you let the chi run through that point. And then like, watch, and the resonator won’t let me leave if it’s not done. So I can’t stop. It keeps going. It’s like you’re not done. That’s why my assist my appointments are so long, because it’s just like. You never know. You never know. Watch that. Now it’s happy now. This is happy. And I check with the hand modes, and there’s another. You did bang your knee up pretty good. Really, pretty well. And the reason you lay on your left side is because when I checked you at the very beginning, your nervous system says that you basically express the injury best when you lay on your left side. Or right side. Man, I’m getting on your right side. So, what that means is you want to be fixed while you’re laying in the position that has the biggest issue. Now I’m gonna pop your D right back into place. And this is how specific it can be though. You can actually take the muscle and you can actually check and see if uh relax, I got you. No, you can actually extend it. You don’t like it extended though, when you at all, do you?
Kim: 9:22
Mm-mm. No, but I’ve been babying it for four years.
Dr. Motley: 9:25
Yeah, it’s like right through here. The fibular head’s actually twisted pretty good.
Kim: 9:30
It is. It got smashed on a corner of my golf cart, had a heater in it.
Dr. Motley: 9:35
Yeah.
Kim: 9:36
And my knee hit the middle corner of the square metal heater.
Dr. Motley: 9:39
Oh, heaven.
Kim: 9:40
And it jolted it, and then I went through the windshield with my knee still on the heater. And then I went viral a couple of weeks later. So, you know, I’ve just been I went I’ve been running since.
Dr. Motley: 9:51
And it’s like you have not stopped.
Kim: 9:53
No, I haven’t stopped, but at least it’s not my lime, Molly.
Dr. Motley: 9:57
I’m not gonna say that.
Kim: 9:57
At least it’s not. Like, I would rather know this is an old injury. My joints don’t hurt. I feel like I’m in like a remission status right now.
Dr. Motley: 10:09
And you can’t, you what you can do though, to actually check, one of the cool things is you can check the joint, guys, and you can see with the old injury if there’s any infection that builds up there. Okay. So you can check with the mode, and we can check if there’s bacteria or virus or yeast.
Kim: 10:27
There’s yeast.
Dr. Motley: 10:28
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. Nine strands of yeast. So you can check the nine strands of yeast. You were still gonna fix this. It’s tender, right? But you can take the yeast and you could actually ask the body when you work on this, you’ll help your yeast clean up. But there’s yeast in the knee.
Kim: 10:47
Okay. All right.
Dr. Motley: 10:49
I’m checking two things though.
Kim: 10:51
Will you have a suggestion of what I should do?
Dr. Motley: 10:54
Yeah, I have a kit there that I’ll check. So, what you want to do, I hate to use the word, but you want to clear the crud off the top. You want to clean up all the stuff first before I do anything biochemically. So, what you’ll do is it looks like you just rub the point out, but really what you’re doing is resetting the bones. So, you really did a good number on this knee. Heavens. But there’s yeast in there, so whenever I find a supplement for you, an herb, or a homeopathic, it’ll be to help clear up the yeast. Okay. The cool thing is, is if you check yeast, I can find the priority muscle, and it’s this muscle right there. Yeah. Tender, right? Yeah. But that muscle is part of your quad, and your quad’s associated with your small intestine. So I know there’s yeast in your small intestine.
Kim: 11:39
So is this why it’s going numb over here, too? Yes. Okay. Yeah. And burning? Like it burns. It burns. Like it feels like there’s a fire under my skin.
Dr. Motley: 11:48
Definitely. Usually, whenever you have a fire in your skin, the nerves, like in your small intestine, like it transfers a lot of nerve energy into your quads. So your strength of your quads and the strength of your abdominal muscles come directly from your small intestine. So you talk about SIBO, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. You talk about anybody that has SIBO, their quads will not be helpful, they won’t be healthy or strong. So the kind of people that say I do exercise or try to go up the stairs or something, they say my legs, my quads are always tired.
Kim: 12:13
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 12:13
You hear people say I can’t bend and touch my toes. Hamstrings are associated with your large intestine. So if they can’t bend and touch their toes, I’m like, you got coal and stuff, constipation and such.
Kim: 12:22
So would that cause some burning?
Dr. Motley: 12:23
It can, definitely. Yeah. That’s starting to release a little bit. I’ll show you.
Kim: 12:27
Yeah, it is. That’s the first time I’ve been able to feel anything like that right there.
Dr. Motley: 12:32
Yeah, you just dig, dig, dig, dig. The cool thing is though, from every single point you pick, guys, you can actually take your hand and put it on the former area, and you can twist your hand and the fascia, even through the fabric, your fascia’s carrying electrical current, right? And anytime I twist the fascia and I find an angle where you transfer electricity to me, it’ll tell me where to go next. So I right here.
Kim: 12:58
Yep.
Dr. Motley: 12:58
That’s that, right? So you can actually go down to the bone, and there it is. And it will, it’ll fix it so we can take it. No more hyperextension issue there. Good. You press here. She’s tender there. See how tender that is? And there’s more blood flow issues. So when you banged it, you actually compressed your blood flow. Now, when you go back down here and we can check yeast, and I got yeast to start draining. So you’re gonna feel drainage out of your knee that next couple of days, and you’ll feel drainage out of your small intestine. So if you have poop that has more foam, more mucus, if you feel like you’re purging more, it’s a good thing. You know that you fixed that.
Kim: 13:33
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 13:34
Now, when you go towards the ankle and you press on the front, this point right here, this is a this is a stomach point. So it’s not just a bone out, this is all upper digestion. All of this is upper digestion.
Kim: 13:47
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 13:49
That’s why it doesn’t want to stay in place because your upper digestion is mending, still trying to heal. Right through there. On the shin bone, you feel that shin bone right here, this is all stomach meridian. Now, when we talked about emotions, stomach’s always having to do with your pensiveness or worry. Making sure like everybody else is taken care of, right? This is it. It’ll make you have that knot in your stomach because all the blood flows away from your stomach to get to your extremities to fight a problem or solve a problem. So people who always have popping ankles always say you either have a stomach issue or a gallbladder issue.
Kim: 14:24
Oh.
Dr. Motley: 14:25
See, that didn’t fix it at all. You’re like, nope, you’re not, I’m not, you’re not fixing me. Well, I’ll show you something. Better, isn’t it?
Kim: 14:34
Oh yeah. Oh, I didn’t even flinch. Wow.
Dr. Motley: 14:39
Look at that. You didn’t even feel it. You didn’t transfer any chi to me. I can’t even feel it. It’s going right through you.
Kim: 14:44
It doesn’t even hurt.
Dr. Motley: 14:45
Yeah.
Kim: 14:46
It doesn’t even hurt.
Dr. Motley: 14:48
So you squeeze. Watch this. Now that’s tender. Because that whole Achilles area is off.
Kim: 14:54
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 14:54
But the cool thing is if you transfer qi to me, it doesn’t stay in my body a long time. And the signals really fast. Means it’s it’s easy fix. Look at that, it goes to upper extremity. So to fix your calf, we go up to your arm. And it goes to this point right there. You feel that? That’s very tender. And this is called triple war. It’s called all the connective tissue here can be fixed with that. So what you can do without getting too boring.
Kim: 15:24
It’s not boring at all.
Dr. Motley: 15:25
You take this and you just relax it down. Feel that tender that is, and there it clicks. And you wouldn’t think that a little acupuncture point would open up your guts, but it does. That’s right. Right through there. There you go.
Kim: 15:43
You can part if you need to. I can’t even I can’t believe how sensitive and how much this hurt.
Dr. Motley: 15:53
And not as bad now, right? So you can keep the leg up here, guys. Remember, leg straight. Hold it tight. I’m not gonna press. Hold, hold, hold, hold, hold on. No budge. None. None. Before she remember, wow, she couldn’t do that. She’s gonna do it before because there was so much blocked chi in her knee and electrical and neurological injury to her knee. You weren’t putting any type of blood flow like into this muscle right here. This was so injured, you couldn’t. This was trying to compensate for this. And so you’re concentrating on this. I unlocked it, and your hip goes, Well, I can stabilize now. Isn’t that pretty cool? I’m not trying, isn’t that crazy that the way you think turns off your hip and your foot and everything?
Kim: 16:37
We just were gonna do MRIs on my knee because we just started thinking, well, maybe my knee is doing this. It was it was it was totally doing it.
Dr. Motley: 16:45
Yeah, this feels good. All right, yeah. If I press and I pull up here, that’s tender. Listen to she’s like, that hurts, that doesn’t feel good. Now you can check and go, you can actually check and see if I need to go local or remote. She says, I’m not telling you anything. Everybody’s like, I’m not saying a word. I’ll check if your acupuncture needs help. You go back to your lower extremity, you go back to your ankle, and it’s this area here, and she’s very tender right there. And that’s a bladder point, but in the foot hologram, this has to do with your reproductive area.
Kim: 17:18
Which is gone.
Dr. Motley: 17:19
Yep. So right through there.
Kim: 17:22
That’s so crazy. Cone said the same thing. He’s like, you’ve got like phantom o’ery reproductive things going on.
Dr. Motley: 17:29
And it’s all here. It’ll actually make you have sore ankles and your ankles will go out. Oh my god. And it’ll transfer up to your hip. I will say, we can go face down, I’ll show you something real quick. And we do this right there. You see how tender that is right there? Okay. So you can go back down to your ankle. Lift, lift, left. You see how tender that is right there, right? Yeah. And it tender, but see how bad that is right there, that calf. If I squeeze here, it’s not as bad, right? No. So they’ll do those leg strength tests on you, and that’s that’s good. But this was the injured knee. But if I actually squeeze, that’s the ligament right there that hurts. Okay, we got it. So you spread your arms here just a little bit. And then we’ll just do it. We’ll do some SOT blocking, but it’s alright, it’s good. So we’ll go here. Don’t lift you. I’ll lift you up. Don’t work, don’t move. Just a little bit. We’re gonna hike up your SI joint just a bit. Right there. That’s all you gotta do. See how much better that feels just by do that. Okay, so we take this and we’re gonna go back down. Fix the ankle. We’re gonna go to the knee. And there’s two points right here. You feel that point right there on the inside? That’s a kidney point. So this is all the energy that was going through your ovaries. And it’s tender here. Sorry, okay? Yeah. I’m not trying to be mean. Nope. I love you, you know.
Kim: 18:48
I’m not trying to be not mean at all.
Dr. Motley: 18:50
Right through there. You feel that little point right there? It’s the gristle right there in the knee. You open that up. We go back again. Another. Now this goes right to your hip bone, not your SI joint, but right here. Now watch that. And it’s not anything but right there. Watch. Right there. And that’s right in this area. It’s like a liver point right there. See? You have to be very specific right there. We take this and it starts to open up the channel. Oh, okay. It’s your kidney too. Right there. Sorry, girl.
Kim: 19:25
It is. I’m sorry. I’ll hurry up. It’s alright.
Dr. Motley: 19:30
Fill the tendons on that point there. This is called a gallbladder 25, and it fixes up the uh kidney. And then we check another point, it goes right back down your knee. That’s how injured that knee is. I’ve gone as knee over five times. But I’m gonna be specific without just digging in. But see, this, this, and feel that right there. Yep. That’s it. It’s one little ligament, one little gristle. That did it. I can feel the blood start to flow again. Now watch here. See how better that’s better, right?
Kim: 20:02
Yes.
Dr. Motley: 20:02
There’s no pain there. Yeah. Better.
Kim: 20:06
Better.
Dr. Motley: 20:07
Not as much pain, right? Yep. And we’re gonna fix her neck. So it goes right up to her neck. And we’re gonna go right up here. And we’re going to go and cup the C4, like your vertebrae here, but not that one. This one right here. Feel that? This right here is going to indicate to me that this is going to be thyroid. Thyroid fatigue. And now if I go on the very front of this vertebrae, feel that right there, and you cup it, and there is that little gristle right there. That’s where that little bone covering, like periosteum, gets injured. So we do that. That’s up room. You’re starting to get cleaned up. I can start to feel the blood flow. And there it is. You feel that right there? This is a fibular head, they call it. It’s displaced right where you got hit. But you see how if you were gonna go and fix this knee, you would think I would spend the whole time on the knee, right? And it would get fixed all in one loop, but I have to go back and forth because your body only uncovers layers, right? I have to hit each layer, which is basically irritating to me because I’d rather get it all fixed with one hit, right? I don’t want to keep coming back, but it’s the truth. You have to go back. Now, one of the things you want to do too is you want to bend the knee. But you will sleep really well tonight, and I’m serious, your bowel movements will be better.
Kim: 21:42
That’s great.
Dr. Motley: 21:43
And see how the tension right there starts to release.
Kim: 21:46
Yep.
Dr. Motley: 21:47
Now, does that feel better?
Kim: 21:48
Yes.
Dr. Motley: 21:49
Okay.
Kim: 21:50
So much better.
Dr. Motley: 21:51
So much better, right? But that opened up a new layer because it was almost done. When I did this, your body still wants to cook, which most most people would say if I’m doing this, they’re like, you’re leaving her too long on the blocks. They’re like, no, her body still wants it. Yeah. So something else is blocking me from getting you off the blocks. And it’s right up here, it goes to your spine, right there. And it’s tender right there, right? That’s a spleen point. So this is where you do lymph off, you know, lymphatic massage, you do a you know, red light sauna and such. It’s gonna be tender right here, watch, right there. My mentor, Dr. Dowdy, did BSI or Biosystems Integration or CPK. Shout out to Dr. Dowdy. He’s like, he’s like my papa, he’s really good, he knows all these things. So watch, just doing that, reset your pelvis. So what it’s saying is small intestinal lymphatics. Okay. So the lymph nodes around your small intestine are congested. They just need to keep being drained like you’re doing. Okay, you don’t need to like sustain in the lymph L Y M F that stuff would clean that up as much.
Kim: 22:55
Nice.
Dr. Motley: 22:56
Now we want to check here. See, it’s not as bad.
Kim: 22:58
No.
Dr. Motley: 22:59
But I’ll show you one more thing here. Okay. I see okay. That feels better, right? Yes. But I’ll show you this. That doesn’t. That doesn’t feel bad. Good.
Kim: 23:08
No.
Dr. Motley: 23:08
That’s better, right? Yeah. That doesn’t, but this right here.
Kim: 23:11
Oh, yeah.
Dr. Motley: 23:12
Man, you did. Does this ankle hurt you a lot?
Kim: 23:15
Yes.
Dr. Motley: 23:17
I’ll show you guys right here. Remember I fixed this at the very beginning?
Kim: 23:21
Yeah. Yep, sore.
Dr. Motley: 23:23
That’s right through there. That stomach. Do you do you get a lot of GERD? I used to. Used to.
Kim: 23:30
But I’ve had some burning in my stomach the last month.
Dr. Motley: 23:33
This is where, guys, it can get like stubborn and you want the thing to fix super quick, but it doesn’t.
Kim: 23:37
And oh it’s stubborn.
Dr. Motley: 23:47
It ain’t gonna outsmart me, or maybe it does. We’ll see right there.
Kim: 23:54
Oh, yeah.
Dr. Motley: 23:55
Now watch. See, that gets better. Yeah, you do it that way. That’s stubborn. So I’m not one of those guys that’s gonna say, oh, that’s fixed totally. I’d have to keep an eye on your stomach, like keep I’d have to see at least four more times, you know. Okay. I want you to flip on your back. We’re gonna make sure that people, well, thank you guys for being patient with me. I really appreciate it. There’s a little bit of tenderness right there. And the qi from the stomach goes right from here. Basically, it’ll end its way right through your chest muscles. So you’ll see Dr. Cohn when they do a muscle test, right? Yeah, it’s because the qi is going right down through the chest muscle. So this muscle represents the stomach radiance going right through your stomach. So you turn your arm this way, hold it straight, and I’ll pull this way. And I’m gonna see if the energy can stay right here. Hold tight, hold tight, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight, tight. And it see it doesn’t want to hold. I can feel it.
Kim: 24:47
Oh my god.
Dr. Motley: 24:48
Oh it’s an old injury. You still hold it in your system.
Kim: 24:54
Oh literally, I fell down a flight of stairs on the front of my shins. All the way down at Delta. Concrete stairs with metal edges.
Dr. Motley: 25:08
Isn’t that crazy?
Kim: 25:09
Completely scraped my bone and my shin.
Dr. Motley: 25:12
And it kept on just oh. Oh yeah. See it? Yeah, right through there.
Kim: 25:18
It’s been like this forever.
Dr. Motley: 25:19
Yeah. And it showed up.
Kim: 25:21
Oh my gosh. You it’s been bumpy. You just whatever you just did, just pushed it out.
Dr. Motley: 25:26
Yeah, that’s right there. You got it.
Kim: 25:28
No one’s ever been I I can’t even touch it, and you can touch it now.
Dr. Motley: 25:32
Watch. Like you can press and it doesn’t hurt as much, right? No. Now I’m not saying that to make you sound like it’s special. I’m just saying like you can see how blood flow and energy gets right into the area and cause it to. Your hip feel better?
Kim: 25:45
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 25:45
I’m not trying to sound like does it feel better?
Kim: 25:47
It feels you you couldn’t even touch it. Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 25:50
And that’s one little area right there, just a little right there. Feel I can feel it, because you know what happens? I do this, and I can feel where you’re using me like a grounding rod. I can feel you pushing through me, and you’re trying to transfer energy. So you’re trying to go, give me some energy. That’s what you’re trying to do. Oh yeah. Right there. Okay. You couldn’t even go back. You couldn’t even know that right there. You’re gonna make sure that your ankle doesn’t turn all the muscles off up to your hip.
Kim: 26:17
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 26:17
Basically.
Kim: 26:20
It feels better.
Dr. Motley: 26:22
So then you can do with some checks. You can say, is there any more resentment, anger, exhaustion, distrust? So there’s distrust. These are if I say it’s like your distrust of others, others’ distrust of you, trusting yourself. Trusting yourself. I don’t know. I’m not a counselor or therapist, I’m not sure. Trusting yourself to do the right job, trusting that others have faith in you, trust that you will perform at your highest. All right, is that right? You would trust if you you don’t trust that you’ll perform at your highest. Does this rob you of personal time, care, self-value, self-worth, meaningfulness, direction, time? So what your body says is that whenever you have that perpetual program going, that it’s robbing you of time. Like it robs me of my time thinking about it all day. So you don’t, you’ll take all your time that needs to be on other ways and you’re gonna concentrate on there thinking, I don’t trust myself to do a good enough job. Now, are you aware of it? Are you aware of it 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%? You’re 50% aware of that. You know what’s going on. The other 50% you stacked away, like in a in your closets of your mind, and you’re like, well, I don’t have enough time for that, I don’t have enough energy, I got a job to do. When you do express it, you’re gonna say, Well, will I have more anger, more resentment, trust issues, responsible, more responsibility. So you’ll make yourself busier because you don’t want to, instead of dealing with that, you’ll make yourself busier because that’s the only way you can express that hidden subconscious, right? Like that’s what you’re doing. So you’ll make anytime you find yourself making yourself busy, you know you’re trying to cope. And that’s when you need to become more aware. So I can’t tell you that all I can say is trust yourself that you’re doing a good enough job. And you gotta sit in that. Okay, sit in that trust, trust that you’re doing a good job. And whenever you start to make yourself busy, like, oh, I need to get this done and fit this in 30 minutes of this time, don’t do it. That’s my that’s my advice on that, okay? We have to get to where you just slow down to do it. I can’t, you know, I can’t really necessarily there’s things I could give you, like homeopathics, and do a lot of tapping, and it works. But really, it comes down to it’s where you say, when I make myself busy, be aware of that, okay? And so what I tell people is that it’s gonna sound corny completely, but at night they say, look in the mirror, it’s like just you gotta say, really, I’m trusting I’m doing a good job. And say it like you mean it, and tell yourself that, let yourself let your face see it. That’s a good point to help keep these muscles strong. So resentment, anger, exhaustion, distrust. You still have a little bit, you’re still working, you’re still trying to contemplate, should I let it go? But see, when I do it, it’s turning this muscle off right there. Okay, so I could have done all that work, but if you got up and you didn’t trust that you’re doing a good enough job, it turned that muscle back off. And see now the energy is starting to move in your gut. That’s what I wanted. Resentment, anger, exhaustion, distrust. Now, just remember when you make yourself busy, that’s your tail. Like poker, what’s your tell is when you get irritated at yourself, irritated at others, because you feel like you’re not doing enough. That’s your tell. Okay, I think we got you, lady. Okay. All right, sound good? Yeah. Alright, good deal.
Kim: 29:43
That was so great.
Dr. Motley: 29:45
Either they’ll like it or they’ll say that guy’s the craziest guy I’ve ever talked to.
Kim: 29:49
He’s it’s not, it’s not, was that crazy? That was cool, right? And I do 100% make myself busy for avoidance. Yeah. I I do it. Everyone around me knows it. I just had to admit it. Yeah. I make myself busy to avoid it. Because this is a wild life, and I don’t think I’ve like processed it all.
Dr. Motley: 30:11
No, I don’t think. I mean, I would say like I don’t know the best, but I’d say the first thing that came up was basically in a nutshell, you don’t feel like efficient. You don’t feel like you’re gonna do enough. The first thing was like, how much what what do you think about yourself?
Kim: 30:24
Yeah.
Dr. Motley: 30:25
That’s it.
Kim: 30:26
I don’t know how much more I can do. Like, I think I’m doing like the most I could ever do in my life. I think that I just have to accept that and trust myself in that.
Dr. Motley: 30:36
Truly. And I think that whenever you feel that you’re as much as you’re doing, like when you feel it, I I truly they call it like letting your stomach release. Whenever you get to a point where you’re super stressed and you feel that tight, they always say let your stomach let you know get loose and then let the uh qi run right through your stomach. You let chi run through your feet.
Kim: 30:54
Okay.
Dr. Motley: 30:54
And what will happen is if you think about doing more work, what you’ll do is you’ll tighten your stomach up and the memory will get in your brain and it’ll stop right here. Because it stops right there for you. So you’ll catch all that weight. Open that up and let it go right through you. Okay. Because you’ll catch what’s really important to you. You feel like you get like you uh you feeling like nice and relaxed though? Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Is that really? I’m serious. You don’t have to say it because we’re on camera. Does it feel a little better?
Kim: 31:20
Um, yeah. So before I couldn’t even move it or touch it.
Dr. Motley: 31:23
Yeah. Stand up and see if it feels a little better.
Kim: 31:26
Like it doesn’t feel hot. Like it was so hot.
Dr. Motley: 31:28
Yeah.
Kim: 31:29
Now it feels cold and like back to normal.
Dr. Motley: 31:32
Yeah, it’ll be three days of processing out. So, you know, when you do your saunas tomorrow and do cold, it’ll even be better. Oh my gosh, that was like you get your um.
