I’ve been suffering some mold issues, and also detoxing. I had done a parasite cleanse before but my symptoms got worse. I ordered the Lympf kit and I could tell I was having die off, as my symptoms seemed tog etc worse for a few days… but then BAM!! I haven’t felt this great in years! Easy to take, am and pm. Husband did this cleanse for 30 days before starting the parasite cleanse. 1 1/2 dropper of each tincture in a small glass of water, drank it all together. He didn’t mind it!

How often should I cleanse?

Will I experience any symptoms?

The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.

Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.

Do the products expire?

Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.
