I have just completed my first Parafy cleanse and - just as I read in reviews prior to starting - I'm a convert to cleansing. It's not a new thing. Our ancestors all had their way of cleansing, we should remember/learn to do the same. I have felt several physical and emotional benefits from cleansing. Reduction of inflammation is probably the most significant item in the 'pro' column - long with that comes ease of movement; improvement in the pallor of my skin; reduction of bags under my eyes. I look like I've aged in reverse a few years according to my husband. There has been regrowth in thinning eyebrows; some weight loss and shifting of my shape; improvement in my mood; improvement in my sleep... It's just obvious to me at this point that cleansing is an important part of self-care and RogersHood cleanses are very easy AND very effective. Thank you!!

What is the order processing time?

All orders at RogersHood are meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

How often should I cleanse?

We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.

Who should avoid taking the cleanse?

You should avoid the cleanse if you are:

pregnant or breastfeeding
under the age of 3

Will I experience any symptoms?

The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.

Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.

Do the products expire?

Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.

This means you have plenty of time to stock up, store it, and cleanse when you’re ready.
