I, (“The Customer”), am/was a customer of RogersHood LLC, acknowledge and agree that the testimonials I have provided, including my likeness, name, all writing, videos, images, (referred to as “The Testimonials”), were created on behalf of RogersHood LLC (referred to as “The Business”), and may be utilized by The Business for the purposes of publicity, illustrations, advertising, marketing, promoting, social media content, and website content. Good and valuable consideration for entering into this agreement is acknowledged by me. I grant permission to The Business, along with its staff, partners, contractors, and other representatives, to utilize The Testimonials in its publicity, illustrations, advertising, marketing, promoting, social media content, and website content in various mediums for such purposes. This includes, but is not restricted to, social media posts, brochures, advertisements, or any other promotional endeavors.
I certify that The Testimonial is a true and accurate depiction of my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experience of the endorser. Furthermore, I certify that The Testimony does not convey any express or implied deceptive representation of my opinions, findings, beliefs, or experience.
I release any right to amend, review, or approve any materials in which The Testimonials are featured now or in the future. I waive any entitlement to claim copyright over The Testimonials or any materials featuring The Testimonials. I waive any claim to financial compensation or benefit arising from the use of The Testimonials.
I hereby transfer and assign to RogersHood, LLC complete ownership of the Testimony, any related materials and derivative products. I understand that by providing the Testimony to RogersHood, LLC, I possess no ownership rights, including but not limited to copyright, to any promotional materials or finished product. Any photos or video will become the property of RogersHood, LLC, unless otherwise specified. I understand RogersHood, LLC has no obligation to use The Testimony as part of its promotional material or media products. I hereby hold harmless and release RogersHood, LLC from all demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I understand that once I execute this Consent Agreement, it becomes irrevocable.
By agreeing to this, I confirm that I have read and understood this Agreement. I also acknowledge that I have either sought independent legal counsel of my own choosing or had the opportunity to do so, to the extent that I considered such advice necessary during the evaluation and signing of this Agreement.
