Welcome And Season Finale Tease

Sam 0:00

Hi everyone. We wanted to hop on live because we’re together. And also we just want to talk about a couple of really exciting things. We just filmed our season two finale, our What’s Eating You season two finale episode, where Kim and I sat down and talked about manifestation, resetting our reality, how we’ve up-leveled in every area of our life, and we’ve used things like visualization, manifestation, the law of attraction, all of these things to do so.

And we give you guys the tools that have worked in our lives in every area from mental and emotional to physical health to money and financial to success and purpose to relationships and community. We really offer you guys all of the tangible tools that have worked for us in our lives, and we’re offering you up the wisdom and trusting that it’ll help any and everyone who hears it. So please stay tuned for that episode. It’s going to be very special. And that is our season two finale.

We are about to wrap up because we have a big season three planned for you guys, and we got to get going on that. So just wanted to let you know what’s coming. And also an update on some things happening in our lives right now with our health and some tips we want to talk about with that. We want to talk about PTSD. Yeah. And it doesn’t have to be one big traumatic life event that causes it. There is something called accumulated micro trauma. Yeah. And that can really add up in our bodies, in our nervous systems, in our minds, in our psyches and subconscious. And it can actually manifest as a physical issue, right?

Kim 1:55

Or a physical issue can actually cause a flare.

Sam 1:59

Oh, so the other way around too. Okay.

Micro Trauma And PTSD Loops

Kim 2:01

So when you have a physical issue, you can it will create that fight or flight response and keep you in it. So it’s kind of a double-edged sword. You know, your mental health can cause the micro traumas and things that are external, and then you absorb them internally, and it causes you to have flares, and specifically when you have environmental toxins, because your body’s already using so much energy to fight against them. And that’s why we we preach so much about cleansing, because there’s things that are inevitable in life that are out of your control, and for you to be able to know that okay, I’m doing the cleansing, I’m doing all of these physical things to help if something does come on and I have no control over it. And then it creates an environment for you to be able to thrive in. Unfortunately, not everyone can get out of the PTSD loop. I’m one of them. I struggled the last four months to get out of a PTSD loop, and I have to use my tools. And one of my tools is called a select ganglia block. That’s what I get done in my neck. I’ve talked about it before. I have a lot of information on my account. I’ve been doing it for five years, and um, it really did change my life.

Sam 3:26

Yeah.

Kim 3:26

And I wasn’t able to get one since we moved here, and so I was stuck in a loop. We moved. I mean, moving is stressful as it by itself. And then I moved to a new environment that I’ve lived in before where I had a lot of trauma, um, where I had my hysterectomy, and I wasn’t in contact with my family, and so there were so many things that added up. And I thought I was in a lime flare, but we figured out that I was in an actual PTSD loop. And so I got a slake ganglia block in order for me to be able to regulate my nervous system, and that’s right here and here. So that gets inflamed, and then you can’t get out of it physically because you’re stuck in it and you have to calm that down. So it’s actually the vagus nerve that you start working on.

Sam 4:16

Wow, it reminds me of when you get triggered. So, like I’ve noticed over the years, if I get triggered, thoughts about the trigger, like, and it’ll be it’ll go through like a cognitive filter very quickly, and thoughts about the trigger from the past will generate emotions. Those emotions in my body will feed the thoughts. So it’s like this loop. Thoughts feed emotions, emotions feed thoughts. And so you’re the way you’re breaking down PTSD and the nervous system is yeah, the physical can then affect and and and and loop into the emotional and mental, but also the other way around. Yeah, it’s an the the nervous system is a physical system in our body connected to all of our fascia, which is our electrical system, right?

Kim 5:05

You’ve broken that down before. That’s where 70% of our water is held, is in the fascia. So when you’re dehydrated, you feel mentally drained because your fascia is drained and it’s no longer recharging, which is your electrical outlet and your electrical output, and then everything else starts to create issues and starts to almost get inflamed because it’s looking, it’s looking for help.

Sam 5:33

Is the fascia, in your opinion, also the communicating system of our body? Mycelium network. I was just gonna say the our fascia in our body is our body’s version of the mycelium network in the earth because it all communicates together and it’s all literally connected, right? So, that being said, like doing something like him, just explain an SGB. And can you one more time say what that stands for? Slate ganglia block.

Kim 6:02

And so this is your celate ganglia. Okay, it’s a nerve. So basically, it’s just a nerve block. So if you’ve got, you know, pain in your back and you get a nerve block, it’s the same thing. It’s just literally in your jugular.

Sam 6:14

Wow.

Stellate Ganglion Block Explained

Kim 6:14

And then I take it a step further because I’ve been doing it for so long, and I get K, and that helps actually reset your subconscious while the stalicanglia block is resetting your nervous system. So you’re doing two biohack stacks at the same time. And when I realized this is what’s going on, and I started researching doctors. I happened to find one here in the Reno area, which I’m really relieved that I found someone close. But I found someone named Dr. John Howe, and Dr. Gabriella Lyon actually had him on her podcast, and he did this one procedure called DSR, which is dual systematic reset, dual system reset, and it’s an advanced stellate ganglia block, and it’s where they go into the C6 and the C4. So most doctors will only do a C3 or C4, which is down here, and he does both, and that’s all I’ve ever really gotten in the past because I have so much trauma that it takes really a lot more. Now, last week I just got the one and it seemed to do really well for me. And so I’m not against doing just one. Um, and it is hard to find specialists that will do two different sticks. And when I say two different areas, they stick a needle here and then they go and stick a needle here. And so a lot of doctors are just trying here. I really think they both work. Really? I’ve seen them both work now. Well, you’ve tried both. I’ve done both. Okay. So my first time I ever got the slake ganglia block was in 2021, and I was becoming non-verbal with PTSD. I just could not um fire on all cylinders to get what was in my mind out of my mouth, and I would trip on it, and then I would get frustrated and I would just stop. And that was exacerbated because I had mold, parasites, and chronic Lyme unaware. So I do believe that if you have been through it with Lyme and with parasites, endometriosis, any of these are traumas that can trigger your stalate ganglia to flare up and not allow you to get out of the cycle. Whoa.

Sam 8:28

So physical illnesses or injuries or dis-eases can have it build up in your nervous system.

Kim 8:39

Yeah, because your body doesn’t know how to reset itself. It’s trauma.

Sam 8:42

And it is trauma.

Kim 8:43

It’s trauma.

Sam 8:44

Trauma doesn’t have to be an event in life, is I think what I’m learning through all of this.

Kim 8:48

It doesn’t have to be an event in life, it can be something physical or something.

Sam 8:52

Anything that causes stress or or trauma on your body.

Kim 8:55

Anytime you feel unsafe. That’s really what it is. And a lot of chronically ill people feel unsafe in their bodies. Yeah, a lot of chronically ill people feel very um afraid in their bodies, and they’re relying upon people on their out reality to assist them in getting their internal reality reset. Yeah. And when you put that pressure on your body starts to get oxygen, oxidated stress. And oxidated stress over time is a microtrauma that ends up causing an overall big trauma. And then your body doesn’t know any of the different. And I was I started remembering my body thinks I’m being chased by a lion and I’m literally sitting in my chair doing nothing. My body thinks it’s being chased by a lion and it doesn’t know the difference. It doesn’t know that I’m sitting in a cold plunge chilling, literally, you know.

Sam 9:47

Oh, well, I mean, especially when you incorporate like a modality like cold plunge, which this woman does.

Kim 9:54

I learned something new. Every morning. Every morning.

Sam 9:56

She does it every morning. She goes outside into the freezing cold and she plunges and she loves it, and it’s so good for her in her body. But you’re right, like your system and your body in that moment of something so intense happening, it is going into fight or flight in that moment. Why is that beneficial to put your body into a temporary state of fight or flight with cold? Why is that beneficial for our systems?

Cold Plunge And Vagus Reset

Kim 10:21

Because you’re releasing endorphins in a controlled scenario. And then what I learned today is that when you cold plunge, you should go to at least your chin because the purpose is to reset your vagus nerve. Oh my gosh. And I didn’t know that. I’m a little nervous. I’m not gonna lie. I’m a little nervous because you do it this morning yet. Okay, so you’re going to. You’re going to do it next time. Let me do it tomorrow. I’m a little nervous. We have an outside cold plunge right now. I did buy a Blue Cube cold plunge, which is in my garage, and we’re finishing the setup of it. Love them. They have so many amazing options, and that’s why I chose them. They’re a little more expensive. But when you look at the big picture of how many people live near me now and everyone using it, it was worth every penny. But the biggest reason is because it has ozone water.

Sam 11:13

Yeah.

Kim 11:14

And I’m an ozone water lover. Well, we’re ozone. Yeah, we love ozone.

Sam 11:18

Because ozone is very beneficial to us in more ways than we know. Yeah, we love it. There’s a couple of things I want to tap back on that I saw in the comments. First of all, multiple people called us absolute legends. We love you so much. Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for being here with us. And we’re so thrilled and happy and fulfilled that our message and our podcast resonates with you guys. Like every time you leave a comment that it helped you in some way or another, we are so fulfilled by that and we’re so grateful and honored and humbled. So thank you for tuning in and tapping in with us. We love having you here with us. Also, someone asked about the PTSD and about stress and our nervous system. What products could help? The first thing that popped up into my head is the mushies kit because of all of the mushies in it. Yeah. So supportive for nervous system, brain, gut, which gut and brain are connected. It is our second brain. Um, all of these uh herbs that you put in that kit specifically to me, that was the first thing that popped up to for me, is that that would help with it.

Kim 12:23

That’s the best. Because I put in lion’s mane specifically, because I do about have bouts of PTSD like this. And when you get stuck in the loop or you get stuck, your neurons are rewiring in a bad way. And that’s how come you’re getting stuck in that loop. And so when you’re able to bring in lion’s mane, your neurons are getting rewired the correct way while you’re working on your nervous system, the rewiring of your neurons, which lion’s mane can cross the blood-brain barrier and bring along all of the herbs that you’re taking with it, like it’s the school bus driver across to your brain. So you’re bringing in cat’s claw, which helps repair your DNA that’s been damaged. You’re bringing in um turkey tail, which helps reconnect your gut and your brain connection, because that’s where there’s a miss. Again, this is really important to understand what the select ganglia does to your nervous system as well as keeping you in fight or flight. And it’s because of the fact that it’s literally right here. This is literally where your fight or flight lives. Wild. And that’s why your vagus nerd is so important to reset. And there’s a couple companies I’ve used, like True Laser and then um true Nedia, I think is it, where you just hold it right here and it resets it for the day.

Sam 13:44

Do you think the lima can help with this?

Kim 13:46

Yeah, I use the lima on here, and I do it specifically on here because I’ve had lost so much weight and this was so so I’m like double downing biospension.

Lymph Drainage Tools You Can Do

Sam 13:54

Also is flushing lip, right? Yes. So flushing lymph, supporting the vagus nerve, um, rebuilding collagen. Love it for that. So lots of multi-purposes for the red light. And then also cold, which the other day, so she has um a localized uh cryo machine. So it has like, you know, like a wand and a thing at the end that you can put it anywhere. You could do a facial or you can put it, and she started doing it on my neck here, and I was like, I’m like blowing it on her right here. I was like, why are you doing that? And she’s like, I’m flushing your lymph. I was like, what? And literally within a few seconds, I felt like I had to clear my throat. So then I started massaging while she was doing it, and so much lymph drained. I felt it go down my throat. So anytime I learned a long time ago when you’re doing guasha, anything like that, that’s moving lymph. If you ever feel like that, and you have to clear your throat and flush, yep. And you have to clear your throat and flush it, if you feel it go down your throat, you’re doing it right. You’re actually flushing your lymphatic fluid. A lot of massaging here, around the ears and here, and here in the lymph nodes, like that helps, and I can actually gotta go right here.

Kim 15:02

So this is where you drain it. So wow. The correct way. I don’t think I have a glass out tool. Oh, I do. Okay, so she will demonstrate. This is what I start with first, okay? Because I’m clearing my area. I’m clearing my area right here.

Sam 15:17

Wow.

Kim 15:18

I’m draining what’s already there so that when I start to drain new areas, I can do it again, right? Now you’re supposed to use oil, so don’t come at me. I don’t always use the oil. This is a demonstration. It’s just a demonstration. It’s off the cuff, it wasn’t planned. So if you go like this, right, and you move it down and you move it down and you move it down and you move it down and then you drain it. Okay. Okay. I now knew this part. This is new, so this is important. Look at how much I’m gonna move out. I’m gonna move it all out and then I’m gonna drain it. Now look, look at the difference in my side. What the heck? It’s because that is stagnant, right? It’s stagnant. These are lymph nodes right here. This is your lymph node, move it down. Lymph node, move it down. These are not jowls, these are lymph nodes that are stagnant and causing you to look like you have jowls because it gets full of fluid. Yes. So you’re gonna go like this, and then you’re gonna move it down and you’re gonna shake it.

Sam 16:13

Wow. Right?

Kim 16:13

Wow. This is where you shake it all the time. You’re getting rid of it. You’re getting rid of it. And you can do that with a brush. You can do it with a brush. And so, over there are some people that can trick their weight because they actually do guasha on their face every day, and they’re bigger, but they look really small because you’re able to move your lymphatic system, which is causing the inflammation. Look at the difference. You could see at the beginning, I had this weird. So every night I try and do this because this is like a trait that my family has. So, and then move it down. It will stay stagnant, you guys, if you don’t shake it down. So, a lot of times when I’m in the thick of a PTSD cycle or a Lyme cycle, or I’m cleansing, I will do this and you’ll see me sit like this. Uh, I don’t know how many people sit on meetings with me, and I used to do this all the time, specifically at the beginning of this. Also lazy. And then I’ll grab yeah, I’ll sit like this. Like, I don’t have time to just do one thing. She’s like, totally.

Sam 17:20

This is another way to move the lip all around here as well.

Kim 17:24

Now you can do so many things, like you can take it and go like this and down, always go down, except for here, right? You’re trying to get rid of these like this. Oh, don’t go down there. You want to move up, you want to move this muscle up, and what happens is, especially when you’re chronically ill or you’re really ill itself, this gets wrinkly from dehydration and as well as just from going like this, because when you’re sick, your face scrunches. If you look at the way I looked four years ago and the way I look now, almost everything I’ve done to my face is gua sha, laser, red light, and I do some things like microneedling through PRX and I do. Yeah, I did the salmon one. But like that’s what you can do, you know. Just look at the difference in my look at this. Like just the little amount that I did to move it.

Sam 18:23

Yes, a hundred percent. That’s a big reason why your throat and your jaw has a lot of tension. Yeah, yeah. We have to flush the lymph here. Before I ParaFy parasite cleanse, I every month before like during my cycle, like every single month, like clockwork, all of this would get so tight and full feeling.

Kim 18:42

Pull your fascia. Pull. If you haven’t seen, okay, I love human garage, but some of their videos where they’re screaming and stuff, it’s crazy. But that’s what they’re doing, is they’re pulling the trauma out of your fascia. They’re literally stretching it. You do this when you have a scar. So I have a scar right here from falling when I was five, and I want to break it up so I will sit and I will go like this and I will pull it. And I just because it’s releasing the trauma, the toxins that are chilling inside. But Leanne Rhymes didn’t have a good thing. So that was Human Garage. Wow. And what they did is they came into her mouth and they’re releasing it. I want to do it in season three. Okay, we can get with them. Human Garage. We would love to be on your podcast. So we’re gonna tag you and hit you up. I you’ve offered before, and I just haven’t had the time. And now I’m finding that this second half of this year, we got a little bit more time.

Sam 19:42

Yeah, we’d love to collab with you. We’re seeing you wants to collab and let’s let’s do these releases, let’s release tension and trauma.

Kim 19:49

Yeah, but we’ll scream. Yeah, I’m I’m I’m I’m okay with it now. At the beginning of it, I was like, what? And now I’m like, you know what? I want to release this trauma. Yeah, there’s something stuck here and it it, you know, it’s all right here. Yeah.

Fascia Release And Botox Concerns

Sam 20:03

So man, the last thing I just learned about Botox that was the nail in the coffin for me to decide I will never get it again. And I never overdid it, but I would get a little bit in my forehead. Never again. Not only is it a neurotoxin, so I mean, when you even just break that down, it is a toxin to your nervous system. It’s botulism.

Kim 20:27

I know. You’re not allowed to eat cans that are dented because of botulism and then we’re no judgment. Yeah, no judgment.

Sam 20:33

But the last thing in your head. The last thing I just learned to be nail in the coffin was that when you do freeze all of this right here by paralyzing it temporarily, none of that fascia gets to move for months. All of our fascia has to stay lubricated and hydrated and moving and communicating, and it’s an electrical network. Think about that. Like she just said, close to your brain, third eye, penile gland. I always say penile, that’s probably not the way it’s what I’m saying. Okay, but I know I know someone before is correct. I don’t even know what it is. They’ll come at me. We pronounce things the way that we pronounce them. But imagine that the fascia and the nerves and the muscles all around and the tissues and the lymphatic system, all around where you get it injected, doesn’t get to move or flow. Stagnation is a recipe for dis-ease and disaster, all the disses.

Kim 21:32

Things can’t move when it’s a things can’t disease can’t hit a moving target, but it can hit a stagnant target. Yeah. And when you’re just sitting and you’re not moving it, even if it’s only a couple of times that you do it. You know what I’m saying? Like you don’t have to do it all day. I sit and do something all day. There, I mean, I can’t just sit still. Yeah. But what did it say?

Sam 21:55

Oh, they said that it the pronunciation of a penile gland, it’s debatable.

Kim 22:00

Oh, they think like GIF or GIF.

Sam 22:03

GIF. Yeah. You know, tomato tomato. Yeah, you know, you guys know what we’re saying. Do you?

Kim 22:08

Fashion. Uh yes, girl. Turn around, Steve. Fashion blaster. This is how much I love to fashion blast. This is a fascia blaster. I have two different sizes. Yeah. So I have two different sizes. This one is the big one that I use. And then this one I’ll do if I’m just sitting here. I fascia blast on my arms to be able to get that um stagnation going. And zoom me. Okay. See? Isn’t it great? I don’t have a link for it. I don’t have a link, but she’s great. I love Ashley Black. This is her product.

Sam 22:43

You’re currently blasting my fashion.

Kim 22:45

Yeah, man. I’m and I’m not doing it really hard. Then these are for different trigger points. So like you can go like this, like that. Do you have one for a headache in the temple? Usually it’s because you’ve got something going on here. Like that. Wow. So and then blast.

Sam 23:04

Ooh, blast me, Kim. Blast. I don’t want to hurt you. You’re no, you can’t hurt me. When I get a massage, I’m like, deeper, harder, go. They’re like, you’re so small, we’re gonna hurt you. No.

Kim 23:14

My favorite is the hips because that’s where I know I have all there’s a still eight ganglia on your hips as well. I just had to swallow fluid right here. It works. I mean, that’s the whole point of what we’re doing. Your lymphatic system is the sewer of your body, it does not have a spinker or a pump. That’s the same thing. It doesn’t have that. And so you are required to move the sewer of your system in order for you not to have stagnation. That’s where you do vibration plates, exercise, exercise, fasters, rash light, red light, like that’s the purpose. All day long, you’re moving all day long to move the lymphatic, the sewer of your body because it can’t pump itself. Wow. And so when you have things like parasites, mold, Lyme, PTSD, all of these things are because your body is sitting stagnant and you can’t get it under control. So I’ll get up in the mornings if I’m if I wake up, for some reason, my my hardest time in life is when I wake up. By the end of the day, I’m chill. Morning, I’m not chill. And so I’m rewiring my brain to think when I am not chill, to get up and go chill, to get in my pole plunge, get on a vibration plate, walk for 10 minutes on my treadmill, stand in front of the red light while I’m doing it all so that it mimics the sun and do anything else that’s gonna move it.

Sam 24:49

Please don’t hurt the other legend. She wasn’t hurting me. She was helping me. It’s uh Ashley Black. And the big one is called the Master Blaster. Someone just said she has a small one for your face. Oh, yeah.

Kim 25:00

Yeah, the small one for your face. She’s got all, she’s got this one that you can go like this. I’m kind of obsessed with gadgets. I have a lot of them. I don’t just do one gadget. Yeah, I do so many at a time because I have ADHD, so I gotta constantly be shifting. Right. So I have this is from Beautifully Balanced. This is another way you can move your lymphatic system. It’s a dry brush, but hers is copper. Love her. She is in my um my link tree, but you can also just go to Beautifully Balanced. She’s here on Instagram and on TikTok. But like just this, just this. I’m moving. Dry brushing. And then this is I’m super dry because I’m in Nevada. But this is um copper charging. So it’s actually charging yourselves. All of the things I do literally is to move my lymphatic.

Ozone Therapy And Biohacking Stacks

Sam 25:46

Love it. Someone just mentioned rebounding. Kim has the dopest little trampoline downstairs that has like a handle that comes up on it. You can hold onto, like a bar, like a railing. I love this trampoline so much. Every time I visit, I jump on this thing. First of all, I jump for a while and I like get sore in little muscles in my feet and ankles I didn’t even know could get sore. It’s wild how it hits different parts of your body, but it definitely drains the lymph, and that’s important too. But let’s talk about the LymF Kit.

Kim 26:19

Yeah, because you know, some of us have a hard time doing all of these movements. So to get us like jump started, I created the LymF Kit, L-Y-M-F, and it has herbs in it that help move your lymphatic system manually so that you can continue to do all of these things, but also have it do an internal check.

Sam 26:41

Yeah, the lLymF Kit is amazing for multiple things. Someone said Oh, yeah, upward of the heart. Uh-huh.

Kim 26:47

You know, yes, that is the correct way. But if for some reason you do it this way, it’s really not that detrimental. Right. The reason why you’re doing it is because you’re trying to move the blood flow to your heart so it can pump and clean and rehive, redo your body, put it back into your body clean. That’s the whole purpose of why you move towards your heart is so that the dirty, yucky needing to be cleaned goes directly into your heart and isn’t just like free-floating. That’s why you should do it towards your heart.

Sam 27:21

Yeah, someone mentioned earlier they did ozone through IV therapy and it helped their Lyme disease. Oh. What do you think about that? Yeah, I’ve done ozone. Through IV? Yeah, someone said it helped their Lyme.

Kim 27:33

Yeah, I’ve done ozone through IV. You can do EVO, you can do EVO EVO2. Uh, you can just have them put ozone in your blood and then re-put it back in your body. I’ve done all of those. Um, yeah, I mean, it’s a really good oil change. It doesn’t completely kill the lime. You still need to internally go in into the layers of your tissue, but it definitely helps move whatever could be in your blood, kill whatever bacteria could be going on, remove some of those viruses, and then allow your blood to be flowed in a more cleanly way. And so your body picks up on that and goes, Oh, wait, we should be doing this. So it’s just like an indication to your body that this is happening. That is so cool. But to be honest, it’s not a cure all. I’m sorry. No, it helps. So much better whenever I do any sort of like blood changes. I’ve done therapeutic plasmics change, which is where I’ve removed my plasma. I’ve had my blood removed, cleaned, and put back in. I’ve never had my blood removed, not fully removed, but a lot of it, big amounts, cleaned with ozone, but I’ve never done EBO2. EBO2 is where they use ozone oxygen light. So it goes in one way and then it lights it up and then it puts it back in there. So they’re using multiple different layers of frequencies. Uh-huh.

Sam 28:54

This reminds me of what Kim Rogers is currently building. The first in the world to build a custom, because if you think about it, a four of water is oxygen. Yeah. Ozonated. Yep.

Kim 29:06

And then light therapy all together. What? And then if you go to another step when you do something like cold plunging with light and you’re drinking and with ozone. So you’ve got ozone water and things like the blue cube, but then you’re drinking the o, you’re drinking ozone and you’re absorbing it. So it’s very similar to the way the H bot is when you can biostack. I do a flora and I’m in the H bot. Smart. Double oxygenated. Yeah. So then I’m going to go into that uh blue cube and I’ll be double ozoned.

Sam 29:38

Wow.

Kim 29:39

Because I’m going to drink this and I’m absorbing the ozone into my body. And then you go into that H bot. And when you do that, it actually absorbs the ozone more into your cells, busting up the toxins inside of your cells and pushing it out at a cellular level.

Sam 29:55

That’s mitochondrial detoxiness.

Kim 29:56

I’m doing molecular medicine right now. That’s what I’m doing. I’m researching and learning about molecular medicine because I’m going deeper than just the cellular level. I’m changing the way that the chemistry and the tissue in my body has been viewed itself for decades. You’re transforming your molecules. Yes.

Sam 30:19

Wow.

Kim 30:19

Another level.

Sam 30:20

Another season three. Season three, what’s eating you? Stay tuned. We got a lot of deeper levels coming for you guys. We’re going to new levels for sure. Yeah. Higher levels too. Wow. Look at me over here draining. By the way, this whole time I’ve had to Me too. From doing that really like I’ve had to swallow fluid, which means like this is nothing. Like you could do this while doing something else. I think one of the reasons I haven’t gotten into the habit of doing Bwasha every day. Yeah. Is I think of it as it has to be its own separate time and habit. You know, oh, I mean, I know. I just, you know how sometimes I’m late to the party. Yeah. Well, I arrived. I finally have arrived. When I realize, I realize you could do this kind of stuff while you’re doing other things.

Kim 31:05

Yeah, I just didn’t do this. Why am I doing this? Because I have stagnant right here in my joints due to Lyme and due to arthritis. So I’m telling it not to stay. I’m moving it for my body.

Chronic Lyme Mold Parasites Reality Check

Sam 31:19

Hi C. Jenkins, welcome. She’s there they’re new here. Sorry, I can’t see if you’re a man or woman, but welcome. What problems? So, what do you have? What things do you experience that all these modalities help you with? They’re new here. They don’t know about Kim Rogers and what you deal with. So what do you got going on, Ken, that you’re helping with, that you’re healing from, chronically healing from?

Kim 31:41

Yeah. Well, you know, I do I do this because I’ve been basically abused by the medical system. And so I’m correcting those mistakes that they’ve made on me personally. I’ve had 13 surgeries and hysterectomy, and I have chronic late stages of Lyme that almost unalived me. I had parasites and mold, and I found out I had mold since I was born. My mom and I were able to track the mold back to when she had mold and it was passed to me, and then I was in mold, and mold colonizes in your body and sticks in your joints, causing it to be like needles. Lime burrows itself deep down inside of your tissue and will move itself around, including your mouth and your fascia, and it hijacks your collagen. And so when your body stays stagnant, specifically when you have these type of issues, you’re you don’t want to move. And so it just festers and it colonizes and it grows. And so the little things that you can do, like red light and cold therapy and vibration plate walking, ParaFy parasite cleansing, and taking the lymph kit moves it. Moves it. So taking a ParaFy kit will move the heavy metals, will move the candida, which we all have some candida, it’s an overgrowth of yeast. It will move parasites and worms, which like 95% of us have parasites. At least 3.5 billion people in the United States have parasites. And so those are weighted down by heavy metals that also contribute to chronic illness. So when you start to shock in on your body, telling your body to get this sewer system moving, there isn’t stagnation. And that is allowing you to continue to thrive and heal. And so just these little amounts of things that I’m doing, just sitting here like this, doing this while I’m talking to you guys, I have carpal tunnel. It’s moving the stagnation from the blood flow and making the blood flow, right? Hi, Camille.

Sam 33:48

Welcome to the community. We are Sam and Kim. Hi. This is What’s Eating You podcast. Hi, welcome to the RogersHood community. We’re so happy you’re here. I literally just had to cough while you were talking and clear like a lot of fluid, which is so wild. This is me just doing this for a few minutes. And I feel so much better right now than I did when we started this life. We’re both really tired when Kim and I are together. Sometimes we stay up late together.

Kim 34:15

Yeah, we try momentally, but like, you know, it’s hard because we don’t get to hang out in person as often as we would like.

Sam 34:23

So we do we like maximize it and try to get the most out of it, but sometimes we end up tired from that. I’m new to Kim. Oh, I hi Camille. We said hi to you. So hello. I’m new to Kim. Are you an N D? Either way, do you take clients or consultations?

Kim 34:37

I’m not an N D. Um, I was a medical specialist for most of my career. I don’t do consults. Everything I do is in my profile. Ebooks are free. You can email my team.

Sam 34:50

You can watch any of our What’s Eating You podcast episodes. We have a ton of free information for you. You really are full of information over here. It’s like Kim has ebooks, like she said, like at Rogershood.com.

Kim 35:04

I literally just someone said, Man, sitting with you is like sitting with wellness chat GPT.

Sam 35:09

Nice.

Kim 35:10

Because if you ask me something, I’m gonna go into my little computer system here. And I’m sure I read it. I’m sure I lectured about it at some point. I wrote about it. I used to write academia and books for the medical system. So I just really love to learn. I love to expand my brain. Even in the sickest moments where I was dying, I still was educating myself in order for me to not be sick anymore. And then that’s what has led to all of this is that I want to give that knowledge that I sat with and learned over literally 10 hours a day for almost two years. Every day, this is all I did was learn about the specialties. And I I come from a specialty world. I did endocrine and neurology and uh I worked in radiography. So I did those specialty things. It’s always been something I’ve enjoyed. I like the high-level overview, but I really like getting down into the weeds and being able to understand things other people don’t quite understand, including doctors. That’s so awesome. It’s just important for somebody to have that, you know.

Sam 36:12

Oh, thanks for everything you do. You’re helping so many. That’s amazing. Oh my gosh. Do you think doing all these treatments and parasite cleanses will ever keep the Lyme disease and parasites at bay? I have Lyme, but not as severely ill ill, think thankfully.

Binders Cleanses And Closing Offers

Kim 36:30

Yes, I do believe. And in the last four months, I had gone through what I thought was a Lyme flare. So I was doing all of the things to like calm the flare down, calm that lime down, and really I was in a PTSD cycle. But it really is important to like go through a checklist in your mind when you do have multiple layer uh labels. And that’s what I did. So I started looking at the Lyme. Okay, so now I can officially say that I know it wasn’t Lyme and I wasn’t contributing to the major issues that I was having. And so I do feel like a lot of my Lyme symptoms are calm. I don’t have the joint pain, I don’t have the red, like I get really hot when I’m going into a lime flare, my face goes really red out of nowhere. It looks almost like I ran a mile outside in the heat. And so I didn’t have any of that, right? And so as you’re going through the checklist of the label and what you need to do in order to minimize that label, that’s how you have to think of it.

Sam 37:33

Got it. Two more questions, rapid fire, because we are about to wrap up here. But one of them, someone asked about Shilajit and fulvic acid in Shilajit. Is that enough to be a binder? My just opinion about Shilojit, it’s an incredible mineralization supplement. Love to use the resin, love to use it as mineralization. It remineralizes. Whenever I’ve taken it, it hasn’t ever felt like it alone is enough to be a binder. It’s why I love cinnamon. It comes in the ParaFy Kit, comes in a lot of the other kits, but it also you can get it on its own at Rogerhood.com. Use code WHATSEATINGU for 10% off, by the way. If anyone new here wants to get anything at rogershood.com. Any kits, any cleanses, any products, WHATSEATINGU We spell it, whatseating and the letter U for 10% off. Just wanted to make sure we mentioned that at least once in this live. Um two things. Yeah, and then the mold question is important. That’s important. So let’s say the question for anyone listening later. Does mold stay in your body forever?

Kim 38:35

Unfortunately, I do think that it is very difficult to remove all of the mold in your body. But I do know people that mold levels are below indication, if that makes sense. So I do think that it can be moved out. It does take a really long time. There’s a lot of good binders out there that will help bind them. I have a moldies kit, so if there’s something that you’re looking for when it comes to a gentle, safe, effective cleanse that you can continue to keep doing with very minimal die-offs and very minimal colonization removal as far as the symptoms of it. It’ll remove the colonization and slow it down, um, put it to a stop. But, you know, it’s really about the symptoms and making sure your levels stay at a certain level and keep going down. Mine were like 8.5. I did the MolDeze kit for a year and it went to like four. So I still have some active mold in my body even after everything I’ve done, because it colonizes really fast, especially when you’re in fight or flight, because it vibrates off of that negative frequency of fear and unworthiness and shame. It will totally colonize from that.

Sam 39:47

Parasites, mold, worms, candida, bad bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, they all vibrate at a very low frequency, keeping you bogged down, weighed down, anchored down, unable to raise your frequency until you get them out. You need to get them out. They it changed my life. ParaFy parasite cleansing changed my life. I was stuck at a point of a frequency for a while and I felt it, especially after 2020. And things hit my system and totally like affected everything. Because we’ve, as we learned today, the nervous system, the fascia system, the lymphatic system, the digestive system, they’re all connected. Surprise, everything is connected, nothing’s separate. So um ParaFy parasite cleansing absolutely up-leveled my frequency in life. It was like before doing it, I kept hitting a ceiling, an invisible ceiling, and I was like, why can’t I up-level in life? I’m working on it, I’m doing all the things to grow. And I felt stuck or like I couldn’t rise above a certain level. Getting the environmental toxins out of my body has been a game changer for my mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and energetic health. Preach, Sam. Yeah, get it good. I’m just saying it’s that important. It is so important.

Kim 41:06

It is so important. And you can see a difference in from two years ago when we first met. When we first met. Yeah. And to where you’re at now.

Sam 41:14

And we stretch your skin. Sure, my skin too. Um, I mean, no filter. I’m so proud, you guys. It’s I’ve come so far, so far with it. And I’m so grateful. So good. Thank you. So does yours always goals. Um, but yeah, it was it was so important. And when you first met me, I had hundreds, if not thousands, of worms in my body. And I didn’t know until I met the worm queen. And I did the ParaFy parasite cleanse, okay. High human hood series. What’s up? Um, once I did that, man, hundreds of them left my body that I saw in the toilet in tissues that came out of my nose. I peed some out, okay. Thankfully, I’ve never had any like come out of my eyes, ears, or skin. But this woman can speak for herself on that. Um that’ll come out everywhere. They come out, they just come out.

Kim 42:06

It’s really crazy when they want to escape and you’ve made your body inhospitable. They want to leave. They’re gonna escape however they can. Most of the time they’re dead, but you know, you just never know and you need to be prepared. But someone said in the comments, do we ever do um a binder that’s not charcoal? We’re working on it right now. We’re working on a binder that won’t make you constipated. We’re getting through some things at RogersHood in order for us to be able to roll out another product. And we plan on rolling out a new product this year, and that’s the new product that we’re planning on doing.

Sam 42:38

And not only will it not make you constipated, the cool thing about it that the cool thing about the formulation that Kim made for this specific binder coming up from RogersHood, stay tuned, is you can take it with other supplements. And that’s really important because the cinnamon, as we know, you have to wait two hours away from other things because it will bind them up as well. So that’s a really important thing about the new binder coming up. We love you guys so much. Thank you for tuning in to another What’s Eating You Live. We will absolutely be reposting this replay. So if you missed it, no worries, you can catch it. And we just thank you. Thank you for being a part of this community. Thank you for all your support.
